Los Angeles, CA
Best classic cocktails I've EVER had. This place has ruined me- I can't stomach "bad" drinks like I used to...
The food is good too, the fried PB&J (with Marsh mellow Fluff) had my Dad reminiscent about Fluffer Nutter sandwiches from his childhood. My husband and I have taken a wide range of people here (friends and family ages 19-63) and they all want to come back! It can get expensive so when we go, just the two of us, we indulge in the cocktails but only order the appetizers. They are delicious and filling, you don't really need an entree. The artichokes, when in season are our favorite, but the sunchokes, mac'n'cheese, and calamari are favorites too.
The wait staff is great, my "non-drinker" mother-in-law felt obligated to order a cocktail, because of my hubby's obsession with them here, and she left it up to the waitress to pick one for her (with minimal guidelines- and this lady is picky!). Well, she not only ordered a second but had the waitress choose her entree too -she was so impressed with how good the waitress listened and new the product. -

Fullerton, CA
We LOVE this place enough to drive all the way from Fullerton with two little kids fighting the whole way in the back seat. Seriously.
LOVE:
* The truly cube-shaped ice cubes. Who does that??? I LOVE IT!
* Excellent drink menu
* Super service
* Great happy hour
* Great food--for appetizer try the chicken fingers, cerviche, and the mac n cheese. For main--try the sandwiches/burgers. I loved my french dip.
* Cute decor and clean bathrooms (this one is huge for me)
We've been here twice and can't wait to go back. -

It's wedding season. I got to be in shape for these mini high school reunions. "No mom, I don't have Spanx in my suitcase to wear with this dress to my sister's wedding!" No judging. So I have been on a fitness kick. Cue music: "Kanye's Workout Plan." So on Friday date night, I chose a light, fresh salad topped with crab meat, avocado and grape tomatoes from 320 Main. I washed it down with a skinny girl cocktail prepared by a mixologist with an epic mustache. Both were fantastic. I begged my husband NOT to order 320 Main's juicy burger and a side of salty, crispy, hot fries. He ordered it to spite me. I tried my hardest to have self-control and to not give into my temptations.
"No, babe. I'm good. I don't want a bite of your burger. I'm going to sit here and eat this flippin fabulous salad." Well.. let's just say this girl loves herself some MEAT. It was a serious FAIL on my part. I could not refuse that glorious burger. I took a couple bites and was in juicy burger heaven. It was worth the calories. At the end, I went home happy. I couldn't deny myself a craving in moderation. :) -

I was SO hungry by the time we got here and had very high hopes. Everything was decent, but nothing was over the top good. We tried:
--Duck fries: These were kind of weird. The gravy and onions were good and the fries were crispy. The duck was just odd...it tasted like ring bologna (you know, that stuff that's in a semi-circle looking thing) and did not taste like duck at all.
--320 burger: Waygu beef, bacon, egg...solid. Based on the ingredients, would be pretty hard to mess this up.
--Pato Cubano: Braised pork and smoked duck; sounds good, right? Bland, and again they used that weird ring bologna/duck. Very disappointing. Not enough meat and too much bread.
--Chicken fried chicken: Stole a bite from my friend; very good. Chicken was juicy and gravy was the same as the duck fries. Of all the things I tried, I'd say this was the best.
Service was good and drinks were reasonable. Place is small, so make a reservation. -

If you come here during Happy Hour, its a much better deal. The Happy Hour prices are reasonable. As it stood, we got duck fries, bleu tenders, calamari, and a spinich and mushroom flatbread. With 3 beers, the total was $72 with tip. The appetizers were good, but the flatbread was a fail for me. However. the date liked, which was good.
I will be back for Happy Hour. -

The legend of 320 Main:
It is said that the Trojan War began when the goddess of discord left a plate of DUCK FRIES inscribed "to the fairest."
Columbus set sail for America because he heard that one day this would be the land of FILET MIGNON served with the most delicious HEIRLOOM CARROTS man has ever known.
When a man wishes to ride with Finn McCool, his willpower is tested by placing him in a room with only a refrigerator with a box marked "Finn McCool" containing leftover 320 Main PORK CHOPS. If he eats the leftovers, he is not taken for want of self-possession, and is wounded. If he resists, he has proved his will to be superhuman, and may join.

