Review from Rashmi P.
A South American Wine Dinner was hosted by restaurant owner JoAnne McMahon in collaboration with Jennifer from Winebow Imports last evening at 310 Park South. I personally feel wine tastings is a fantastic way to educate and refine my palate regarding wines. And since, I hadn't reviewed 310 Park South; it was the perfect opportunity for my culinary escapades.
Perched right on Park Avenue, 310 South boasts a coveted advantage to the Winter Park restaurant and boutique scene.
The ambiance per se is casual but be assured that they take their food quite seriously.
Chef Bob Schwartz had created a 4 course menu, which included cooking with the paired South American wines too. 4 wines from Argentina and Chile were selected: Torrontes, Chardonnay, Malbec, and Carmenere.
The wines were paired well, holding their own ground to the beautifully presented dishes. I left 310 Park South with both my gourmand heart and belly heartily satiated.
All in all, I had a wonderful wine and dine experience at 310 Park South. And I for one can't wait to come back to try their regular menu dishes. -

Good location and bruschetta...That's where it stops.
My burger was soooo bad. Way undercooked and flavorless.
The service was really slow too. Should lunch really take 1 hour and 15 minutes? We waited 20 minutes for the server to drop the check at the end of the meal.
I won't be going back here, there are better options in Orlando. -

This would be a perfect business dinner or date night place. I went with my neighbro on a Saturday night and tried to play wing-girl...not the easiest to do...it was all couples.
We had some appetizers, but the gator tail is the only one I remember...pretty tasty.
They had the game on in the bar, which was pretty cool...good low lighting, quiet ambiance, and very intimate. -

Great food, had the bruschetta and a 1/2 Caesar . The only thing I have a complaint about is that the hostess did not ask us if our table was ok, we ended up moving to another table ourselves to get away from the front door. Overall a good place to go

I like 310. The food is usually really good and the wait staff and management can seem a bit "snooty" at times. It's VERY loud and there is usually a nice draft blowing through the restaurant since the windows and doors are always open. The buffalo bites appetizer is great and if you like cucumbers you'll love the water here!
Good place for a first date, or to meet at the bar and it also quiets down in the evenings. -
Review from Paul L.
I remember 310 as where we first ate gator tail, but it's been a while since we've been back. So after David Sedaris a few weeks ago, we thought we'd grab a bite there and reacquaint ourselves. It sure is quiet in Winter Park on Sunday nights, or maybe it's because it was after 9 o'clock. We decided to cut to the chase and forego appetizers/salad, and for a change, chose draught over wine - a pt of Peroni for my bride ($4.23), and an IPA for me ($5.16 for 22 oz), even though they have a very respectable selection of many great wines, including Grgich Hills, Chalk Hill - even an Amarone! I wonder, though, how many of any of those they sell.
My wife wanted the chicken tarragon ($16), while I went with the crusted Mahi Mahi ($22). There wasn't much of a crowd at all, and it was very pleasant sitting there in the cool of the evening. Have I told you I'm impressed with servers helping their coworkers, like when a waitress would come and refill the water without you summoning her, even though it's not her table? Team work!
Our plates were brought quickly, and they were both delicious. The only nit being the over-buttered mashed potatoes (common occurrence, since folks are more likely to be complaining about UNDER-buttered mashed). We'd like to come back and try that duck that looks very interesting, or the pork chop (both $22)! They also have a wide selection of salads, burgers, and other sandwiches. -
Review from Krista P.
Pretty average fare for Park Ave. Incredibly fakely friendly staff, decent drink menu with no prices listed, typical cuisine from filet mignon to burgers. Avoid the carbonara, it's sauce is as runny as your stool will be.
It beats some of the other choices in the area, but I'm not going out of my way any time soon to go there on purpose. It was the only thing open before 5 and I was hungry. -

