Holy smoke, I can't believe I'm the first one here!
4620 is cleverly located in the most unlikely of places: below a strip mall--and wait, in Knoxville!? So when you walk down the stairs, and enter the blue room, you kind of feel like it's your little secret.
With a classy, laid back atmosphere, superb jazz, excellent drinks, and fast service, it's easily, very easily, the best place for cocktails. You can usually find a place to sit, even if the place is packed.
