My 1 star rate is not for the club itself, as this club is one of the best one that I been with. However, its for the way my membership-upgrade was been handled.
I been a 24-hr- sport member for almost 10 years now. And when I moved close to Ontario, & found this club, I decided to inquire about the upgrade. I was been assured after signing the "legal agreement" that i will just be paying from $24 to $30.+ each month, as the new adjusted monthly dues. Until I just realized from my bank statements that the total monthly dues that I was been paying was $54.+ instead. This amount was in contrary to what and how it was been explained to me in the begining and after signing the contract.
It was been a big dissapointment, as I dont know why there should be a misinformation or miscommunications and misleading in explaining the matter properly. I thought all these time, that I been very contented and finally found my permanent club, but because of this miscommunications, I have no choice to cancel my membership upgrade.
Bottom line, if anyone of you are upgrading membership, please make sure to have all the figure in BLACK AND WHITE, rather than feel sorry and be dissapointed afterwards.
And for the 24-hr personel, please be fair and know exactly how to help patrons accordingly. We, members, just wanted to excersise and be happy with the club itslef and be physically fit, but not to be stressed with situations like this. -

Love this gym!! Clean and always plenty of equipment available!! I think the price is a bit high, and am only a member because I found a friends and family discount membership. I have never waited for equipment, the staff is very friendly and many of the machines have tv's.

I'm not gonna lie I LOVE this gym. Big and spacious, lots of equipment never had to wait for a specific machine. I've worked out at different times of the day/week and I must say Late night is my favorite. Late Night Staff is super friendly and personal;not too personal like in your life nosy or anything like that but they always greet you and will even stop and have a casual conversation. Great people, clean up crew included. Not any real complaints other than the cost, I didn't mind for the first couple of months but once Volleyball stopped happening I found myself choosing smaller gyms for quick workouts. Still my favorite by far, just wish the price didn't hurt my pocket so much.

Very spacious, plenty of parking. Mashines are always clean and in working condition.
Only two drawbacks are spinning bikes seats are loose....either tilt forward or backwards due to not being tightend all the way.
Sometimes on weekends towels aren't always stocked.
Otherwise this is my fav place to workout.

I love this gym!
Whoa wait a minute.... did I just say I "EL OH VEE E" a gym?! What has the world come to??
I HAD to get back in workout mode ...."hit the gym, step on the scale, stare at the number. you say you droppin 10 pounds preparing for summer." You damn right! Dealing with other 24 hour fitness locations around me, 2 main reasons I slacked off and stop doing my Kanye's Work Out Plan: too crowded and too "far" to drive to anyway. This gym is a hop, skip, and a jump away so for Christmas, I asked to have my gym membership upgraded to the Super Dee Duper Sport to have no excuses!
There is always a machine available for me. Whether I go in at 5:30am or 7:30pm (usually a high time at the gym).
The bikes have an iPod charging station installed in it. Say what?! Now my iPod will never go dead in the middle of me singing "Get Me Bodied" by Beyonce on my workout playlist!
Zumba class! Sure is intimidating but who cares if people see me get frazzled and miss a step. You should be looking at the instructor and not me anyway. Don't get mad when I learn the routines one day and blow you out the water! Haha kidding.
Three different class rooms so that there's always something going on. Other gyms have one class room and that's the class you do for that hour on that day. That's it. With this gym, yoga and spin classes have their own classroom so more X classes can be implimented at the same time.
Towel service. I was so notorious for forgetting towels whenever I hit the gym and would have to use my antibacterial hand stuff to wipe down machines before and after use. Now, they supply the towels for moi.
Also, no need to miss out on gym time because I "lost" my pass. They have a code and scan your finger system! No fake members welcomed here, no maam! ...Wait... is my fingerprint in the FBI's system now?! ....Crap....
I have yet to check out the locker rooms though. During the morning, I need to bounce after my hour to get ready for work and during the evening I need to go home after my 2 hours to eat a healthy meal. Maybe one of these weekend days I'll stop in and see what's that all about.
A tad bummed out that the lifting machines are located in another room behind a wall. Not that I'd hit on a guy at the gym, but looking at some eye candy while I'm riding the bike is always a nice distraction from time :)Listed in: The I.E. Born and Raised!

This is by far the best Super Sport! I didn't realize it until I moved to San Jose and have been disappointed with all the gyms in the South Bay. The set up is awesome. Group X classes are fun and you can achieve great results with the best instructors in town. Kristine, Diane, Jeneen, Ronnie, and Julie are some of my favorites.