This gem, sister restaurant to one my downtown faves, 310 Lakeside has the same fantastic food with a great view of Park Ave. Provided it's not a blistering Florida day, the patio provides perfect ambiance and puppy-friendly dining. I'm totally that girl that takes her tiny dog everywhere she can, and while he may get his own seat at the table, at least I don't stick him in a purse or stroller (puppy strollers...**shudder**).
We visited on a Sunday, around 1 pm for brunch. My boyfriend, being from Kentucky, hadn't been introduced to the wonders of Park Ave., so I wanted to have a little outdoor brunch, bring the pup and walk around. We were lucky enough to find a http://Restaurant.com gift certificate that helped with 310's sometimes higher prices.
Knowing from experience on the wait times and sometimes poor hostess customer service, I pulled up my OpenTable app on my iPhone on the drive over and secured us a table. This got us seated right away and outdoors, since the pup was "dining" with us.
I had the Pear and Brie Omelet ($12) which came out looking more like a flipped over scramble than an omelet, and the taste was mediocre. The boyfriend ordered the Tenderloin Benedict ($13) which was cooked impeccably-both the eggs and steak. I'm not a huge red meat eater, but the meat was very tender and flavorful. Both came with "home fries" that literally were shortened french fries versus the potato wedges I prefer. Yoshi seemed to enjoy them more than the bf or I did. I had also ordered a side of 2 pieces of Canadian Bacon for Yoshi ($2), but only one came out with our meal. I had to remind our server, Jillian, that it included two, and she mumbled something like "oh, I thought maybe it did, but wasn't sure", and came back with another piece in about 5 minutes. We had two mimosas a piece, which came in white wine glasses with orange wedges versus the champagne flute most places use.
Service wasn't the greatest, we had to crane our necks and flag her down multiple times for drink refills and when our side items were forgotten. Usually I would blame the lack of service on the server's prior knowledge of the http://Restaurant.com certificate, but our server didn't know about it until it was time for the check. She's lucky the certificate includes 18% gratuity otherwise she may not have gotten more than 15%. If she had been more attentive she'd know I always tip a minimum of 25% for great service. And we would have had more mimosas.
This is a great fallback Sunday brunch for me if most places have a wait, but I'd rather the ambiance and service at 310 Lakeside anyday. -

I have been in here a couple of times for drinks but just recently stopped in for dinner. It does a nice job of being a relaxing, upscale bar and restaurant. If you want great people watching or have your pup in tow, def sit outside. Inside has an intimate feeling and the lighting does a nice job of setting a calming and relaxing backdrop.
Kayla was our server and she was fabulous. Very friendly, informative and attentive. Another gem about this place is they carry local vodka: Enlightened Grain! They have a fabulous sweet tea cocktail made with Inspiration and it was delicious. I vision a lovely sunday afternoon on the sidewalk throwing these back in my near future.
I went with the fettuccine carbonara which was with smoked bacon, peas and mushrooms and I added shrimp. It was delicious. Very flavorful and not too rich; I almost ate the entire plate but had a small portion to take home and enjoy the next day as well. -

I've stopped in for brunch a few times now, and the service and food have been consistently OK. There really isn't anything here that is going to "wow" you, but you can grab a solid brunch (while slightly overpriced for the quality) and if you upgrade your liquor you can have a tasty bloody mary (get the chipotle vodka or even a jalapeno tequila for the daring).
Two bloody mary's and 2 brunch items should run you about $40, so it isn't cheap but not the highest price in town.
The coffee cups are weird.
Seriously. -

Went to 310 Park South for a birthday party. It was a fun environment and the service was efficient and helpful (especially considering there were about 25 people in our party!)
I had the Strip Steak with grilled veggies. I substituted the starch of the day (which seems like a rather generic term to put on a classy menu) with an arugula salad. My steak was cooked nicely and according to my request. The arugula salad was a bit acidic but nonetheless delicious. My husband had Grilled Salmon and raved! It was perfectly cooked.
The drink menu was impressive with a wide variety of flavored top shelf vodkas (which happens to be my favorite).
Overall, I give this restaurant 3 stars for tasty and timely food. Improvements? Perhaps more creativity with side items. Also tables were over crowded with cutlery, condiments etc. The decor was a little kitchy for a restaurant striving for classiness. -

