Attended a bridal shower here and they did an awesome job! Very nice staff. Good quality of nail polish and good service. Pedicure lasted a month. Highly recommend.

I live in Stapleton, but usually get my weekly manicures in Cherry Creek. However, I have visited 29th Ave. salon two times for pure convenience factor when I was short on time and my experience has been the same both times. They rush through my manicure so quickly, literally makes me nervous they do it so fast, only to have my nails chip less than 24 hours later. I am not digging in my garden or anything drastic, just daily activities and it's happened both times. They don't take their time nipping and clipping and the paint job is horrible.
Clean, cute place and convenient, but I will not be back. On top of that, they charge $17 for a mani; whereas i can get a great one, that doesn't chip until after about 7 days for $12-15 in Cherry Creek. -

This place is awesome! For $35 I got a really awesome pedicure.
This place is cute, the staff are really nice. They do a hot stone massage to your legs and feet. Also when I sat down for my nails to drive they give you a small shoulder massage. The only down fall of this pedicure was the nail polish chipped a couple days later. -

Stopped by this salon for a pink & white fill. Before dropping in I thought I should call to make sure they did pink & whites. I called and asked the person who answered if they do pink & white fills. She starting speaking to someone other than me. I don't know what she asked but she then tells me yes, they do. Great. I make a appt and show up.
After asking me several questions about what was on my nails to which I kept responding pink & whites she says we don't do pink and whites. Are you kidding me! -

Not a "customer service" oriented place. Maybe it's culture, but I stopped by to make an appointment. While there, I mentioned to them that I had a balance left on a gift card but had misplaced my card. Asked if I could still use that balance on my next appointment. The person in charge just raised her head and mumbled "Uh, no, cannot do" and offered no help. I would think that any place of business would have a record of that gift card purchase in their computer system. They seem totally uninterested in helping a regular customer!!! I have since canceled that appointment and will go elsewhere. The pedicures in the past have mostly been positive but some are better than others. Depends on whom you get. If you like someone, be sure to get name and make appt. You can forget about them doing anything "above and beyond" to keep your business.

I have a month-old pedicure on my toes from this salon, and it still looks fine as long as you don't get too close. (I really hope no one does. :))
Yes, it's a walk-in nail shop, but it's clean and doesn't stink too much. It is a bit pricey, especially compared to places back in Chicago. I'll pay for good, lasting quality, though. -

For what it is- a walk-in nail place, this is pretty nice. There was no wait for a pedicure on a Sunday afternoon. The facility extremely clean and a cut above your average walk-in nail shop. The upgraded interior finishes and Stapleton rent are most likely what makes it slightly more expensive than your average chop shop too. It was $35 for a basic pedi. I was happy to pay that, and will be back again.

This place was nice, clean, and so far my manicure has lasted a week with minimal chipping. My friend and I were walk-ins and they told us it would be about 10 -15 minutes before they could take us, which was nice...so we went to Starbucks, and came right back and they were ready for us. Pleasant atmosphere, and relaxing. A little pricier than most walk-in places.

Best mani/pedi experience I've had in Denver. The atmosphere is great and the personal attention is wonderful. They use hot stones and warm towels that make the experience exceptional.

This place beats any nail service I've ever had. It's clean and calm, and they go WAY above and beyond the normal $35 pedicure. Not only did my polish last nearly a FULL MONTH, but when I got my pedicure I also recieved the full treatment - sugar scrub, lotion, and oil on my feet and legs PLUS a hot towel and a hot stone massage. Not to mention while my toes were drying I got a chair massage!
I have to disagree with the reviewer who recommends Sweet Life.. I had a TERRIBLE experience at Sweet Life. They started out great, but when two of their nail techs quit (and I was told they called in sick at first and didn't find out they had left because of dissatisfaction until later) my pedicure was moved THE NIGHT BEFORE I GOT MARRIED. They didn't bother to find someone to do the job since they were not able to reach me and the receptionist's reply to my concern was "Well, I didn't know you were going to change your phone number." SO RUDE and they screwed me.
Well, 29th saved my feet :) We drove over there and I will never step foot in Sweet Life again. -

I walk by this place a lot on my way to and from CorePower Yoga Stapleton since it is right next door and figured I should try it sometime. I called The Sweet Life first for a manicure/pedicure appointment but they were booked for a week so I went here instead.
I had an appointment for 4 pm and when I arrived, there was a big group for a party or something, so they told me to pick out my polish. Then they had me sit in one of the massage chairs and soak my feet. I waited there for awhile and I realized my chair didn't work but no one came by for about 10-15 minutes so I never had the chance to say anything. Finally my manicurist came over and said hello but never introduced herself so I don't know who it was. She spent very little time removing calluses or doing the regular pedicure stuff. When I got home, I noticed that I still had rough spots on both feet that I had to fix myself. She polished my toes pretty quickly and they look pretty good. A week+ later and the polish is fine. The manicure was pretty much the same. Not much time spent on the massage, etc. I was asked to pay before polish (which seems customary, but still slightly awkward at places like this), which I did. The nail polish went on thick and it took a long time to dry which makes it hard not to smudge once you leave.
The negatives about this place are that you feel like they want to get you in an out pretty quick. I expect a lot less than a spa from this place since its cheaper, but I think they could do better. If you are looking for a similar priced place, I would recommend Heaven Nails in Cherry Creek over this place. The other thing is that the owner has a headset cell phone that she talks on a lot and she actually got up 3-4 times from the girl whose nails she was doing to answer calls. I feel like that is a little rude. Last, I have developed a red spot on my left big toe near the cuticle that feels a bit inflamed and may be a developing paronychia (nail infection). I have never had one of these but I have seen them before. I noticed the manicurist left her previous customer and came over to me with a little box of tools and I think she may have just reused them on me without washing them. That's pretty nasty and is probably a health code violation.
In short, there are lots of places in Denver for mani/pedi's, go somewhere else.
