Kim is simply fantastic. My son's preschool was formerly right next store to this studio and every day, I would walk by, seeing Kim's motivational tips posted outside her door. I would grab them, read them and then continue to feel badly about the fact that I wasn't doing anything about getting into shape. One day I finally got fed up with myself and decided to make a call - not an easy thing to do.
Kim was immediately welcoming to me, made me comfortable most of all, and asked me questions about what I was looking for which progressed into a conversation about nutrition and exercise. She really opened up my eyes to combining protein with all foods and eating throughout the day - not starving myself in between meals or eating foods that are not satisfying. She also has a method of tracking each individual's progress in an un-identifiable way so that you can track your progress. Placing stickers and lines down for pounds and inches lost is something I never thought would be a real motivator but it works!
I would recommend Kim to anyone at any level meaning someone who has been a couch potato for years or someone who just wants to stay in shape.

Kim makes fitness "fun" ... and she's so easy to be with!. I love how she works with each client's personal fitness needs; no competition here. Whether one is a beginner or an avid fitness nut, Kim adjusts each workout accordingly. I also love the colors and overall feeling of her studio. If you're looking for a fitness program truly customized for your fitness level, I highly recommend 2B Fit in Cupertino (right off Hwy-280 at Foothill ... so easy); plus they're in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's, Subway, Peet's Coffee and Kayla's Nails!

I have been training with Kim for 8 months now. She is so knowledgeable with training as well as diet & weight loss. She has customized my workouts. She makes them fun. I always leave her gym feeling better than when I arrive! I have toned my body and lost all the weight I had planned to lose. Thanks to Kim I am eating more consciously. I have flat abs! I went skiing recently after many years. Because of the squats that I have been doing with Kim for the first time in my life I was not sore after 2 days of intense skiing. I am so happy that I have found 2B Fit!

Meet the Business Owner: Kim V.
She has spent the majority of her life involved in the fitness industry and has taught group fitness classes for over 20 years in many prestigious fitness clubs and spas in California. She has taught numerous group classes including circuit training, aerobic and yoga.
Kim has taken her passion for helping people to a new level. Through one on one personal training she has been able to help hundreds of women achieve huge results on many levels. Kim holds a bachelors degree in Physical Education with a minor in Exercise Nutrition and is a nationally certified trainer with many hours of coaching experience. She is dedicated to helping her clients set, reach, and accomplish their health and fitness goals.
In addition to fitness, Kim also loves to spend time with her family.
