24 Seven found me a career job in Culver City, CA. I have worked with Michelle Matthews from their downtown office and she got me an interview within a week. Now I work with the National Football League as an application developer for almost 2 years. Developing big event sites such as the Super Bowl, NFL Draft, Free agency, Fantasy draft kit and more. I strongly recommend them as they have given me the coolest job for a developer.

Overall I'd say my experience with 24 seven wasn't amazing. I had used them a few years ago to help me find my first job out of college and they were fantastic, sending me on several interviews and did a great job keeping me in the loop. Recently I came back to them to help me find a new position and I feel like they didn't really take the time to help. They sent me on one interview and seemed committed to finding me a job, however they kind of fell off the face of the planet after a couple of weeks. I know the economy is bad and there aren't as many jobs as there used to be, but I feel they could have spent a little more effort keeping me in the loop and making me feel like they were actually trying to help me find something. I eventually gave up on working with them and eventually found a job on my own, with zero help from 24 seven. If you're desperate for a job, they do have temp/freelance work you can do which sometimes leads to a permanent placement, so I recommend 24 seven for only that.

I worked with Angela from 24 Seven and she was amazing. She listened to my request and set me up with a company that was a perfect fit. I found her to be very professional and sweet. I highly reccomend her and her team.

I don't know how they do business in the fashion world, but if you're in broadcast as a W/P or a CD, I would avoid these guys. Meat market handling of candidates and bad managing of expectations. Just skip them and use your contacts.

I've worked with this company on and off for the past year or so and have found them to be incredibly helpful. They have offices across the nation in various major cities and specialize in the fashion industry. They helped me get some freelance work and helped me get a full time position. It is to their own advantage to help you get a job, because they get a comission if they do. You as a candidate do not pay them a dime, it is the companies who are looking to fill the position (and who can afford it) who pays them. In the end everyone wins. You get a job, they get their comission, and the company gets a prescreened, qualified employee. The 24/7 staff was extremely helpful and supportive. I can't say enough good things about this company--and I don't even work for them!
