It's hard to list all of the things that made our experience working with Neil so great. One of the biggest positives is that he is so accessible via text/email and was seemingly always able to show us a home within a short time frame. I'm actually not sure that Neil ever sleeps, because we got emails from him at all hours of the night. Also, we never felt pressured, even when we made the decision to get out of a contract after some inspection items made us uncomfortable. We felt guilty, but Neil set our minds at ease and kept the focus on us and our comfort level and not on his commission. When we began our search, I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate a realtor with a sense of humor, but Neil's humor definitely is a bonus. Because when your husband drags you to a home that he says "has potential" and you walk in to find every type of wall covering known to man and a hallway that looks like it's straight out of The Shining, it helps if your realtor can crack a few jokes.
House hunting is emotional, but having someone who is tech savvy, stays neutral (unless you specifically ask his opinion), and is full of knowledge and experience makes it much less stressful. As first-time home buyers, it gave us a ton of comfort knowing that Neil had our backs. And now we have an incredibly gorgeous home in a neighborhood we love :) I can't recommend 360dwellings enough! -

I highly recommend Ryan Penn and 360dwellings. As first time homebuyers in the Denver market, we simply couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing our first home. Ryan is smart, accessible (he took us to last-minute showings on Easter Sunday) and is a skilled negotiator. Not only does he have a deep understanding of the Denver real estate market, he also brings a breadth of knowledge in home construction and was able to provide us with valuable advice and information beyond what I would expect from a typical real estate agent. He made what we expected to be a very complicated process quite simple, and guided us every step of the way. He is honest, detailed, reliable and patient.
Ryan was truly the best real estate agent we could have asked for, and I highly recommend him and 360dwellings to anyone looking to purchase in the Denver market. -

I've been recommending Neil and 360dwellings to all my friends. They are patient and knowledgable. We probably looked at 30+ places over 4 months. There were many times when Neil flat out told me I don't want this place or the place is way overpriced. Then when we finally found the place, he spent time walking me through the contract, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns, and took care of the rest. I pretty much signed the contract and showed up to closing. I will use them for all future purchases and sales of real estate.

My husband and I are first time home buyers in Denver. We were very nervous b/c the market is VERY different here than where we are from. From the beginning, Ryan made it clear that there "are no silly or dumb questions." It was nice to ask common and "off the wall" questions w/o worry or hesitation. Ryan was informative, patient, honest and had responded quickly if/when there were any needs. We will pass his name to other future home buyers! Thanks Ryan!

My husband and I were just to lucky to have Neil helping us out finding our first place!!
In the beginning we had no idea of what we wanted and Neil was always very patient, positive and in such a good mood! ;-)
When the whole closing process was done, we were sad to not have to hang out with Neil anymore, so we became friends! Haha.
We totally recommend him and if you are looking for a really good realtor, don't think twice and give that guy a call! -

After much research, we chose Ryan and 360 dwellings to help us find a home in Denver (while living across the country in Boston--no small task!!) Ryan and his company, 360 dwellings are simply top-knotch real estate agents.
We were so grateful for all of his hard work in helping us and couldn't possibly consider working with anyone else looking back at how wonderful the process was with him. MOST IMPRESSIVELY, were his intuition and amazing negotiating skills. He was so genuine in working with us and we were completely blown away with the negotiating he did to help us seal the deal on an awesome place in Aurora.

I am a first time home-buyer and after a bad experience with an agent, recommended by a lender. (She sent her 19 year old, clueless assistant to show me properties.) So, I scowered old emails for Neil's phone number. (He had shown me a few properties about a year ago, but it turned out I wasnt ready).
Initially I fell in love with the 360's website. By far the best, in Denver. The ability to enter your price range, only search on certain parts of the map, and narrow down the results with features like: walk scores, outdoor space, walk-in closet. Within minutes I found 10 properties in my price range, I was interested in.
I met Ryan to look at a few. And a couple days later Neil and I went all over town. They are both very knowledgable, listened, answered questions thouroughly, educated me on the process, and gave their opinions when I asked. Also, my price range was pretty low. But that didnt matter. They always followed up with me, and were willing to meet anytime anywhere.
We found a amazing deal in Capital Hill, that supposedly a few other people were writing offers on. After sleeping on it, I knew I couldnt stand to lose it. So Neil hustled and got my offer in before anyone. Accepted, and under contract!
Neil recommend some experienced, lenders and set up an inspector for me, who were both great. He met me at the condo a couple times to let some floor guys in, for measurements and to show my friends. He even helped me carry in boxes of hardwood floors!
My home buying expierience was a bit of a whirl-wind. I wanted to move fast, and Niel accomadated that. He was always available and it was a fun experience.

We absolutely *loved* doing business with Neil - he is as good as it gets and then some.
If you are in the market for a new home, do yourselves a favour and look up 360 Dwellings and get in touch with Neil or his partner, Ryan.
We really enjoyed the search, with Neil leading the way -- every discovery was enjoyable. And when it came to buying, we knew we had the best on our side.

We found Ryan by chance and boy was that our lucky day! Ryan immediately impressed us! He has all the dimensions one needs in a realtor: he's in touch with the market, he's a savy negotiator, and he's the type of guy with whom you enjoy working. Ryan made this experience enjoyable. Ryan would be good with first-time homebuyers (like us), families, and experienced investors. We can honestly say that we found our dream home, and Ryan made that happen.

As a first time home buyer, I had heard horror stories from my other friends about getting their hearts broken by losing bidding wars for several homes, or taking months to close on properties or details in the paperwork causing delays.
I was nervous to start hunting, but working with Ryan and Neil was like a dream come true. These guys work their butts off and Neil responded to our e-mails no matter the hour of the day or night.
All Neil's advice was right on, and while we toured houses he let us come to our own conclusions, but was happy to offer his opinion if we asked.
Everything about 360 Dwellings was professional, and their website is the best in Colorado for Real Estate, hands down. We wouldn't have gotten our house if it weren't for the great alert e-mails in our inbox before houses hit the MLS. I would recommend 360 dwellings to anyone looking for a home in Colorado, and especially first-time home buyers. -

My husband and I were referred to 360 Dwellings when we moved to Denver and Neil was AWESOME!!! I would tell anyone I knew to use him if they were looking for a home. Above and beyond our expectations and we closed before our month of corporate housing was up. I have a 19 mo old son and knew nothing about Denver and he did all the work and made it so easy. I'm a big fan of 360dwellings -- Neil helped me to find an awesome condo this past spring that had everything I was looking for and at a great price point too. He's organized, efficient, funny, easy to reach, and was a pleasure to work with. I looked at thirty or forty places before I ultimately closed on a condo, and I always felt like he was looking out for my interests. I highly recommend Neil and the guys at 360dwellings -- they gave me the five-star treatment and they've earned the same from me.
