Good stuff!  Very reasonable prix fixe dinner is fresh and delicious, I've eaten much worse food and paid a lot more for it.  It's a bit hard to get to, but the neighborhood is quiet and slow, a very nice contrast to most of the city.  Everything about our dinner was lovely, salad, entree, dessert, wine...360, when will you open a west coast outpost?

Another one of those places where I trekked all the way over to some exotic foreign locale(in this case Redhook) chasing hype and was severely disappointed.  Yes it's cute.  Yes it's run by a nice family.  The food was not especially good.  Not bad but if you're coming from somewhere besides down the street, I'd go somewhere else.  I promise I'm not some kind of Manhattan snob.  There are plenty of fantastic places to get food and drink in Brooklyn, 360's just not one of them.

Darn, I went for my birthday and it is closed.  Reports online vary from "Closed for an unspecified period of time", to "owner has a herion problem and ran away to Mexico with a waiter".

The Prix Fixe is a great option, a mere $25 will get you a delicious meal.  The food is super fresh, produce comes from from the neighborhood Red Hook farm.  It's a groundbreaking location, deep in Red Hook on Van Brundt, but with the Fairway in at the end of Red Hook, it's more accessible than people give it credit for.  The pork belly was pretty dang good too!

Unless you happen to live in Red Hook, this restaurant is not going to be super-easy to get to, but trust me, it's totally worth the trek. Chef Arnaud Erhart is a master of simple, yet delicious French-influenced bistro food. The $25 prix fixe is ridiculously good value and the organic/biodynamic wine list is very well chosen and definitely not run of the mill. Red Hook is a fascinating neighborhood in general - use your visit to 360 as a chance to explore some of the very cool shops and bars that are opening up here.