I work just a couple of blocks away from 310, so it is the "go-to" place for a drink and a quick bite to eat during break. I enjoy the atmosphere here. The service has been friendly most of the time and on the rare occasion in which it wasn't, the manager quickly took care of the issue.
The bar has a great variety of beers and house wine specials, along with the standard $3 mimosas that you find along Park Ave. When it comes to food, I am a big fan of their zucchinni flatbread which is baked to crisp perfection and topped with savory goat cheese. It is finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. It is the perfect marriage of flavors and goes down perfectly with a glass of sauvignon blanc. Woah, this just made me so hungry, I want one NOW!!
Unfortunately, I can't be equally enthusiastic about their mediteranean salad, which is the only other entree I have had here, because it was very salty and did not have anything worth mentioning or special. Pretty boring as far as salad goes. I think I might have eaten it only because I was paying $12 for it, so there you go.
I have never had their blue cheese stuffed burger, but I have heard people swear by it, so if burgers is your kind of thing you might want to give that a try. As far as dessert, the servers bring out a sample platter and explain each dessert and answer any questions that you may have about it. Im not very picky when it comes to dessert, specially late at night after a couple glasses of wine. If you must know though, their pistachio gelato is exceptional!!! -

Great brunch! We came here a couple of weekends ago for brunch and it was delicious. I had the tenderloin benedict and the wife had a salmon burger. We had a good server and the food came out fast. I've been here before at night and the food and service was just as good. All in all, 310 Park South is amazing. If you are on Park Ave, this is one of the better places to try.

Update time...
I'm raising the rating to four starts due to my most recent visit last night to 310 Park South. I had a wonderful time with my beautiful girlfriend and her family, but more importantly the food was once again great.
My girlfriend had the grouper which was absolutely delicious (she 'airplaned' me a fork full while I was on my high chair). I once again ordered the Duck which failed to impress me as much as last time. It was bit drier and less tender, yet it tasted quite good. I had to 'overtime' the reduction sauce to dampen the dryness.
We also ordered three appetizers:
1.Crab Cakes - I'm not a huge fan of crab cakes in general but they tasted pretty decent.
2.Salmon - This was just perfectly cooked, flaky on the inside, crispy on the outside with a sweet aftertaste that hit the spot. I highly recommend it.
3.Fried Calamari - This rated on the average scale for me as it fell in line with most other restaurant's servings.

The two-star rating is only because of the service. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't that great either.
PROS: The food here was very good. I ordered the filet mignon and it came out perfectly cooked with a very tasty dollop of purple-hued (yes, purple) mashed potatoes. My friends had pasta dishes and the mushroom ravioli - although I didn't try it - looked amazing.
CONS: The acoustics in this place were horrid. I mean, it WAS a busy Friday night, so that could have lended a great deal to the noise factor. But it was LOUD. Not that I was completely bothered by unintentionally eavesdropping in other people conversations, but with the dimmed lighting, one could misconstrue the place as an venue to have an intimate evening. Again, it was a Friday night, and the place was slammed.
Our server was totally inattentive. We ordered some $9 champagne cocktail and wanted to order more, but our server failed to ask us if we wanted some more. Boo.
All in all, the food was good, and after splitting an appetizer three ways, the filet mignon and one cocktail the bill came to $46 without tip.
Park on New England Avenue, there are plenty of spaces! -

310 Park is a great option when you don't know what you want. The menu has plenty to offer for apps and entrees at every price range. Lunch menu offers really nice sandwiches and salads, most of which are on the dinner menu. Brunch is nice.
Have dined here a lot, great with a group or just a friend. New expansion offers a much less "squished" feeling, very airy. Outside tables are always quick to go, but with the sliders and doors open the inside has an outside feel.
Wine list is OK, bar menu is great. Espresso martini's are wonderful. Live music is nice and the bar fills up quickly. Service has always been attentive, good recommendations and not long of a wait for food.Listed in: Alfresco Dining, Best Happy Hour

I normally don't order a burger when I eat at a sit down restaurant but today it sounded good. I ate the Angus Burger on a Challah roll with American cheese and I must say I was impressed. I ordered it medium well and it was cooked perfectly. The Challah roll was delicious. The only thing that would have made this burger even better would be if they toasted and buttered the roll.