This place is legit. I love the atmosphere and set up they have going there. The beer is awesome, reasonably priced and the bartenders are amazing at what they do. They're quick, smooth and on top of everything. The food is great but a little pricey. It's very relaxed there; not your average bar scene. More of a lounge if anything. Great for a date night or for just a pint with a buddy.

It was probably warmer with the heat lamps out in the patio than indoors with the door wide open on a brisk night. The happy hour price points for drinks and appetizers are good and ends by 6 PM. The apps we tried were standard, and personally the grilled cheese & tomato soup dish wasn't packed full of flavor as I expected, especially for a dish you can easily whip up at home, cheaper. The fresh baked monster chocolate chip cookies with vanilla bean ice cream and ghiradelli chocolate sauce was another story. My friend and I gobbled that dessert up.

4.5 stars..I love Seal Beach and I love this spot!
Everything sounds amazing on their menu! And I love how it's short and simple but delicious.
Their short rib stroganoff is to die for! The braised short ribs are super tender and the sauce is amaaaazing! I barely got a few bites before my boyfriend inhaled it all! It is a little pricey, I believe it was around $25 but super worth it! The duck and pig flatbread was good. I ordered it with an egg and wish I ordered blue cheese on it, think it would've given it that extra oomph I was looking for.
But I must say their deep fried PG&J was OMG delicious. I wish I didn't have to share it with 3 other people but it was the perfect dessert.
BTW, don't waste your money on their absinthe. Didn't even get me buzzed.
Verdict: The place isn't huge and if you go at night you can sit outside with the heat lamps but it's so dim that you can barely read the menu. Another negative is our waitress was slow on checking on us and didn't check on us often (and she wasn't even busy except with 2 other tables!). BUT..definitely can't wait to go back and try their pork belly app as well as a couple other items I was dying to taste! -

Maaaaan.... These dudes are the shit. We intended to go here for dinner because their menu looks awesome. But we ended up grabbing an early lunch and shared a bunch of appetizers because there was so many things that looked good.
Sunchoke fries?! I've been trying to find a place that serves sunchokes and those were BOMB. You just have to try them.
Mac n Cheese?! That shit was to DIE for. Who doesn't love crispy broiled cheese and cheesy goodness?
Bruschetta?! Simple, but fantastic oils and vinaigrette.
The outdoor seating is great, and the ambiance is fantastic. Love this downtown seal beach area. This was a great place to grab a bite after walking around. I really can't praise this place any more. I'm sure their dinner's are fantastic too and if I am ever down here again, I will absolutely dine here. -

Irvine, CA
This restaurant has a good feel to it. The space is divided in half between a bar with high tables and plenty of counter space, and a restaurant area. There is also a small patio. The food was above average, with an open kitchen, and interesting appetizers. Main courses were a little pricey, making the cost level more of a fine dining level, but with more of a bistro atmosphere. I sense that this is a his and hers restaurant - he runs the bar, she runs the dining room. While I appreciate the drinks list including a 'Vesper' (from Casino Royale), the martini glasses are too small, and if the owner/barman thinks your drink is a cocktail, (i.e. a cosmopolitan), you get it served in a small 1970s style champagne class. After asking why, I was informed this is the 'cocktail revolution' - I don't really care about revolutions but do care about serving drinks the way a customer wants them - and they don't. The wine selection was adequate - but the reds were served too warm. There is a happy hour that brings in the seniors - the younger crowd seems to show a little later. I rate this place "worth a visit" but it probably won't become your regular spot - meals a little to pricey - drink service a little pretentious.

