The garlic red chili salsa they make is 100 percent addicting. I go back just for that. It's  in these little clear plastic cups in the back. It's pretty spicy, so rooks beware.

What I call a good honest burrito, no tricks or gimmicks here, thought I don't know why you need lettuce in a burrito, hell it's not a burger.  The burrito is fairly priced but I think the burritos can be thicker with more rice and beans and a tad more meat, the Steak tho is actually steak not beef that seems like steak, the place was ok to set and chow down on a burrito... I am not easily impressed but I can't say I'm a fan, but a good place to get a good honest burrito

Really bad service and unfriendly. I went in recently after an evening jog and was looking forward to a burrito as I was starved. Took forever for the guy to even say hello even though there were few people in there. He couldn't get the credit card  card machine to work and could care less. I'm pretty easy going and understanding but this place was awful.

Was not a big fan of the burrito I got (forget which one) because it was super dry. I went up to get a side of sour cream, and was charged. WEAK. After the sour cream it was better, but not great. Meh.

Quick, easy, big chunks of chicken in my burrito, and the tortilla was fresh and tasty.  It was great for a starving and don't want fast food moment.

I've literally worked a block from this place for a year and never tried it until today. Now I'm kicking myself for what I've missed out on in that year cuz it's delicious! I got one of their daily burrito specials- steak and lobster. It was a toss up between that or the salmon and spinach.. The less healthy choice won of course.

The meat was flavorful and on point. It might not be the most authentic Mexican burrito shop (it's in San Ramon first of all) but their whole thing is incorporating all kinds of non-traditional ingredients... into deliciousness. Prices aren't super cheap (again, San Ramon) but at least it's good and good sized portions too. Can't wait to come back and try the other stuff!

The burritos are good here, they are custom made so don't come here if you want instant gratification.  OTOH, you'll probably get your food faster than you will at the overcrowded Chipotle on the other side of 680.

On the minus side, the prices are high, the portions are average, and they charge way to much for extras compared with the competition.

I have had other locations and enjoyed the food, but this location was terrible. First they made my food wrong (gave a vegetarian a chicken burrito -- good thing I noticed before I bit into meat eek!) and then when I drove back there they made it right, but the flavoring was horrid. I will not go back to this location.

After almost 4 years of living in this area, I finally decided to give this place a try as it is right across from the dog groomer where our little dog was getting her nails trimmed.

I was first Intrigued by the "specials board' offering lobster and leg of lamb and I realized this was not your average Mexican Taqueria. I walked inside, looked at the vast selections on the menu board and also saw as sign that indicated they used Halal meat. I ordered a steak and shrimp burrito and had a choice of tortillas. I went with the generic flour, had rice, black beans, pico de gallo, cheese and guacamole in the burrito. I was advised it would be a few minutes and even to go I could take a container of chips from the end of the counter and get salsa from the salsa bar.

Service was friendly and the burrito was ginormous and cost about $9.50. Since Kevin was working from home this day, he was surprised when I came home with a burrito (I am more of a crunchy taco kind of girl). The flavors were good and the shrimp were delicious but I found the beef to be a little tough". I was done after about 1/4 of the burrito so Kevin dug in an liked it a lot. WAY better than Casa Gourmet Burrito in Danville. He ate another 1/4 and then when Ilana came home from school, she finished it off for an after school snack/early dinner.

We will more than likely be back-just not sure when.

First time I have been to this chain, and overall it was a sub-par performance. Here's the rundown.

    The Concept and Decor.

I guess the concept is "international burritos." Yes, pretty lame concept and it seemed to be pulled off poorly.

The overall decoration of the place reminded me of one of the many cheap Taquerias in the East Bay. Not a very clean place and the 94.9FM-type music certainly didn't set an International mood.

    Chip and Salsa.

The setup here was much like the Taquerias mentioned above. They had a salsa bar and serve-yourself tortilla chips.

All of the salsas were pretty tasty, especially the roasted chile salsa. However, the signage was pretty dingy and overall the salsa bar was less than clean.

The chips were the worst part of the entire restaurant experience. Imagine old, thick, cheap-ass tortilla chips from Safeway - only worse.

    The Sides.

I ordered the taco plate (tacos reviewed below) that came with beans and rice. The beans were whole black beans that looked like they were cooked fresh, which was nice, but they were under-seasoned and lacked a lot of flavor. Also, by "cooked fresh" I mean "not canned". These beans may have been cooked on site but certainly weren't freshly cooked.

The rice was very similar. Probably cooked on site, but generic seasoning and little dried out/stale helped a forgettable experience ensue.

    The Tacos.

This was the best part of the meal. I ordered the steak tacos and the meat was wonderful, along with the toppings. Well cooked and seasoned, if it were not for the rest of the overall experience I would definitely go again and order the steak tacos.