Winter Park is a great town to visit if you want to get away from the crowds of people around Orlando and Disney. It's a cute upscale town with free valet city parking lots and restaurants and shops galore about 30 minutes from the mayhem. We came here to meet a friend for lunch and do some sightseeing (reviewed separately) and 310 Park South was a great way to start our afternoon.
Thanks to the yelpers who recommended the chicken mufaletta sandwich which I did halfsies with the soup of the day. It all still came with a little side salad so I thought that was the best way to do lunch in terms of variety. Service was perfectly fine as was my partner's grilled vegetable sandwich. I love to dine al fresco so we sat outside and I had one of those moments where the afternoon just seemed enchanted: great food, a glass of wine, and wonderful conversation catching up with my friend in a beautiful setting and learning about this hidden gem of a town.Listed in: Orlando and Beyond

Everyone seems to want to plan their lunches at this restaurant and I have not been able to figure out why yet. I love the Park Ave area and most of the restaurants on it, but this one always leaves me feeling like I could have made better choices....like a different place to eat.
The ambiance of the restaurant is clean, bright and inviting. There's always a good crowd of people in here having a great time and a few drinks. When you get down to the most important part, the menu, it definitely leaves a lot to be desired. It's mostly filled with overpriced entrees and standard sandwiches. I haven't tried one of the their items yet that made me go "Wow" or even "ohhh delicious", at most they've received an "mm".
If you're looking for a place to hang out and have ok food, this is your joint. If you're looking for some great food, walk a few feet in either direction. -

Drove by and the place looked pretty laid back. Menu has a great selection of sandwiches and wines. I had the sangria, which was yummy. Ordered the chicken romulade FANTASTIC. Not too filling, not too light. Service, was great. Will be returning once I am in town the next time!

I have been to 310 several times and usually really enjoy my meal. It offers a great atmosphere and a wide variety of choices on the menu. I have tried many things off of the menu and liked them all. I usually get the seafood salad but, it was extremely oily last time so I decided to get something new. I had the grilled salmon with bruschetta topping and a side of veggies. Well I had specifically said that I do not like my food oily and, the veggies came out completely soaked in oil. We also order the blackened salmon bites (very yummy) for an appetizer and, I asked for no butter. Again, soaked in butter.
Our service was unsatisfactory the other night when we stopped in for dinner with friends. The server obviously did not listen to my orders and, she was rushing us. She tried to take away food before we were even finished and then asked if we wanted dessert when she already had the check in her hand. All in all, it was a disappointing experience from a restaurant I had previously enjoyed. I will question returning. -
Review from Kelley I.
I love 310 Park South for being a restaurant on Park Ave that has afforable dinner choices. They have more expensive foods but they also serve burgers and sandwiches during dinner. So you can enjoy Park Ave and not hurt your wallet. I totally recommend any of their burgers. They're pretty good and I'm a burger freak. There is indoor or outdoor seating which is nice for people watching.
I have to give them props for their service. Once we ate here with 3 toddlers in our party (most waiter's nightmare) but the waiter was friendly the whole time and didn't seem to mind. Being able to deal with something like that without batting an eye makes for awesome service! They are also on http://restaurant.com a lot so you can get a coupon which makes it even more affordable. -

