Pros:
*Building is fairly new, clean, modern.
*Underground parking.
*Management is responsive and timely.
*Was quiet considering the downtown location (courtyard view).
*24 Hour gym. Small, yet functional.
*Laundry in unit.
*$500 Move-in deposit.
*Year-round tenant activities - movie nights, art exhibits.

Cons:
*You pay for PG&E and H20
*The elevator is SUPER slow.
*No pool.
*Electric stoves.
*A few break-in's in the parking garage.
