One of the better Mexican choice we have down here in the financial district.  it's cheap and quick.  I usually order the $5 lunch special which includes 3 cheese quesadillas with chicken inside and I usually get the additional $1.5 for tortilla chips and a soda.

This place hasn't disappointed me much but I have had times were it took forever for me to get my food.  Other times they were slick with skimping on the amount of chicken they put into my quesadillas.  I am only OK with this place. Enough said!

When LivingSocial had their $1 lunch special last Wednesday, I waited too long and all the good lunch spots were sold out. No offense, 360. So I opted for this place despite the reviews and ended up with a "I should have known" experience.

First of all, the wraps were NOT like they were advertised on the menu. In fact, the description on the website says: "Wraps: Like a salad, but wrapped in a tortilla. Fresh greens, tomatoes, red onions and dressing."

NOWHERE does it say the wraps have rice and beans. That made it more like a burrito, not a salad. And since I can't eat beans or rice (I'm watching my carbs), I ended up picking apart my wrap, digging out the beans and rice and eating only the meat and soggy lettuce with cheese. Bleh.

Side note: Seriously, lettuce does not belong in a burrito, let alone with rice and beans. Whoever thought of that needs to be slapped. Just gross.

Not surprisingly, I ended up with a stomachache afterward. I only paid $1 for my lunch and it was still not worth it.

    I should have known.

Two stars for other items, three stars for breakfast.

Their rice bowls are just not good. They offer 5 different flavors to choose from for the bowls...ranging from indian spices to cajun louisiana.  Strange, right?  Especially since this is supposed to be a Mexican Taqueria type joint.  I don't mind it so much if the flavors were actually good.  Unfortunately, they put way too much sauce and it's way too spicy so I end up sweating to death.  In addition, it feels more like I'm having a soup gumbo rather than a mexican rice bowl.

During breakfast time, they have a good variety of cheap eats ranging from $2.00 for eggs & toast to $2.95 for a meatless breakfast burrito.  They do potatoes really well if you're craving for morning starch.  Their organic coffee isn't bad either.

I always walked passed this place and just looked and had that thought of " unsure and didn't have a crave for a burrito"

So one day walking by I looked and pondered on what to get possibly.
If you get a burrito you kind of want to be satisfied too satisfied when you can hardly walk or button you're pants after lunch must say everyone wants a burrito that is down right delicious, filling and manageable together, juice spilling get it) and chips that are fresh with tasty salsa.

The service was friendly. I mean this was a food court, so
I wasn't expecting a mojito or anything. However, that
sounds lovely( I'll take 4)...one is for you of course. I could use something like that, but it's not about the mojito,it's about the burrito.

So I settled with a spinach tortilla w/cheese,rice,whole beans, chicken and salsa. They burrito was good, salsa and chips were ok.Nothing to complain about.

    1. The price was ok
    2. The workers nice
    3. The food seemed fresh
    4. The portion of the burrito was good(ate it all)
    5. Quick service with a smile

P.S Even though I went to this place I didn't expect much. However, I was only going to eat half but .....well I'll be honest and say my hunger at the time was quite up there,so I finished it up.Yep, I looked pathetic too,but not letting it drip and get all messy.

There are more places in the area, but thought to give this place a chance.

Not bad, just right when you are hungry...Good job on wrapping up my burrito too.

Forgive me for not using spell check. You can understand what I am try to say here.

Wow this chain is unrecognizable since my last visit years ago.  Agreed that their old worldly menu was overwhelming.  But now their attempts to simplify has left them looking like a wannabe Chipotle.  And their $5 lunch specials menu and claims of healthier food and reasonable portion sizes has them looking like a wannabe Subway.

Which is a terrible thing since Chipotle is fast, efficient, and tasty; Subway is actually cheap and healthy.  360 Gourmet is none of those things.  Now I understand where the 360 comes from -- they look all around at all their competitor not-fast-food chains and try to be all of them at once.  I liked then better before when they had a personality and some interesting options on the menu.  Now they're just a bad knockoff of everyone else.

As for this specific location of 360, the food court at One Market is feeling a bit dead nowadays.  There used to be a burger joint here that rounded out a fairly diverse mall-like food court, but now there's a big empty unrented void in the center that makes the entire place feel empty.  Would much rather head an extra block to Rincon for a more lively environment and better lunch options.

After feeling so disappointed of the milkshake place being closed, I wandered across the food court and came for some Cajun chicken with rice, lettuce and black beans with cheese.