Finally decided to check this place out.
Of course I got the Duck fries and you get a good amount of duck meat. I kind of wish their was cheese on them but that is more of a personal preference.
Secondly if you come during lunch they have in my opinion a great offering. For $10 my friend got half a french dip sandwich, fries or coleslaw, and either wine, soda, or beer(house). If you are a light eater like me this would be a perfect meal. The guy I went with was not full as he was the one who ordered this. So he ate some of my duck fries as it is a large portion.
If i was in the area more I would definitely stop in again. Their drinks sound very appealing. -
Review from Holly T.
Cocktails, cocktails, cocktails. This is THE place in the area to go for classic cocktails, and it's pretty much the only game in town for artisan cocktails in general. I only have good things to say about the bar itself and the lovely drinks that they produce. Food, that is another story. Over the past few years I have been here for different chefs and different incarnations of the menu, and to me, it's never gotten to the point where I enjoy dinner here; the execution has always fallen short of the descriptions. Bar snacks, sure, but dinner, for the price I'd rather eat at Walt's Wharf or any number of other places on Main Street any day.
So, since I am recommending coming here to drink delicious alcoholic beverages, some tips for my Long Beach folk when it comes to NOT driving here. I have found that it is a royal pain to get a cab from Seal Beach back to Long Beach, even though it's only a few miles, due to the county line and taxi regulations concerning cross-county transportation (I confirmed this with a taxi driver friend of mine). What works for me is to walk up Central Ave until it meets Marina Drive, and cross the bridge to get back over to Long Beach. From in front of McKenna's, you can either catch the Passport bus back home, or you can call a cab from there and get one much quicker and easier than if you call a cab from Seal Beach. It's about a mile walk, but it doesn't hurt to walk off the drinks anyway. So, please enjoy the cocktails at 320 Main, but be safe!Listed in: Behind the Orange Curtain

I bought a Yelp deal to 320 Main which was an awesome way to experience it for the first time.
I had the most perfect filet mignon I've ever had and my partner had the special which was two lamb "lollipops" on a bed of shredded lamb shoulder. She loved it! We also got the buffalo chicken tenders which were so good I could probably eat them everyday for the rest of my life! And you get quite a big portion for the $6-7 they cost. We did not try any mixed drinks, but instead brought a bottle of our own wine and the regular corking fee was only $10!!
This place is great. The lighting is a bit poor (kind of dim, but with harsh lighting) and the place is tiny and packed! But, it's in a great area of Seal Beach and the food is fantastic.
Oh, and the service - I was expecting a little pretention but the waitstaff was super friendly and down-to-earth. Way to go, 320 Main! -

Everything was great!!! First off I ordered a whiskey sour. The bartender made me a real one. Now now, before you say, "Ok...what's the big deal?" I guarantee most of you have never had a real whiskey sour with a beaten egg white floated on the top. My buddy got the macaroni and cheese with smoked duck on top. OMG. So good. So well made. I had the siracha honey glazed meatloaf sandwich. It was like a angel floated down from heaven and placed manna on my tongue.

This is as close to a Cole's/Varnish experience as you'll get around here. The french dip is tasty. It's the only thing I've eaten there. But I don't really come for the food.
The cocktails are masterful and delicious and bartenders seem more than happy to talk about what they're doing which is awesome. I've had the Bijou Cocktail, Martinez, Lady Derringer, Virginia Dare, the famously pain-in-the-ass-to-make Ramos Gin Fizz (ask them if they're busy first and offer a good sized tip in advance), a Gin Buck, and sips of others' cocktails who went with me. All are delicious, well-made cocktails.
IF you're looking for craft and/or classic cocktails, this is the spot.
Keep in mind that cocktails like these require measured pours. You get the same thing every time. The recipes are perfected and then served appropriately. Just as you'd expect any culinary recipe to be. If you're looking for a big glass of vodka with a crap mixer, this isn't your spot. -
Review from Alma P.
Have been hearing about 320 for a long time and finally got my booty down there to try it out!
We started out by ordering one of their famous moscow mules and then a special lemon drink that was made to order (similar to a lemon drop). The mule was good but there was way too much ice in the glass.. and hence, not a lot of drink. :-\ The lemon drink was pretty tasty.
I loved the ambiance overall and the service was great but some of the food was a little bit of a disappointment.
We started out with the duck fries...which were really good and by far my favorite thing I tried here. The flavor combination of the rich duck w/the salty fries and the dipping sauce was divine. We also got the creamy mac n cheese..which was okay but rather simple and bland. I didn't taste any blue cheese in it and it was just lacking in seasoning overall.
We also each got an order of the Thursday night special Prime Rib. The prime rib itself was good -- could've again used a little more seasoning on the exterior but it seemed to be cooked right. The sides however were severly lacking. The green beans side was mixed with a cream sauce which IMHO was overly sweet -- the flavor combination just didn't work at all. The potatoes were super bland and not at all appetizing -- again they were just underseasoned in my opinion. It was pretty disappointing cuz the special sounded so good but it was really rather mediocre - mostly cuz of the sides.
I think 320 has a lot of potential and the menu has a lot of really great sounding dishes but it's almost like the Chef is afraid to season the dishes adequetely because just about everything we tried (except the duck fries) were severaly lacking in seasoning.
I would go back .. maybe for the HH everyone raves about.. but would avoid the prime rib and maybe just stick to the duck fries and the drinks. ;-) -