    Summary.

I would've given two stars if it were not for the wonderful meat in the tacos.

I will not be trying 360 Burritos again.

I guess it was good, but it didn't really hit the spot.

    Brief Summary
    -- Fresh and healthy ingredients
    -- Black beans were meh
-- Kind of expensive to me

It's hard to compete with Chipotle and I'm going to say that up front. I ended up paying around $10 for like a grande chicken burrito. The black beans weren't very tasty and the cheese wasn't all that either. The chicken was very good and fresh.

The salsa was decent but nothing memorable. I was a little disappointed and not very happy with my choice to eat here. I will give it a try again, if and when I'm convinced by one of my coworkers.

I wasnt impressed. I came in and ordered a chicken salad--i know as a burrito place its not their specialty but a salad is not hard! Especially when its just lettuce, chicken pieces, and some ground up fajita shells. The chicken was REALLY salty and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ill give it a star because at $7 it was cheap for san ramon I suppose, but at that price i can get a salad at whole foods.

Remember World Wrapps?  That's what 360 Gourmet Burritos is like (only worse).  They serve wraps (e.g., teriyaki chicken, curry chicken, Cajun chicken, tofu) but they call them gourmet burritos.  I shudder at the thought of finding lettuce in my burrito but it doesn't bother me when I think of it as a wrap.

The menu includes soft tacos, quesadillas, salads, fajitas, rice bowls and even kabobs.  They have different types of tortillas and a brown rice option.  I saw the sign for their salads - they have about 11 different salads for $6.45.  They also have a $5 burrito, chips and drink lunch special.

I ordered the Thai chicken salad ($6.45) and it wasn't really a salad.  It was like their wrap only without the tortilla.  They put a warm stir fry of roasted chicken cubes, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, red onion, bell peppers and peanut sauce on a bed of romaine lettuce.   Stale croutons, mealy tomato slices and a cup of sour, bland white dressing completed the strange concoction.  The peanut sauce is flavorful, so you don't really need another dressing.  It wasn't horrible but it was strange.  There wasn't much chicken but the abundant amount of lettuce and bean sprouts was filling.

There's a salsa bar and a soda machine in the back.  The food arrived quickly after the order was placed at the counter.  There isn't much ambiance to speak of - they've tried to give the place a bright, contemporary look.  Surprisingly busy during lunch time.

I haven't had 360 Burrito in about 3 1/2 years. The last time I had it was at the 360 in Concord and they totally changed their menu and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

So I came in here just to see if there was anything redeeming at this location.

My usual go to is always the Prawns Burrito with the Garlic Lemon Sauce in a Spinach Tortilla. I also included Sour Cream. The burrito comes with Rice, Black Beans, Lettuce and Fresh Salsa. The burrito was smaller than I remember, but that's a good thing.

It was as good as I remember having it the first time. They are really expensive though. For one burrito it was almost $9.00. One burrito, no chips, no salsa, 1 (one) again, ONE burrito.

It was worth it though. I almost went back the next day to get another one for lunch again. I don't know if I can afford this habit though.

Stopped by for lunch.  Ordered the mesquite chicken burrito.  Got to choose the type of wrapping tortilla.

Burrito was large.  Full of rice, beans, sauces and the chicken.  Nice tasting and very filling.   Average overall for this kine of place.

I think the owners / manager reads these yelp reviews. They moved the bug zapper away from the salsa area (yay!). Also the last time I was here everything seemed very tidy and very clean.

So I bumped my review to 5 stars. Plus, I am seriously addicted to their chipotle chicken burrito - I've had it several times and it's always consistently delicious!!! Fluffy rice, spicy chicken, fresh grilled veggies, and a soft tortilla. I think I'll go back for another today!

I had made a resolution to myself to  make healthier meal choices... so I walked into a burrito shop to order a salad .. (what was I thinking???)

Their today's special looked so tempting and exotic considering this is a burrito shop.  Examples include Leg of Lamb and Thai Chicken.  Hmmmmm should I order a burrito bowl intead? is that healthier than a salad?

Sticking to my promise, I went ahead and ordered the Chicken Artichoke salad.

meh.. it ended up being "just okay"..  chicken breast was plentiful but dry, but the marinated artichoke was good... bell peppers, red onions, croutons, tomatoes and romaine lettuce.. pretty standard fare.. pretty standard fare. Can't complain.  But next time, I'll order a burrito next time I go..360 I promise to update this review the next time I go in, and next time it will be a burrito!

