John is fantastic!!! We called and had an appointment scheduled within two days! When he showed up to the house he was able to walk and talk us through everything he was going to do. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to provide some tips of how to take care of our carpet and tile floors. After he completed his job our carpets looked amazing and the tile looked brand new!
I will definitely be calling John back to take care of our upstairs! -

When I contacted 3B's to clean my carpet for my daughters graduation party, John was very accommodating to my needs. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process of cleaning the carpet and caring for it on my own.
It took them about 3 hours to clean my whole house (2400 sq ft.). They got all the pet stains, hair, and food stains. What's nice is that my carpet was clean within 2 hours of them finishing because of the foam products they used.
My carpet looks and smells brand new again. -

John is highly committed to his business of carpet and floor cleaning services. He knows his product and gives prompt, cost effective service.
I was embarrassed for John to even see my carpets because of the pet stains... but when he showed up a few minutes early... he immediately started treating the stains and set to the task of scrubbing my carpets upstairs and down.
I've never seen anyone work so hard. He scrubbed the stains by hand on his hands and knees, including the carpeted stairs until everything was finished.
After finishing up, he gave me advice on treating new pet stains immediately with a product I was able to buy at a local pet store that would help prevent bacteria and staining.
I would recommend John for all your floor care services.
ps. I'm going to have him clean my living room furniture next! -

John was great, I called him and he came over the same day, which was great since another company, that I had an appointment with blew me off. He cleaned my couch and I scheduled with him to come back and clean my mattress and carpets.

John did a great job on our carpet! All the stains and dirt was gone, it looked great and felt so soft. John was friendly and very knowledgeable. He recommended a vacuum to buy, which we did and we love it. He occasionally calls to check up on the carpet and I don't have any complaints. I definitely recommend his services, as I will be sure to use him again.

John is very good at what he does! Not only does he take the time to do the job right, he is very willing to educate on the ways to take care of your carpets and floors.
We called John in for carpet cleaning in anticipation of the birth of our first child...we have two dogs and a cat and keep the carpets stain free for the most part, but wanted to be sure the carpets are fresh and clean for a baby who will be crawling around on the carpets.
I even got 5% cash back on my purchase because John is a member of MyCR Rewards program! Can't beat that!

PS - he also provides furniture cleaning, mattress cleaning and tile/grout cleaning services! Highly recommended!!! -

used john for carpet and micro fiber furniture. He is a very likeable guy and all of the above review are correct.
Would add that I misunderstood the price of the furniture cleaning and probably wouldn't have done it had I understood it, however, in retrospect I am glad I did misunderstand as it really restored them to new and the value was there. If your furniture hasn't been cleaned before you may be skeptical as I was, but IMO, it's worth it. -

I highly recommend 3B's carpet cleaning.. Our carpet was a disaster and it's amazing what a difference the cleaning made. It's well worth the extra cost compared to steam cleaning - your kids and pets will thank you.
