This place has something for everyone! Wonderful food! Local seafood! And the staff is wonderful! My family has been coming here for years and the same waitresses still work there.
Much of the food is "Diner" food, but the breakfast is to die for! I hope you go there and enjoy it! -

This is where the locals eat breakfast. During the summer, this place is packed with the weekend visitors. Good pancakes (or flapjacks), pretty good omelets, decent waffles and must have grits with butter. Like may establishments, you can find packets of grape or strawberry jam at each table along with butter and cream for your coffee. As many times as i have eaten here it is hard to order something other than a breakfast item. The wait staff is always friendly and willing to talk to you. Local characters usually sit at the counter. I have noticed the prices have gone up in recent years. But still good and cheap for the most part.

Food was a little salty (roast beef with gravy) but great service and great price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for dinner food.

Typical greasy, delicious diner fare. You can have an egg, grits or hash browns, choice of meat and toast for $5. They've got a lot of variety- pancakes, steak, waffles, biscuits n' gravy. Yum.
Service is swell- totally friendly, keep the coffee comin' and put a smile on your face.
My main deduction was that a lot of the food tasted frozen or canned... but, hey, it's a diner...a diner that does the trick. -

Fast service from our hard working waitress got us seated and served much faster than we expected.
The food is as advertised. Everything was good and appropriately priced. Vegetable w/wheat toast & grits $7.75. -

HOLY CRAP! This place is the embodiment of Mel's Diner from that 70s SitCom!! Complete with Flo's attitude (but not the outrageous accent).
Other reviewers seem to be in love with their breakfast (which is served all day). Maybe you should stick with that menu. The rest SUCKS! We ordered a "passel" of fried seafood and stuff. At $3.50 an order, one might expect freshly battered Vidalia onion rings... but NO! You get frozen food-service rings... twice as nasty as those at Burger King. The fries were equally bad. Fried Clams? Mrs. Paul's in the frozen food section of the grocery store has 'em beaten.
Service? Equally bad - laughable. Trying to pick up plates while they are still in use... dropping the check on the table with the first (twice requested) drink refill. Can you say, "Leave... NOW!"??? Dessert? We should probably take a hint and know better than to ask.
"I would like to have served you better but that table over there is a bunch of *fill in the blank*."
All you can eat fried shrimp. May be a plan... the shrimp eaters seemed to like 'em. Might be the only saving grace...
Too bad this place sucked so outrageously. It was recommended by an "in the know" local. Thankfully the cashier (owner?) removed the ridiculously priced o-rings from our check when we berated them... and left 'em on the plate. -

Very fast service and all with a smile. That said the food is pre-prepared. I'm used to lovely organic breakfast at home so the taste was just blah. If you are in a hurry check it out. I also found it a bit pricey for breakfast.

This place was jammed - It deserves 3-stars as a breakfast joint. We visited right after the 4th of July. We could have returned and did not.
I enjoyed my Hawaiian Waffle - My daughter enjoyed her plain waffle with link sausage, and my wife liked her corned beef hash with poached eggs. -

THE place to have breakfast in Atlantic Beach. Be sure there to get there early in the summer because it gets busy. Pretty cheap, too.

A great place for breakfast down on the beach. Never have had their lunch or dinner menus. Still, it is a diner - decent food at a decent price and relatively quick. You won't be dissapointed - it is usally busy, for a reason.

A perfect "greasy spoon" diner breakfast. Don't expect healthy options: expect eggs, buttermilk pancakes, French toast, Bacon, sausage. Friendly service but it's crowded so expect a wait. Totally worth it.

I love this place. It is the best place to get breakfast in Atlantic Beach. It's locally owned & operated (not a chain or national franchise)
They have a nice menu with a great selection of breakfast foods. The prices are great, the AC is cold (more important than you think!), and the service is quick & friendly.
It's a wonderful place and you'll feel good spending your money here. -

Great food at great prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and awesome. The decor is blah and the location can make parking difficult, but its a must eat by far for anyone in the Atlantic Beach area.
