A little hard to find but worth the effort. Located in a rehabed industrial building on 4Th and Seward you may miss it the first time by. Even upon entering the door I was still guided by a hand painted note and arrow.
Take time to study the menu as it runs for five pages and offers 100 sandwiches each named for a local streets and locations. Offering are both panini style or cold and several types of bread are available.
Daily home made soups are also served.
I expect this place will be a hit once it's "found". -

Went there for lunch. It is a little hard to find, but it is a newer place. Very clean and very busy at lunch. The menu is a little overwhelming. There is probably a couple hundred different items on there.
The food was great and the portions were generous.
My one compliant is that there was this one employee with a huge mustache who was a huge jerk. Wont be going back there for a while. I don't need a side of attitude with my sandwich, Mr. Mustache. -

4th Street is very close to where I work and one day while we were out running errands, we decided to stop in for a bite.
It's in an office building on the second floor and it was kind of hard to navigate what door to go in, do we take the elevator, oh, there's stairs, do they go to the deli? Found it!
There's quite a bit of room in the deli for patrons to sit, eat, talk, work on homework, laptops, etc.
We went up and ordered a couple sandwiches and soups. I ordered the jalapeno cheddar soup. Very good!
Now, we find out this place is owned by the same people who own Cherry Street Deli, so that makes sense why it is so good!
The only negative is the fella forgot the pickles. Pickles are essential to a deli sandwich. Not a problem, he gave us a handful of them when I asked.
Definitely recommended. -

Super sandwiches, #51 is the best! Great for lunch, a whole sandwich is big enough for two

Huge portions! All high quality ingredients and enormous menu! Sandwiches, soups, salads. Over 100 offerings! Never had one that I didn't like. Order half or whole sandwiches. Take some home! Great take home meal option for families too.

Great sandwich shop with something for everyone. They have over 100 sandwiches with everything from crawfish to pastrami all named after westside streets and spots. The wait can be a little long during the lunch rush but good things come to those who wait. I wish they were open later, I think they close at 7 and aren't open Sundays.

The Cherry Deli folks opened up a place on the westside! If you're familiar with cherry deli at all you know what to expect. This place may be better though. Larger spot in a very very cool old building, more tables, more choices. The white chicken chili soup is delicious, and I haven't found a sandwich or salad I didn't like. My only complaint is that with this place just down the road from me I may not go to Cherry Deli as often.

I drive down Seaward nearly everyday, I get so excited to see old buildings being renovated into new local business. I had no trouble find the place, parking was easy and I found a spot very quick and with ease.
As soon as I entered the deli, I knew it was a hit! A line that moved quickly and wonderful smells coming from every which direction. I went to their website and placed and order over the phone. Which was a good idea because I got time to carefully study the 100 hundred different, unique and mouth watering sandwiches and paninis, dozens of salads and made from scratch soups (which change daily).
I finally decided on a cold sandwich from the Corn Beef and Pastrami selection a # 60-Ives. Just let me say that was no easy task, choosing something that looked good to me because there was nothing that looked bad. The Ives has Pastrami and Roasted Chicken mounds of meat. The Pastrami was just as it should be salty delicious and a peppery edge, yummy. Fresh mozzarella cheese that soaked in the flavors of the marinated tomatoes and the tomato and garlic roasted mayo, was perfect. A fresh spring mix topped of the combination perfectly. Not just any white or wheat bread would do with this concoction, I got a Tomato Bollo with it (sort of like a foccicata bread). I got a half which is really like a whole, I couldn't eat it all and it sits waiting to be devoured later. It came with two pickle spears, halves of pickles, really.
As I said the soups smelled wonderful! Sadly, I only got the sandwich today. I will be back for more at a later date. They also have a variety of juices, sodas and water. Yummy, Kettle Chips in flavors I never have heard of like Sweet Onion and Buffalo Bleu. Very Creative.
I will be back! I promise you this...