Bleh. I had high hopes for this restaurant. I browsed the menu before going with my two friends and thought there were so many great choices that I would have a hard time deciding. I guess I decided on the wrong one.
1st course: "Cold Tomato Bruschetta" I am a HUGE tomato fan and an even bigger fan of bruschetta. The menu said, "310 Bruschetta served on bread with grated cheese and balsamic." Sounds good, right? They served hard bread with chopped green peppers, olives, red peppers, and a bit of tomato. SO disappointing.
I got the tuna salad which was mediocre at best. The tuna was flavorless, but the dressing was pretty good. Nothing I would ever get again. My friend was served a seafood salad that the menu made sound delightful, but was physically ill that night after eating cold flavorless seafood SOAKED in olive oil. Puddles and puddles. No seasoning, no nothing. Just olive oil.
Service was good, outside seating was nice, but the flavorless food ruined the dinner.
Thank god for Eola Wine bar and their flights of champagne. Nothing like getting buzzed to make you forget the disappointing dinner you had down the street. -

While most bars and stores on Park Avenue are annoyingly overpriced, the convenience of having this area so close to Rollins College can't be beat (about a 5 minute walking distance from campus). Even so, if I'm paying 9 dollars for a grouper sandwich the flavor had better explode in my mouth like Pop Rocks Candy and holy water.
310 is a chic, young restaurant with a satisfying selection of drinks and food. When I recently sat down with a friend for dinner and a drink, we were seated outside on the sidewalk which is cramped and mostly awkward as passersby weave through the chairs, tables and various dogs that lie at their owner's feet. It is near impossible to seat more than 4 people and the servers always seem annoyed when we suggest pushing two tables together.
We had to seat ourselves and weren't immediately greeted. When I mistook the host for a waiter, he backed away from me, hands up in protest and replied, "I don't take orders." He disappeared without so much as letting me know who our real server was.
I'd just like to clarify that I do not have leprosy or any sort of deformity so astoundingly repulsive that would illicit such a strange reaction. Even if, let's say, I were completely missing a face I would expect the same kind of service regardless. Because you know what, maybe I just like feeling the food even if I can't see, taste or smell it. Otherwise, I think I'm pretty normal looking.
With that said, our orders came through in a timely manner. The grouper sandwiches were painfully spicy but satisfying enough. I had two apple martinis both well mixed and delicious.
310 is in dire need of a reality check if it considers itself on the top tier of Park Avenue dining and service. It's good enough because it's nearby and the drinks are sufficient. But if 310 were in any other spot, I wouldn't bother making the trip to eat there. -
Review from David M.
I was optimistic when my wife and I decided to try 310 Park South for a light dinner. Neither of our children would be in tow, thanks in equal parts to teen ambivalence, on the one hand, and a fifth grade camping trip, on the other. Accordingly, we only had to find a restaurant that would allow our puppy to join us at an outdoor table. 310 Park on Park Avenue in Winter Park seemed to fit the bill.
310 Park believes in crowding its patrons together, both indoors and out. The result was an almost fair like atmosphere at the outside tables. Unfortunately, because the sidewalk was not designed with dining comfort in mind, half of my chair was about 3 inches below the other half due to a small grassy patch adjacent to the brick sidewalk. Not the most comfortable of seats!
The restaurant is described as offering "American" fare, which I think now means that the chefs can borrow from the culinary heritage of any culture as long as they do not emphasize one heritage over another and as long as the menu includes at least one version of a hamburger.
My wife ordered the Turkey Brie sandwich ($11). It was sliced turkey with brie cheese, tomoto, sprouts and green apple, served with a honey dijon mustard sauce on a honey-wheat wrap. Was it all of that? Yes. Was it an inspired or even interesting version of a turkey sandwich? Not really. An $11 turkey sandwich should at least offer house-roasted turkey and not the thinly sliced turkey that any of us could purchase at our local grocery store. My wife summed up her experience best when she noted that she could have purchased a better sandwich at Panera.
All of the sandwiches at 310 Park South are served with a choice of soup, salad or french fries. My wife opted to have the soup of the day -- a creamy mushroom soup on the day we visited. The soup, which I ate, was comparable tomy wife's sandwich. It was recognizable as mushroom soup but there was nothing wonderful about it. Instead of the wonderful earthiness of a good mushroom soup, 310 Park South's version tasted nothing more than dirty to me. Moreover, it had already cooled by the time that it reached our table, so much so that it had a skin on its surface before a spoon had ever touched it.
I ordered the Salmon Tika Marsala sanwich with a Ceaser sald. The menu described the sandwich as skewered salmon, onion, red and yellow peppers, grilled and served on pita bread with lettuce, tomato and cilantro cream drizzle. The first thing I noticed when my plate arrived was that the sandwich was not presented on a pita but on a wrap -- a stale wrap. The server then politely pointed out that I needed to be careful because there was a skewer running the entire length of the wrap. As I quickly learned, it was impossible to remove the skewer without destroying the wrap and it was impossible to eat the wrap without biting into the skewer. I had to resort to a knife and fork, which really takes the fun out of eating a sandwich!
To be fair, the skewered salmon and vegetables were excellently grilled, and I would have been much happier if I had received them on a bed of rice or some other starch. Indeed, two such skewers alone would have been a perfect dinner had I not had my heart set on a sandwich.
The cilantro drizzle, although quite tasty, was applied as more of a torrent. 310 Park South should take note that salmon prepared as well as they prepare it should not be masked by a pool of cream!
The Ceasar salad which accompanied my salmon was clearly prepared by someone who had better things to be doing. The Romaine lettuces was admittedly fresh and still had a crispness to it but it just as clearly came out of a bag of pre-chopped lettuce, or at least that is what it seemed. It was tossed without any discernable Ceasar dressing, a sad omission which really defeated the purpose of ordering a Ceasar salad, but it was topped with a delightfully salty freshly grated parmesan cheese.
I also have to note that when I order an entree, even a sandwich, which comes with a "soup or salad," I tend to assume that the soup or salad will be served as an appetizer. 310 Park South serves their soups and salads with their entree sandwiches. Their servers should have alerted us to that, as I am sure we would have sampled one of their appetizers had we known.
The service at 310 Park South was appropriate. Our server was polite and reasonably attentive, despite his failure to alert us that we might have enjoyed an appetizer. He also scored extra points by bringing our dog a bowl of water.
310 Park South does offer desserts and a full bar but we did not try either. The prices at 310 Park South are a bit steep but not so far out of the realm of the expected to ruin the experience. Would my wife and I visit again? Probably not of our own selection. Would we decline an invitation if we learned that a social gathering to which we were invited was to take place there? Possibly. -

