What a waste of money! We outfitted our whole house with new blinds from 3-Day. They are expensive, take longer than three days, and the worst part is that they are constantly breaking. The pulley mechanisms jam up so that half the blind goes up and half doesn't. We brought some in to the San Carlos location for repair, which they did perform. However, the guy at the store kept telling me that they are breaking because we aren't pulling the cord right. When I told him that two of these came from a room that we didn't use and they had been opened maybe twice before breaking, he kept arguing that we don't pull right. Completely ridiculous!

UPDATE: After two years, pretty much every blind has broken and has had to be taken in for repairs. You will get ripped off if you buy from these guys!
