I was disappointed that with two people working and one customer, they couldn't get themselves to help me in 15 minutes.  One actually greeted me ans told me that she'll be right with me but never did.  She was in a middle of helping someone so I browsed around for about 15 minutes and noticed that there was another associate in the back on the phone.  She never bothered to put it on hold nor not even make an eye contact with me while I was patiently waiting for someone.  All I wanted was to ask if they do repairs but couldn't even talk to either of them.  I guess I didn't look rich enough.  
Too bad just with a simple gesture my business could have been saved but they didn't bother...

Good product.
Seems like "3Day" in the name was from a diferent time period, now it is more than 3 days.
One thing that is not reasonable is request to pay for the entire job (project) prior to start of the installation.
That is a big exposure for customes. Company needs to change its policy and provide some leverage for customer in case that the job is not satisfactory.  Customer needs such leverage.