If your last name is Fancy Pants, you may like 360 Gourmet Burritos. I got the goat cheese veggie burrito. It was good, but not great. I'm giving 360 Gourmet Burritos 3 stars because it lacks the things i like most about Mexican food:

    -Cheap
    -Good salsa
    -Free chips
-Burritos so big I want to sleep all afternoon

    The service was also mediocre.

Admitting you have a problem is always the first step. I am addicted to their Kabobs. They are ridiculously good. It's almost embarrassing to admit that I stop by that place practically every day on the way home from work and get a plate of chicken kabobs. The spicy marinated chicken is very flavorful and tender. What I love the most though is the sauce they serve with the kabobs. Simply amazing.

For those gym people out there, it's a pretty clean meal (as long as you skip the tortilla and go light on the rice). On the weekends I tend to do the mixed kabob plate (chicken + steak) and splurge with a flour tortilla.

I will be moving to SF soon and it pains me that the 360 in SF does not serve kabob plates due to some competitive constraints. That is truly unfortunate as I fear withdrawals might be in my future. Oh how I am not looking forward to the shakes ...

For a relatively healthy and very tasty meal ... try the kabobs. Seriously ...

I had not been to this place in a couple of years, but I could have sworn it tasted much better 2 years ago. I understand that this is not real Mexican food, but it's not right to try and pass off anything that you wrap in a tortilla as a burrito...it's just not right.

I had the 360 "burrito" that consisted of chicken, lots of lettuce, tomato, onion and their 360 sauce (whatever that is). There were no beans or rice. Is that a burrito? There were so many cold veggies it made the entire "burrito" cold. If you are looking for the healthy alternative to the real burrito this is your spot.

After something like 10-15 trips here, 360 is batting 1.000 with me....never been disappointed.  So when playing Mr. Mom last evening (wife out boozing!), I was A-OK with my daughter's call on burritos for dinner.

I went for the Cajun Chicken last night....spicy goodness!  I also like the fact that 360 gives you the option on both tortilla type (I go whole wheat) and rice (now serving brown!).  Their salsas (free!) are killer but I'm a little bummed that they make you pony up for chips.  (Knowing we had chips at home and no salsa, I simply swiped a sampling of all their salsas, so we had a nice side order with our dinner!).

Finally, service is always fast which is key because it seems like I'm always starving when I stop in here!   Thai Chicken is the one I've ordered most here and is probably my fave.  Lime Steak is also nice.

This is the place that started the burrito obsession for me many years ago. Whenever I come back to visit, they never fail to satisfy. Don't bother ordering a fancy/schmancy burrito, just order a standard chicken or steak burrito with black beans and brown rice and douse it with the sweet chili sauce and enjoy my friend. A+

Ok, the 360 Burrito place can be ok, but there are better choices around.   The Carne Asada burrito tends to be dry and flavorless.   I guess you could smother it in salsa to help it out, but what's the point of that?

For a good Burrito, go to Azteca in Dublin.

I've had fast service there, so that's worth at least an extra half star.   So, I'd give it 2 and 1/2 stars if Yelp would let me Yelp that out.

Shrimp burrito is killer, but pricey.  Ample parkiing out front, shares the parking lot with Loemann's.  Small chain store, a few tables inside/outside.  burittos tend to fall apart, but taste good and are moist.  Good sized, not your authentic mexican style burrito.  Matter a fact, rice in a burrito is more CA style.  Friends from TX laughed when they learned we had rice in our burritos in CA.  Good place to get something different and out-of-the-ordinary.

so the name is still 360 but the menu is different as far as burritos go. they have a wide variety of salads, rice bowls and kebab plates as well. many of the other locations have closed and this one isn't even listed on the chains list of locations.

not so sure what the deal is with this place but they are still making fast and freshly cooked to order food. the daily specials are really good and i'm a huge fan of the steak and lobster burrito. i still love the sweet heat sauce on anything i order here. it's the exact same thing as mae ploy sweet chile sauce and i stock up on as much of it as i can.

I love this place, they seem to have a different menu than most other 360's. They also have this very spicy red garlic salsa that is the real deal. I always get the garlic lime chicken, and it is absolutely delcious. Sometimes, I become an addict and eat here 3 days a week. It seems to be family owned, and the staff is friendly, and its a good place for a quick delicious burrito. The only thing I feel like they could improve upon is their chips are stale about 50% of the time. p.s. be careful with the garlic salsa, if your not used to it, it can cause a mutiny in the belly!!

I've only been here once, but their vegetarian burrito (on the green spinach tortilla) is one of the best burritos I've ever had! And this is coming from a major burrito aficionado! I believe it had zuchinni and other tasty veggies that made it stand apart from other veggie burritos I've had before. And I loved that you could choose from several different kinds of tortilla!

I just got a job in San Ramon, and I'm excited about being able to eat lunch there often now... hopefully it's still as good as I remember! :)