I was getting even more disappointed as my day went. Chicken was quite dry but ok spicy, rice was also dry. Lettuce and black beans were very mediocre.

The five stars isn't for the food. It's OK, your standard burrito joint, though they do offer options on the final product - wrap, salad, etc.

But this review is for the service. I took a salad to go from the kearny street location, and though I asked for it dry, was bummed to get back to the office and find it loaded with dressing. This location was right down the street, and without hesitation they made a new one for me. Much appreciated.

This place is a big failure.  What's that old saying about the food being bad and the portions being small?  That's what you get at 360 Degrees:  bad food and portions that keep getting smaller and smaller.  The chubby guy and the cranky woman who work the cash registers at lunch are the type of customer service people who have simply become too bitter and nasty to continue to be in that line of work.  Just a bad experience from beginning to end.

Burritos? Ick.  They're too healthy, and too bland for me.

    Service = okay

    Prices = okay.

Maybe I'm just used to having 'authentic' burritos with the grease, well-seasoned, etc.......

Nonetheless, they do not have my vote!

After eating a burrito here, I was left wondering where the gourmet was.

A co-worker of mine and I were starving and I was frantically looking online for a new place for us to eat.  He's vegetarian...I like meat protein.  I find 360 Gourmet Burritos on Yahoo Yellow Pages.  We jam on down to the 1 Market location.

Half-way there my co-worker says he's eaten there before.  I think he was humoring me on this one so went along.

Order burritos, him: veggie, me: steak.  Wait for burritos.  We watch the burrito assembler complete assembling.  We see our burritos sitting on the counter where they put food that's ready to go out.  A couple of minutes pass, no one brings our burritos from the holding station to our trays.  Another minute passes and two workers walk right past.

Oh, they're distracted because they've gone from on-site caring workers to off-site catering workers.  Another minute passes and the busperson walks past.  Sheesh, it's a take-out place.  The only thing he's busing are the trays from he collects from around the food court.

Another couple of minutes pass and my co-worker and I have been making gestures suggesting that we're gonna come back there and get our own food to our trays.  The burrito assembly guy sees our frustration and comes around and gives us our burritos.  It isn't until then that the busperson or whatever he is starts grabbing the backed up burritos and calling numbers and getting all commandeering.

Was the burrito worth the wait...hell, no.  More tasteless, dry protein wrapped in a tortilla.

One would think with a name like "360 Gourmet Burritos" that the burritos would actually taste good.  Not here, not today.

No more Mexican chain food for me.

    *shudder*

The garlic whatever sauce tasted way too buttery and it heavily dripped at the bottom of my prawn burrito.  I ordered chips on the side that tasted like plastic... salsa was not spicy at all nor was it very flavorful..

THERE WAS HAIR in my burrito/salsa... like small crinkly strands.. AHHHHHHHH BARF... :( :( :(

Don't ask me why I have random cravings for Mexican food.  It's so delicious.  It's so bad for me.  But I crave it!

Give me my steak burrito, sour cream, no beans.  Stuff it with rice and salsa.  I'm a happy camper.

Apparently we can't say the same for their chicken burrito.  Word.

I rate 360 Burrito a solid "OK."  It's a staple of mine simply because it resides at the ground floor of the building in which I work.

Their burritos are decent (oddly, though, with the recently revamped menu they seem to have gotten blander).  The curry steak quesadilla is actually really good, although it'll turn your fingers yellow for the rest of the day.

-1 for selling chips instead of giving them to you with your order.  More recently they seem to have put the salsa cups behind the counter so you have to ask for one, which I find rather cheap and annoying.

If I want a really good burrito and I have a little time, I'll sprint across the street to Pancho Villa; but if I'm pressed for time and I'm looking for something at least decent, 360 it is.

I LOVE 360!  The first time I ate 360 was back in '04 when I missed my flight and was stuck in the Oakland Airport---talk about silver lining on a cloud!  My mouth was revolutionized that day with the help of garlic, lime, and chicken.  For the vegetarians out there, the tofu, broccoli, and rice burrito is might fine.

As further proof that my guardian angel takes the form of a hefty burrito, my best friend now works down the street from this 360!  Could life get any more perfect?  I get to visit my best friend AND eat my favorite food.  YES!  Life rocks!

I can't believe the reviews are so low for this place! I come fairly often, and I typically get the cajun chicken or tofu salad and am very much satisfied! I've only ever had a bite of a quesadilla which was just as satisfying.

