Do my lawn (Thatching, Air-ratting, and overseeding) every year, and rent from here, as well as a power washer. They are knowledgeable and more helpful then home depot down the street. When overseeding, machine, broke last year and although they were a little skeptical on whether it was user error, they allowed me to return it without a problem

History
Established in 2002
410 Rentals was started because we felt there was a need for a locally owned equipment rental store that would cater to the homeowners and small contractors. A place where you can come in for a cup of coffee and talk about your project, get advice and instruction in the best equipment to do your project and how to use it properly. Many people are suprised when we tell them there is an easier or cheaper way to do their project than what they where thinking. When spring comes around and people are getting spring fever, we will actually talk people out of working on their lawn too early because we would rather have you be satisfied with the results of the project than just take your money. Come on in for a cup of coffee and try us out!
Meet the Business Owner: Victor P.
Victor has over 35 years in the equipment rental industry. Starting while in high school as a yard boy at '40' Rentals. Having a short stint at ABC Rentals in Kent WA. before coming back to '40' Rentals. Victor became their youngest manager in 1983 when he assumed the new store in Federal Way. Victor managed several stores before ending up at the new store in Bonney Lake. After United Rentals purchased '40' Rentals in 1999 he stayed with them until 2002. At that time he ventured out on his own opening 410 Rentals in the fall of 2002. 410 Rentals located between Bonney Lake and Buckley on Hwy 410 serves Homeowners and Contractors with all their equipment rental needs.