The best thing about this place is that it's within walking distance of Redlight Redlight, and stays open long after that bar has to close.
The drinks are a tad pricey, but it's on Park Ave, so.... The food... just skip it. I've not had good meals here, and after 2 bad ones, I stopped trying. The drinks are good though. -

Another year rolls around and I am always up for a dessert toast! The first round on my eve was a pistachio semifreddo from 310 Park South in Winter Park. I am a fan of the pistachio and think it is an underutilized nut, which also has that fun green color. While the serving looks small, I think it was good to share and somehow not to overpoweringly sweet. It had pieces of pistachio throughout and topped with fresh berries. I also like that the desserts are make by the owner, JoAnne, in her own hands-on way. Make sure you are up for the lactose because it will linger a bit.

Went to 310 Park south while walking through Winter Park. Stopped in for a glass of wine and some appetizers. Was looking forward to it, sitting on their large outdoor patio enjoying the evening. We ordered 2 glasses of different Cabernets and mine was served to the table ICE cold. Don't get me wrong, I understand some are served a little chilled but this was COLD red wine. Ewww. Sent it back and questioned it to our waiter who was pretty rude and tried to argue it saying that all their wines are kept in a chiller because of the acidity of the wines. Alrighty then...so why was the other completely room temperature and mine tasted old and Cold.... Oh by the way this was a good 15-20 minutes later after being ignored by our server. Went across the street to Park Plaza Gardens and had a nice glass of red wine, nice normal room temperature and could taste the wine and a good laugh with our super friendly waiter about our experience.

