Review from Susan L.
Covina, CA
I love to go here and get a large cheese pizza (light sauce), and a small soda.. all for just over $5. And then be able to share pizza and still have some to take home for later. :)
It's not the best pizza I've had, but its really good for the price.
Pretty annoying for most people that you have to pay for refills, but I don't usually need a refill, so it works out for me, because then I can get a drink cheaper than most places.
Terrible atmosphere.. kids running around screaming, and sports games are always on across numerous TVs. Bleh.
Friendly service, and easy parking. Cash only.
Suggestions: white pizza sauce, some sort of flavored crust (like bread stick seasoned or something), and getting better ranch dressing. -

If you're up for good cheap pizza; this is the place to be. I'll go here once in a while after bowling practice. While I wait for my pizza, I always try my luck at their mini arcade even though I know the controllers are bad.
I always have pizza and a coke while my friends go for their pitcher of beer. -

Cheap pizza, cheap pitchers. (they have Pyramid Hef!)
That's all I gotta say.
I seriously live right next to this place and it's super convenient when you need a quick filler. I prefer the $3.99 cheese pizza, potato wedges, and wings. The sides are a bit pricy compared to the pizza, but still cheap and yummy overall.
The only thing is that this place closes relatively early for my schedule. Sometimes, during weekend and weeknights, this place is swarming with loud and obnoxious kids: Not very happy with that..... Let me watch my Lakers game in peace! -

When we first moved out here to La Puente in 1995.this place was barely opening up. My dad and I are close with the owner "Sal", it got so big that they opened up #2 Pizza Co in Baldwin Park 3-4 years ago.
The food is ok, but what the hell do you expect for $3.99 for a cheese pizza and a $1.25 per topping? Love this place because the beer is cheap (8-9 bucks a pitcher) and they always show the Lakers game. They also had some World Cup Soccer Games here which I enjoy too.
The bad is the crowd, sometimes you'll get a family of like 10. And you get kids crying, fighting, etc... Oh, then you get guys in there who have TOO much to drink and wanna start some shit. This has happened to me and my dad a few times. Since I moved from La Puente to Temple City haven't been here as much. We now go to #2 in Baldwin Park, it's a little bigger, and they have Heineken on tap! :) -

$3.99 PIZZA!!! the name says it all..I'd get a pizza from here anyday over the $5 pizza from Domino's!!! It's not the best pizza in the world..but it's pretty damn good considering you get a big ol' medium size pizza for only $3.99!!!
I haven't been here in awhile, but the last time I went over the summer w/ my friends after hitting up the driving range at pacific palms. It's a great place to get a cheap meal in west co. $3.99 pizza is awesome!!!
the place isn't fancy at all, but they do have a big screen so you can watch sports..ooh and they have an air hockey table! lol -

My Dad and I were looking for something to eat and we stumbled across this place and just decided to try it out. Walking in I was skeptical as too how good a 3.99$ pizza could be. So the menu is pretty basic you got a 3.99 pizza with just cheese and you stack toppings on for a 1.25 each i believe. So my dad and I agreed on pepperoni sausage and mushroom pizza with a side order of 6 piece buffalo spicy wings and a pitcher of beer, and it came out to less then 20 twenty bucks.
The pizza was mighty tasty. The crust melt's in your mouth, and the sauce was a marvelous compliment. The tops were basic nothing out of the ordinary but blended nice with everything. The buffalo wings were spicy they came with a little pouch of ranch which i didn't agreed because it was not enough but I didn't ask for another one. The beer was good but when isn't it.
The day we went it was a Saturday i think and it was full of people coming to grab some pizza after their little league games and it made the whole place super loud but alas the whole meal made up for it. Pretty straightforward place pizza wings and beer under 20 bucks for two people -

I've been ordering pizza from this place for.. hmm.. 5+ years now.. I remember coming here in high school after football practice and having a few pizza's between 4 guys haha..
Some of the yelpers think this pizza is best when its warm and think that its not edible when it get cold. I personally can eat it cold. It might just be me but I like cold pizza.
This place has been good to me all these years and every time I walk in the door they always remember my name and my usual order.
I think that in itself is worth the visit. -

I've been coming here for many years now. I absolutely love it!
The place is pretty clean for all the years they've been opened. Most places just let themselves go after a few years. They keep it clean. If anything, it looks better than before. And they have good service too!
I always get their pizza with ham. My fave! and their wings are sooo delicious! Love em! Really good for cheap, fast, food! Great place to hang out with friends. -

Decent price for pizza. The taste is ok but it definitely makes up for the price. They are CASH only... They do have a variety of appetizers including poppers, wings, etc and they have ICE COLD BEER on tap and in the cooler. Great place for kids as well as they have video games. This place is also loaded with TV's... Would definitely go back if we had a lot of people to feed on a budget :-)

Okay I have a tendency to like going to hole in the wall places for a reason, but this place just did not do it for me. I ordered the cheese pizza with mushrooms and it was lacking in all the places. I will most likely give this place another shot, but maybe pepperoni pizza next time.

ok real talk time: Pizza is pretty whack when its basic 1, 2 toppings. its 399 in price for a reason but the drinks (beer) are cheap. If you are ballin' on a budget, and like MNF or local sports team lakers, dodgers it is a alright place to drink and have cheap food. Service has always been great, beer prices great, cleanliness is average, parking is good. I wouldnt take a date here but if you and somesports buddies want to drink and eat cheap this is a decent place. $3.99 Pizza #2 is a lot better, i've been coming to the spot b4 it was 399 it was lampost pizza b4.

Man, sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but this pizza, as wonderfully thrifty as it is, is only good when it's warm. We get it at our church for large events, and usually have leftovers. And we've learned that once the stuff goes cold, it's barely edible and is relegated to the trashcan. Not even ravenous 15 year old boys took that stuff home. I'd rather spend more and be able to eat the leftovers.

West Covina, CA
There's only way to put it "The best crappiest pizza ever." 3.99 offers great prices for it's food, although it isn't the best it's one of those joints that just keeps you coming for more. For the locals everyone knows that it isn't the best tasting pizza, but the price and the employees are great. 3.99 is a guilty pleasure for a lot of it's customers. There are two locations, this one here is a lot bigger than the second establishment. A large pizza and pitcher cost you about $6, the pizzas are fairly good in size so they can easily feed a group of 5. I'd recommend coming to this location if you're younger as this one tends to attract more teenagers. I always come here with my friends to watch the Laker games or in the afternoons People's Court ha as they always have the tv on channel 9. They also have arcade games. I'd highly recommend eating the pizza as soon as you get it because unlike other pizzas this one tastes AWFUL once it starts to cool down, there is no such thing as leftovers at 3.99. They don't take debit cards, although they do have an atm inside there is the standard fee for pulling out money, so bring cash.

pizza is much better than you think it would be considering the price. helpful and congenial people work here - all of the prices are very reasonable. hot pizza and cold beer.
