Amazing service and bikes! Josh and Michelle at 30A Bike Rentals were very professional and helpful. We had someone "borrow" one of our bikes and I called to report it missing, instead of being rude or giving me a hard time Michelle told me that Josh had already spotted it ditched on the side of the road. They could have so easily just said "too bad" and charged us for the bike if they were dishonest. They are high caliber people who care about their customers and providing a great service. They even called when we got home to thank us for our business. So easy, too.... you call to reserve, they bring them to your house with the combo locks already set up for you and pick them up when your done. We will DEFINTELY be back to Seaside and back to 30A Rentals!!