We stopped in Winter Park looking for lunch as we had time to kill last weekend before heading to the Orlando airport. After strolling up and down the main street, we settled on brunch at 310 Park South. The restaurant was about half empty when we arrived but filled up very quickly and soon became quite noisy. The servers also seemed to have an interesting time negotiating their way between tables with full hands as they are packed in tightly.
Our server greeted us quickly and managed to take both our drink and food orders without ever looking at us. Instead, he was focused on something at the front door that I assume was very interesting, I didn't see it myself but what do I know? Our bloody marys arrived quickly and were quite tasty. My entree of a spinach/feta frittata was delicious, it came with side of salsa as well that was perfect. I never would have tried this combination on my own. My honey had the pear and brie omelet. Another combination we never would have tried on our own...and probably wouldn't try again.
Both came with "home fries" which were actually small, overcooked, very greasy french fry style potatoes, and some good english muffins, however we were never offered any jelly or toppings for the dry muffins, and I didn't see any at any other tables so I didn't ask for some. How weird is it to serve unbuttered english muffins and not offer jelly or honey?
So all in all, I enjoyed the fritatta, but probably wouldn't return when we're back in town. -

I want to give 310 Park South 4 stars, I really do, but I can't. Overall experience is a solid 3.
I decided to take myself out for dinner and ended up on Park Ave. Looking at the strip, 310 made the most sense. The lighting was low, a little too low, but maybe if I had a date it would've seemed more intimate. I prefer to see my food and have a good visual of my surroundings, oh well.
I sat at a high-top in the bar area. That may have been my first problem. The waiter traffic isn't normally a problem for me, but as a couple of them walked by, I experienced nasty wet coughs and a "snorting" sound to try and clear the sinus. All while I ate.
I looked around and the place is dead. I guess thats normal for a monday night on park ave. However, it took a few minutes for the server to come over and ask for my drink order.
Looking over the menu to decide on what I want I notice they have a variety of foods that I could easily fall in love with. Just then my server showed up at my table and said "can I get you something to drink?". It would've been nice if he said "hello, my name is "x", Im your server/waiter, what would you like to drink". No, no introduction. But he did mention "oh, we got a couple of specials, a veal chop with "x, y, z" and sword fish with "x, y, z".
I order a Chardonnay and a glass of water. Which came in a nice big glass, love that when they serve wine in an oversized glass.
My waiter arrives later and I start out with a half Mediterranean Salad. Which includes "Mixed garden greens tossed in our signature balsamic vinaigrette with tomatoes,
cucumbers, Kalamata olives, fried capers and Ditalini pasta.
Topped with onions, carrots and feta cheese." One word, amazing. There wasn't to much balsamic dressing, the feta was fresh and the pasta added a great overall taste. I could show up just for this salad any day of the week.
For my entree, I ordered the Chicken Tarragon. Which is "Boneless chicken breast sautéed and topped with a mushroom,
Tarragon, and caramelized leek sauce.
Served with starch and vegetable of the day."
The starch was a mashed potato and the vegetables were, squash and carrots.
The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection. The leek sauce was a tad salty, but complimented the chicken. Small mushrooms and grape tomatoes were also part of the sauce. The portion was large but I finished it all! It was very delicious. The veggies were obviously in a buttery type oil, with of course salt. The carrots were under cooked but they're still veggies.
Overall, the dinner was great, I only wished the service matched.
The hostess checked on me more than my waiter, they were dead so I would've expected him to. Also, I don't know if it was a shift manager, but there seem to be some sort of argument between two employees. Advice: take it to the back guys.Listed in: Date Night!