hands down THE BEST cocktails in OC. the pomolote is the stuff that dreams are made of... well, my dreams, anyway.
came here for happy hour, and boy does it rock! definitely sample their amazing discounted drinks during this time. hell, even splurge and order a few drinks off the cocktail menu. the mai tai is unlike anything you'll ever get anywhere else.
the outside patio was a great place to sit while perusing the various happy hour food items. we ordered the pickled eggs and grilled cheese and tomato soup to snack on and help sober my ass up while sampling their amazing boozylicious concoctions. the food was pretty good and worked well enough to sop up all the alcohol coursing through my blood. too bad this place is kinda a meat fest (roasted bone marrow and duck fat fries, anyone?) and pretty light on the vegetarian options. if they added more veg-friendly options, i'd give it a solid 5 stars. till then, i guess i'll never offer to be the DD when coming here! -

Had a very nice lunch there yesterday. They advertise a half prime rib beef dip sandwich. Half sandwich? It was certainly big enough and very well prepared. The staff was efficient and very pleasant. The coffee was of a good standard and was included with the lunch special. I like my fries slightly well done and that's how they came.
I've walked by this place many times on my way to somewhere else, usually Crema Cafe. This may be a better choice for me because as excellent as Crema is, it is a very popular lunch spot and can sometimes be crowded and loud on a cool day when you choose to sit inside. -

Review from Sam L.
The food here is good. The service is good. The soups suck. I tried the classic tomato soup with grilled cheese, the soup was too sweet and the grilled cheese was nothing special. The French onion soup was too sour and served with way too much cheese.
The french dip sandwich was good the calamari was amazing, the seared ahi tuna was great. But the end all be all was surprisingly something unexpected...their fries. Their fries are awesome. Duck fries are just small slices of smoked duck sprinkled over their awesome fries.
Overall good expereince. -

My husband and I met some friends here for dinner a couple Saturdays ago. We were seated at one of the two booths at the center of the restaurant, which was nice. Overall the restaurant is small and the ambience is okay... could be better.
Our party ordered a bottle of wine and a couple moscow mules (which were served in the copper cups). For appetizer we got the duck fries, which were really good. For entrees, I got the salmon which was delicious. My husband ordered the short rib stroganoff (recommended by our server) and was extremely disappointed. The small bits of short rib were flavorful, but the noodles were undercooked and very bland. Another person ordered the chicken fried chicken, which was slightly burnt. We ordered the fried PB & J for dessert, and it was tasty.
I think if you order the right dishes, the food is good, but overall it falls a little short. Sounds like the best time to go is happy hour- stick to drinks and apps. -
Review from Nikki M.
Two words pop into my mind when I think of 320 Main. DUCK FRIES...now that is one great happy hour appetizer!
I've been back here two more times, and I've ventured a little bit off of the happy hour menu. Second time back I stuck to the happy hour menu. My friend and I shared those wonderful duck fries. She gave me the raised eyebrow when I said we had to order these, and I have to admit, I had the same reaction the first time I saw this on the menu. French fries, cooked in duck fat, topped with delicious and tender pieces of duck and caramelized onions. If that doesn't make your mouth water, then you may need to be checked out! And they taste even better than the description. Yum! My gal pal ordered the harvest moon cocktail (a bourbon drink) and I ordered the socialite. They really know how to make a cocktail at 320! We were super happy after this short happy hour stop.
Third time back, and I picked 320 for a large group of friends - all day happy hour on Sundays. I ordered the house red off of the happy hour menu, and three of us decided to share the duck fries (per my recommendation of course!) and two orders the bruschetta. All things I had tried before and everything was great, once again! Once all 8 of us gobbled down the several appetizers and first round of drinks, a few of us went in for a little bit more.
I finally ventured off the happy hour menu. 320 is definitely not a cheap place, so I kept it reasonable and ordered the french onion soup. I looked over the happy hour menu, and nothing sounded good to drink right off of there at the time. I then opened up their holy grail of classic cocktails, and I read the words: pimms cup! Pimms up is probably one of my top 5 British memories, so I knew I was ordering that. Only a well-stocked American bar carries my beloved Pimms. French onion was delicious - especially on this chilly night - and it was fairly reasonable, coming in at $7 (it was filling as well). And oh boy was I happy with my pimms cup cocktail! The weather outside and the dark decor inside made feel like I was in a nice pub in England.
Needless to say, everyone was happy with my happy hour pick! 320 is a gem for happy hour.Listed in: OC/LB Happy Hours, Main St. Seal Beach

