Wow, I was beginning to think honest, reliable plumbers were just a dream, a myth only spoken about to ease the minds of frantic homeowners like me whose main line just backed up! But they exist people, they do and this one's name is Johnny and boy did he save my a**! So for the THIRD time in a month we had flooding due to a back up in our pipes, totally annoyed and really frazzled I started asking friends if there's anyone they can recommend and one, whose having their house remodeled, recommend Johnny with 3 Step. I knew within a minute of him answering the phone that I was gonna like him. He was friendly, honest and didn't BS me about time/price etc. So I made an appointment which he promptly showed to (love when people are on time) and let him do his thing. Now maybe I feel I have to add this cause I'm a mom or because I watch way to much ID channel but in no way shape or form did Johnny give off the sketch vibe. I've actually lied to a maintenance guy once saying a prob resolved itself after calling his company needing someone to service my water heater. No way am I gonna let someone in my home that I'm not comfy with. Johnny was funny, personable, and just plain normal, I had no prob inviting him into my home. So after evaluating & explaining what he thought the prob was he went to work. He was quick, thorough and reasonably priced. The awesome thing, no more freaking backups and flooding lol he even fixed the constant drip in my kitchen sink! It's been 2 months since he worked on my place and not one lil plumbing prob what so ever! So thankful I found Johnny & 3 Step, awesome to know I have someone who I trust to take care of my place when problems arise!!!

They are truly the best! I just got my air conditioning serviced and they were able to fix some leaky faucets on the same visit. Their inspection was so detailed and were able to make my air conditioning work so much more efficient and effectively. They even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working. This company has incredible customer service and is amazing at what they do. It is so nice to have a company that I can count on.