Whoa. These guys serve incredible portions of food. The Club sandwich is so big I can't even bite down on it. The burgers are cooked to ordered with your requested fixings. They even have a filled hamburger where they put cheese INSIDE the hamburger patties... talk about awesome taste explosions in the mouth! Phew!
Not shy on the fries. Was very satisfied with the pick-up, as you just have to walk to the bar and they have your food ready within 15 - 20 minutes. Full bar service for a quickie drink if needed during a hard day... not that I'd ever do such a thing. :P
Only real downside is how busy and packed it gets. It's a great place to eat, but get ready to have to shuffle around and overhear other peoples conversations. -

A friend of mine who dines out frequently had been raving about this popular restaurant on Park Ave. So when we made the trek from downtown, I had high hopes of a glorious meal with a great atmosphere--and that's exactly what we got.
The brightly colored walls and the overall style of 310 Park South come off very inviting. And although it was raining, the outdoor seating looked great since the entire front wall of the restaurant opens like a garage door.
Our waiter was great at making sure our table was taken care of and well informed of the menu. I can say that my dinner was awesome. I ordered the Turkey Brie Wrap which was carefully put together with apple slices, alfalfa sprouts, Dijon mustard and fresh tomatoes. Everyone else I was dining with also loved their selections which ranged from a Chicken Sandwich, Fish & Chips and the Salmon.
I was also told to try their Spiked Hot Cocoa which was out of this world. It wasn't too sweet or too spiked. Just the right mix of spirits and good old hot chocolate. Great for a dessert substitution. If you are in the market for the real deal though, they do homemake all of their selections except their carrot cake which gets made special by the infamous Dessert Lady downtown.
The prices were reasonable as well. Not too over the top despite the environment and class of the restaurant. -

They are fabulous, the ambience is beautiful with the view of Park Avenue in Winter Park. The steak was delicious and the Caesar salad with the grilled blackened chicken was to die for. Twice in this restaurant and will be back.

In the trendy fashion of naming your restaurant after your address, 310 Park South does exactly that in the swank-iest part of town Winter Park's Park Avenue.
It's glass doors open up to the busy street, yet the place is still surprisingly cozy, and can be measured in the fact that everyone else is able to maintain a nice conversation.
The food ranges from ordinary to extravagant with the price tag to match. While I've heard complaints of poor service, I didn't experience it while I was there, as the waiter was attentive, kind, and funny. Might of been the guy's personality or it might have been due to the fact that the girl I was with happened to be really pretty. -

I have eaten here twice and both times I had a good experience. The first time was late on a Saturday night with a big group. I tried some flatbread pizza that was amazing and my friend still raves about the seafood salad he got. The next time I went with friends for an early dinner. I was very impressed by the servings - they were so big, it was almost obnoxious (I observed the same was true for patrons being served around us). I had a blackened mahi sandwich with fries and could barely finish it. (should have opted for a to-go box) Overall, great service and yummy food - I will be back!

Good place to eat in Winter Park. Nice outdoor seating if the weather is good. Great atmosphere and feel to the restaurant. Go with a date or a group of friends.
The calamari was good. Good drinks/deserts as well. Never had any prob with service.
Oh yea, take a nice stroll around Park Ave after dinner... can't say that too often in Orlando. -

Stopped by here last night with one other person and had a lot of fun. We sat at the bar and had a few drinks, so I'm not sure what the dining experience is like, but if my friend's recommendation is any indication, it's probably pretty good. She recommended 310 Park South for weekend brunch, so I may be trying that pretty soon. The establishment looks like a clean, cozy place, and the bartender was very pleasant and accommodating. I'd definitely stop in here again, whether it's just for a drink, something to eat at night or for a Sunday brunch. Looking forward to my next visit.

I really like this place. Great for parties or a one on one dinner. They have a great menu and they awesome drinks too. It can get crowded so I would make a reservation just in case. They did expand so it's much roomier and spacious. Our servers were great and totally accommodated us, we had a large group. It's right in the heart of Winter Park so people watching and dog petting are all part of the experience. There is outside seating as well and when the weather is nice... it's perfect. I have also noticed that at lunch time it's packed! I recommend the Mediterranean salad...so yummy and they give you NICE portions! Eat up!