It's really not a typical burrito place. When you leave, you don't feel satisfied so much in the great taste of the grease that you usually do after eating at a burrito place, but you do feel satisfied that you ate a for-the-most-part healthy lunch. Don't come if you're looking for one of those delicious, huge burritos.

So I work in downtown Oakland, but sometimes...just for the fun of it...I like to take BART into the city for lunch (it's only a 10 minute BART ride).  Yesterday, I wandered into the Market Street Building (the big red brick one across from the Hyatt), on a quest to find an amazing salad.

There's a food court type of thing in the building, so I went from one food place to the next within this area, looking at their salad menu.  I finally decided that 360's Chicken Chipotle Salad looked and sounded scrumptious.  I ordered it, with the cheese and dressing on the side.  The salad had lettuce, olives, red belle peppers, corn, black beans, grilled chicken already on it.  It was a pretty good salad.  I sprinkled a little cheese on it, and the dressing was super spicy, so I only put a little on my salad...but I did put some salsa (i'm wierd I know), on my salad and it make it heavenly!

So, all in all...360's salad was pretty decent...for a quick lunch time, healthy salad...fresh and fast - I recommend it.  I'll go back...maybe in a week or so. :)

Since La Salsa on Battery closed, our office has been mourning the lack of good, healthy Mexican food nearby.  I took a walk one day and found 360 Degrees Gourmet Burritos and noticed their $5.00 lunch burrito.

It was fine!  Not as good as La Corneta, but good.  The food was fresh, the ingredients were tasty, and at $5.00, nothing to sneeze at.  I will be back to try their other options - including a breakfast burrito.

I know, you should try the thing that the place lists in its name or as its specialty, but I went for the salad.  It was confusing trying to figure out which of the non-Mexican/"world" options went best with smoked tofu, but I ended up with an OK salad.  Not great, but not awful.  (OK, the things that claimed they were tomatoes were mushy and awful, but the rest was within acceptable parameters.)  All that being said, the next time I want to drop $7 for a salad, I'll head over to Bistro Burger or Lightning Foods.

I used to rave about this place because it was close to work and I loved the thai prawn burrito. However, I took a close friend here to try this infamous burrito and after taking a few bites and wondering why it tasted so weird, we realized it was because they had put mexican rice in it instead of sticky white rice. The only reason we even discovered this was because we had to go back up and ask, only to find out they had run out of white rice and never bothered to say anything! You may think this is no big deal using different style rice, but it is when it's a thai burrito with thai peanut sauce mixed with mexican spicy rice, yuck. I banned it for awhile and decided to try it again not that long ago and wasn't impressed. It just isn't the same.

The only reason I finally ended up going here was because they put their nutritional info online, so I was able to pick out something healthy (Classic Steak Bowl for less than 400 calories). Overall the sauce had good flavor and everything was cooked well, but half the bowl was lettuce, so there wasn't THAT much food and one of the steak pieces was kinda grizzly, so minus one star. Other than that, there is nothing stopping me from going here again!!

I should have realized something was wrong when they're "most popular burrito" - the gourmet burrito - didn't come with cheese or sour cream. I can understand the sour cream, but come on, no cheese?? Anyways, I shelled out $7.90 for this beast, and somehow they have managed to mess up Mexican food. How is that even possible?! It tasted like cardboard. And it was so strange. I thought - hey, that's kind of cool, I can get both chicken and beef mixed in, what an interesting blend of tastes that will bring. Cardboard. Mealy cardboard. I give them a one star for convenience and speed, but it wasn't even that fast. Do not go here.

Having grown up in SoCal, I can definitely appreciate Mexican food.

There are times that I need to hit BART for a quick run from SOMA to the Mission district during lunch for an 'authentic' burrito experience and other times that I will go to 360 for something different.

360 burritos are different.  Curry flavored?  Check.  Thai?  Check.  Mediterrean?  Yup.  None of that stuff in the Mission District (that I know of).  Mix it up with your choice of tomato, spinach, wheat or plain tortillas and I guess I can see where they can attach Gourmet to their name and get away with it.

My burrito of choice is their Mediterranean salmon and spinach burrito. Huge chunks of salmon and consistently generous portions of spinach round out the burrito.  Drown the burrito in salsa and I'm in burrito heaven :) !

You want 'authentic' burritos?  Go elsewhere.  You want something different?  Check them out!

Oh, One last comment.  For some strange reason, if you order your food 'to go', they won't give you any chips with your burrito order but 'for here' orders, it comes with chips.  Go figure.