What a delightful little restaurant. Went with a friend and sat outside. We had generous glasses of wine and a delicious appetizer of Pork Eggrolls. Then for our entrees, I had the Chicken Fried Chicken (because sometimes, you've just got to say "What the F*(%") and my friend had the Barramundi. Both were giant portions that we could have easily halved. And both were fantastic. The fish was much much healthier and lighter - so if you're not being gluttonous, go for the fish. But if you are being gluttonous, that fried chicken and gravy and mashed potatoes .... well, that was just fantastic.

So my cousin and I finally got the chance 2 have dinner 2gether!
We decided to go to main st in seal beach, like old times. Since we both grew up in Los Al. We got here around 8pm!
The place was small and cozy. The service was wonderful! The food was amazing!
We had: duck fries, mac n cheese, and tomato pesto flatbread.
The drinks was stiff and delicious: we had mai tai, lemon drop, hotty totty, manhattan, apple cider, and the mule.
Im most definitely coming back!
All the staff is super friendly. -

320 Main - Speakeasy-type vibe with great service and food!
320 is a great little spot to gather a small-medium group of friends for dinner or pre-party cocktails before heading farther down Main St. The place is divided pretty equally between self-seating bar space and restaurant booths, so if you are planning on going there for "date night" on a Friday or Saturday night I'd recommend calling in a reservation. If you're looking for somewhere to go on a Monday- you are out of luck.
Sunday is "Local's Day" with happy hour pricing all day long ($4 selected appetizers, $4 wells, select wine, and draft beers). I recommend the duck fries (french fries topped with thin strips of juicy duck meat- if you don't mind eating Daffy), Bleu Tenders (3 juicy boneless buffalo strips topped with bleu cheese crumbles), and the Baby Back Ribs (succulent and savory, fall-off-the-bone tender! The only downside is sometimes you only get 3 ribs for the $4 HH price). Also the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup tastes like we SoCal kids can only imagine Midwestern moms make for their kids on snow days!! Delicious!
In keeping with the hipster-old-fashioned, speakeasy-type vibe, the bartenders are craftsmen- serving up cocktail creations that look delicious with perfect garnish. I recommend the Moscow Mule ($10). The signature house cocktails that are offered on the happy hour menu are a little on the syrupy side for my taste, but the wine and beer offerings are delicious!

