History
Established in 2004
3CUPS was established in 2004 in The Courtyard on West Franklin St. in Chapel Hill. In 2008, 3CUPS relocated to Elliott Rd. near Whole Foods. The relocation also allowed for the expansion of the wine selection and the addition of a wine bar, and well educated wine staff. In 2008, Food and Wine Magazine named 3CUPS one of the 10 Best Coffee Bars in the US. In 2009, Saveur Magazine will name 3CUPS as one of the 5 Most Innovative Wine Bars in the country.
