One thing that is very much appreciated while living in a town such as Naperville--the taxi services. Don't hate those who like to party. You party. I party. WE ALL PARTY. So stop hating. It is nice to stumble out of an establishment and be able to flag a parked cab down. Or in many cases--such as this, run in extremely uncomfortable hooker heels and beg and plead a cabbie for a ride home.
Beg and plead, pfft. He was all ready for the fare. And so were we. I've called upon 303 for a pick-up and have been able to fall-back on 303 for a last minute ride home. The drivers have all been easy-going and friendly. The fares are standard. I did not ever think that by living in a suburb I would ever use a cab-service but, 303 you have crossed that mark and made it acceptable.
Definitely willing to hop into a cab when a ride is needed. Which, it's a Friday so this could be happening in T-minus 9 hours.Listed in: Tour de Naperville

Mixed experience here, but overall it left me dissatisfied. We called for a cab going from the Ryan Field area to downtown Evanston. Great experience on this leg, the cab came when dispatch said it would. The driver was friendly & professional and even took a couple routes to miss the football game traffic.
The problem came at the end of the night. We called the company again for the return route. Were told 15-20min, after waiting 40 a cab came and dropped a few people off. The driver then saw us, looked at his dispatch sheet, looked at us, looked at his watch and took off. We were slightly bewildered and called again but could not get through. Fast forward 20 more minutes and we decided to walk. About 3 blocks down I got a text message that the cab was waiting at the completely wrong address. I tried to call again and still could not get through. To top it all off, I got a call from dispatch about 10 minutes later asking why I hadn't picked up the cab. I told them we had tried but the driver left us, then when we couldn't get through for 30 minutes we started walking, I was about to give the guy our new location - but he cut me off and said "Fine" and hung up the phone.
I'm sure it was a busy night, but that kind of rudeness from dispatch is enough to make me call someone else in the future. -

Three missed trains and an hour later, my cab this morning finally showed up. I had ordered it almost 12 hours before via their website.
But nay, a fluke, I say. I try again. They're 20 minutes late tonight, so I call to find out the status to avoid being stranded for another hour with my three year old daughter, at a train station where I'm pretty sure a man is trying to solicit me into prostitution. They tell me that no one has even picked up the order.

Use Pink taxi now. 303 was too inconsistent. One time you would get a nice driver, the next time one who was rude and could not speak English. The cabs tend to be dirty. Twice I was asked by divers for directions to O'Hare. Are you kidding me? I live less than 10 miles away.
Every driver seemed to have a different flat fee to the same O'Hare location. Just depended on how honest they were.
Some good drivers but overall... knuckleheads who should not be dealing with the public. -

I have had extremely bad luck with taxi companies in the past. I was super impressed with the ease of making the reservation online, the text message confirmation, the text confirmation of when the vehicle was dispatched and also when they arrived at my house. The driver was great and I even found a new, less congested way to go to Midway Airport. The flat rate to the airport was competitive with other companies in the area as well. I am planning another trip in a few weeks and will definately be hiring them again instead of bothering my family to take me.

I will leave my "other" taxi company unnamed...but compared to 303 they were horrible.
303 has a website.
303 can arrange pick ups on line.
303 verifies the pick up and cab via a text to you.
303 will pick u up at the airport quickly...as they have many a car in the area. Just call after you have your luggage.
303 website shows a Loyalty program card coming...but has not be initiated yet.
For a frequent rider of taxis....these guys are 4 star for me! -

after spending days on the phone with this company following my incident (explaining the situation to 3 different people, even emailing them a picture of my cut purse strap, which obviously looked like it had been cut my a knife or scissors), they failed to do anything about it. The end conclusion was basically that they couldn't do anything about it because my purse (along with its belongings) were returned in the end and the cab driver had no prior record (at least not with them) of anything like this happening before.
well... there's a 1st for everything. and i am 1000% sure my driver cut my strap off. so you're basically saying you're not going to punish the guy or take any preventative measures to protect your future customers from this potentially happening again??? ridiculous. i've never heard of such ridiculous "customer service" business practices.
bottom line, take your business (and SAFETY) somewhere else.1 Previous Review: Show all »

On time, professional, a very courteous driver, a flat rate when you reserve online...I can definitely recommend 303 taxi service. I scheduled an online pickup on a Sunday from an obscure location in west Evanston, and I was worried that the driver would be MIA, as that's been my experience with online reservations with other companies. Not only was he waiting at the door for me, the company had already called me twice to let me know he had arrived early at my location! Fantastic, reliable service!

Use them regularly for service to OHare from Highland Park and also once for local service when car was in the shop. They're always on time, good system for sending a text when car is dispatched, etc. Drivers can sometimes be a bit curt, but that's not usually the case.

It's hard to find a cab company that never disappoints. 303 is one that disappoints less than others though. I appreciate the company's relatively sophisticated reservation system in that it is possible to make a reservation either via an automated system or by talking to a dispatcher. Moreover, 303 gives out confirmation numbers, which helps in knowing that if a cab does not show (not that that's ever happened with 303, but I've experienced it with other companies like Norshore) then you have some info to go on. Generally speaking, I've found the cabs of 303 drivers to be cleaner than others (e.g., Norshore) and I've never had a crazy driver (like I have with Norshore).

I have used 303 taxi for many years. I have yet to have a bad experience. The drivers are always on time, courteous, clean looking, and helpful with your luggage. The cars also look clean,in a decently good shape and don't smell of tobacco . They have a flat rate to the airport which is very reasonable compared with a limo service, and the 303 service is as good. Most of the cars are equipped with GPS or laptops with mapquest, thus they are never lost and the passenger will get the shortest route to their destination. Recommended!

The airlines may be unreliable, but you can always count on 303 Taxi. If you live in the northern suburbs, the are the absolute best taxi service. Always on time, clean, and no hassles about price.
I just landed at O'Hare, and it took about 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive. Since the cab is dispatched to pick up you specifically you don't have to worry about waiting in line.
You can also pre-book your taxi online. Once you've made your reservation you'll receive a text message once your cab is dispatched. That way you know exactly who is picking you up. So awesome! -