I've walked by 320 Main a number of times, laughing at the number and thinking to myself, "is 320 or 3:20 the Seal beach stoner code word for weed or what?" Mind you, this is always after slinging drinks next door at the Abbey, so you might understand my humor. We popped into 320 Main to check it out. We sat in the bar and tried some appetizers and drinks. Here's the verdict.
Beer - Craft beers on tap, but a very limited selection.
Cocktails - I ordered the same drink twice, but got a far different mix for round two. Also, the drinks are not stiff at all. You don't get much bang for your buck.
Appetizers - We had the bruscehetta, flat bread pizza and a house salad. The bruschettea and flat bread were very good. The salad was weak. It had 3 croutons, 2 slices of tomato and one slice of cucumber. The lettuce seemed to have a some kind of freezer burn on it.
Service - The waitress was efficient, but lacked any personality.
Vibe - Laid back, bordering on the stuffy side.
Some of the dinner entrees going by looked interesting, so I'll be back for round two.
UPDATE - Round Two 12/22/11
The Heirloom Caprice salad (an upgrade from the house salad) was good. Also tried the meat loaf sandwich, which was a little trippy at first. They add in a layer of mashed potatoes inside the sandwich. Once you wrapped your brain around the idea of mashed potatoes in a sandwich, it was good. The sandwich is on grilled bread (grilled cheese style) which was a flavorful touch. A pile of well seasoned fries comes with the sandwich. If you want, it is big enough to split.
This time, our drink orders were satisfactory. For mixed drinks, they are a standard pour in somewhat small glasses. -
Review from Ciara G.
It was the two last little details that jumped our solid dinner at our new adult spot dubbed "The Clubhouse" from a 4 star experience to a 5.
First, when our wonderful waitress Kimberly brought out our split credit cards she brought out TWO pens for signing. Love it.
And the doozie that won them the final star was drumroll please..... WOMEN'S RESTROOM FIRST!
Our meal was kind of perfect. We lucked out with Happy Hour prices all day bc we dined on a Sunday. $4 wines and appetizers = holla at a deal yo
Karey enjoyed a $4 glass of SnapKracklePop wine (that's not the real name but it started with Snap). Anyway it was an 09' from Sonoma and it was light, smooth, strong fruit notes and oh so drinkable.
We started off with their Mac & Cheese as we pretty much had to get this bc this is why both of us had 320 bookmarked in the first place. Not the best, not super creamy but it was super cheesy and Totally yummy. Solid 4 I say.
The starter that stole the show was the Buffalo Tenders at a HH price of $4! These were incredible! Loved them at first bite and I gotta say the best buffalo item I have had to date. Yup they even beat my beloved Blue Buffalo not Blue Cow default sandwich from Mendo. The tenders were crisped just right. The batter itself had great flavor. They smother the tenders in an awesome slightly creamy buffalo sauce and then finish them by topping them off with blue cheese crumbles.
AND if you mix the mac and buff tender in the same bite, oh Em gee. I think we just created the best Mac yet with that. It's ok 320, I give you the rights to make a Buffalo Tender Mac & Cheese. So an FYI if you are invited to a meal at The Clubhouse, it will start off with the above two items and you gotta take at least one bite with them together. Sorry those are the rules of the Clubhouse.
For my entree I could not pass up the Short Rib Beef Stroganoff. I thought the $23 price tag was too steep and still do. The portion was more than plenty but for that price I want it to wow me visually as well. I would have wanted to see two hunks of meaty short ribs smack in the middle of mushroom and noodle heaven. There was plenty of tender beefy pieces throughout but the dish but visually it didn't do anything for me. But it was tasty then and it made for one hell of a leftover lunch the next day.
Dessert, well we pretty much knew what we were getting for dessert as soon as we saw the dessert menu. Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly. Panko crusted (say what!) and filled with marshmallow fluff (sigh...) as well as PB and strawberry jam this was one bomb, comfy, flavor packed dessert. We ate every. single. last. bite. Yup that's right Karey, I said it. We ate it all!!! This dessert was so bomb it caught the eye of a neighboring table and words were exchanged and tastes were offered. Incredible.
Service was top notch. Kimberly did not pass any judgment on our plethora of eats. The space was GREAT and screamed Yelp party. Don't know if this area is LA West or OC but one of those CM's needs to get to it and get a party going here ASAP.
Cool kids only at The Clubhouse so await your invite and get ready to eat!
BOOM!
And that was the I don't think I will ever get there bc I have fallen off the Yelp wagon review 800.Listed in: Impressed on the spot!

This place is amazing. I've been here a few times and keep taking friends to have the great food.
Food
Every thing I've ordered here has been delicious. Mac & Cheese, Buffalo Burger, Pork Belly Appetizer, Duck & Pig Flat Bread, etc.
Ambiance
The place has big comfortable booths that can fit 4-5 people. Its lighted nice and is great to have a few drinks and socialize with friends
Service
The service was fine. The waitress asked us what we needed and was quick to get things when we did -

If you read my last review, you'll see that I liked some dishes, but that I wasn't in love with anything that I had there for that visit. The reason for that is because I went for Dine LA week and I was unimpressed by their offerings in their prix fixe menu for the evening... I simply felt that they were trying so hard to be creative that it wasn't working.
Shortly after my review for 320 main, I received a very nasty "compliment" in response to my review and I'm fairly certain it was from someone on staff. Despite that comment, I recently came back. You know what, though? I'm glad I came back. I really, really enjoyed my meal for my last two visits.
Their prime rib french dip is probably the best french dip sandwich I have ever had. It is very easily a five star dish. The outside of the bread has a perfect crisp to it, but the inside of the bread is almost creamy when you dip the sandwich into the au jus (which is given on the side). The meat is already very juicy and it's a perfect sandwich. I love it so much that I will go out of my way to go to 320 main for it. When I went here this past sunday, their sandwich literally made my week.
In my last visit, I came for dinner and I asked to substitute my fries for their bleu cheese mashed potatoes. They obliged for a nominal fee. (Note: the mashed potatoes may not be available during lunch hours). It was really worth it. If you come here....I highly recommend this.
It's also cool to note that on Sundays they have happy hour available for the entire day. It's a great night to try a lot of things. Maybe you'll like some of those items than I did!
I'm officially a fan of this place. They have some great offerings here and it's definitely worth a stop if you are near Seal Beach or Huntington Beach.Listed in: Pork Belly and Bacon

We randomly swung by here after hydrobiking in Long Beach. The original place where our group planned on eating for dinner was closed so we hopped onto Yelp and found this place. All day happy hour on Sunday!
The 4 of us shared appetizers for dinner. We tried the duck fries, bbq ribs, calamari and the fried pickles. I tried everything besides the pickles (since I'm not a fan) and it was all delicious! Ribs literally fell off the bone and fries were AMAZING.
Definitely a nice place to hang out, have a drink and catch up with friends since they have indoor and outdoor seating. -

Highlights:
+Buffalo Bacon Burger
+Pig and Duck Flatbread
We went for lunch, so I believe it is a slightly reduced menu. It's definitely a bit easier budget wise, but the food is so excellent I'd be willing to splurge at dinner. I really love the fried egg option, because I quite frankly believe that everything tastes better with runny egg on it. The flatbread was really unique -- it basically mixed my favourite ingredients: sweet & salty + cheese & bread. Every bite was truly incredible.
I read rave reviews of the duck fries here on yelp, but to me they were pretty average fries. The duck pieces and sauteed onions were delicious, but all and all not quite worth the caloric hit that fries are. What was amazing was the aioli that came along with it. Oy! I saved the leftovers and put it on everything else for the rest of the meal.
Seriously check this place out. The food combinations are unique and spot on. -

Seal Beach, CA
I frequent this place often for after work happy hour and all day happy hour Sundays.
Food:
Delicious drink specials and good appetizer options for happy hour ($4 plates/drinks)
Hodge podge salad off the regular menu is a favorite
Ambiance:
Nicer than a casual bar (nice enough to bring a date or any out of town guests), but still has a relaxed feel.
Service:
With the exception of an aloof/inattentive blond waitress, the rest of the wait staff are all polite, friendly, and try to be attentive... unfortunately, they are understaffed for the business they get. Food service and drink service can be slow - so I think 320 needs to realize they are get good business, and need to hire an extra cook and an extra waiter/waitress. -

Spectacular drinks, awesome happy hour, delicious specials, cool vibe, and fun people. What's not to like?
Everything I drink and eat at 320 Main is consistently excellent. I suggest the specials, because that's where the chefs and bartenders have the most fun with the food and cocktails. Otherwise, for lunch get the Bison Burger, and for dinner the Pork Chops or the Filet Mignon (rare of course). For a smaller bite, get the blue tenders or the mac-n-cheese.
Rebecca and Jason Schiffer are amazing people and they have really turned this place around.
The only possible negatives are results of their success. It gets busy (be patient) and loud (drink more). First one's on me - Cheers! -

A seal beach must when visiting. the moscow mule is fabulous and I tried a Delicious martini with cucumber in it... amazing!
I love the bar area and it's a great place for a night cap after a meal... either there (food is great) or anywhere on Main... swing in and enjoy the cool vibe!