After working out here for three months I never want to go to any other 24 Hour Fitness! I have been spoiled...The sales rep even told us that when he upgraded our account. Now that I don't live near a Super Sport I am really sad.
Everything is so new and nice here. They have workout/bath towel service, a separate yoga room, cycle room, group exercise room, basketball court, racquetball courts, separate pool for aqua classes, tv's on the machines, iPod plug ins, spin class bicycles that you can do on your own, stretching machines and just all kinds of stuff I have never seen before (like this machine where you throw the ball and it comes right back at you for working out your abs).
Worth the upgrade! -

Yes, believe the hype about this gym. It's great. No creepers. A lot of cardio machines even during peek hours. They even have towel services. The trainers here are SERIOUS about results and over all it's a quiet gym. If you want a nice gym that's big and clean, this is the one. I also think that because the memberships are $50 per month, this weeds away all the gym rats and people who are not serious about their commitment to health. This also keeps away the people who just want to to be inside the gym just to be hear. You pay a little more and definitely get a little more.
Totally worth it. This comes from someone who's been a trainer and has been in the gym for 12 years with 6 different gym memberships.
I know the difference.
You'll love this one. -

Super sport really doesn't need an actual review. It's clean, towels are offered when you walk in, its spacious, everything anyone can want when they enter this gym. They also have 2 large LCDs in the locker room w/ sound!
I came here primarily to play basketball on a Wednesday night (checked in at approximately 530 PM). After stretching, as my friends and I get ready to play a full court game, an employee comes in and says he has to set up a volleyball net and pole in the middle of the court. There weren't anyone playing volleyball or anyone requesting to play at the time...so this really annoyed. Instead of playing a full-court basketball game, we settled for half court.
In addition, at the end of the night, I noticed one of the rims on the full-court was slightly shorter/lower than the other side. 24 should get this corrected. -

First off, I have been to 24 hour fitness locations all over the state ( and helped about a lot of them). This is by far my favorite.
The equipment is new, there are a ton of machines for weights and cardio. I loved how the elliptical had a iPhone hook up so I could watch a video while doing cardio and charge my phone. Everything was super clean, and the towel service was a nice perk too.
I'd drive a little bit out of my way to go here verses the Rancho cucamonga, or Corona sports. -

This is my gym!
I haven't been to another location since this one opened even if a few other locations are closer to my house and my workplace.
What do I love about this place? Things that I pay for every month, I guess! Towel service, antibacterial hand sanitizers and wipes, lockers with keypads (no need for padlock!), new and latest machines, multiple weight-lifting areas, etc. I think it's great that they have separate rooms for yoga, cycling, aerobics, racquetball and basketball.
I would give them 5 stars if they add more days for those classes that are always packed (like Zumba), and if they add a boot camp-style boxing & sparring like my other gym used to have. Right now, I settle for the Zumba & kickboxing classes for cardio workout after lifting weights.
Unlike other locations, this place is always clean. A lot of the cardio machines have TV monitors on them that let you either watch TV or watch an instructor coach you, much like watching those workout channels on your TV at home, only it's customized based on whatever machine you're using. You don't need to attend a cycling class because these machines do the same job. MP3 or iPod/iPhone connections....check!
Oh, for those who have kids, they have a nursery there! You might want to call and inquire. -

I've been a Super Sport member for a few months now, and I've been going to this particular location for most of that time and I must say for the most part I dig it. The machines are state-of-the-art and well-spaced and the facility is always clean. As is the case with most of the other 24 Hour Fitness locations I've visited I'm always greeted in a warm and friendly manner by the female employees, and they never hesitate to start conversation, one even told me I smelled good (and this was after a workout lol). The men on the other hand usually have that arrogant "I work here and for some reason that makes me way too cool to talk to you or acknowledge you in any way" type of vibe, maybe it's just me, and I'm way too indifferent to be bothered by it, it's just something I've noticed at their clubs. As can be expected, during peak times like evenings the place becomes a bit crowded, but in their defense I can definitely say they don't get as crowded as Sport or Active locations, so I should at least be grateful for that. Always nice to be able to go to the gym and not worry about whether I have clean towels as well.
Overall, clean, spacious, well-maintained equipment, friendly female staff, definitely worth the extra dough. -

If you don't have a Super Sport level membership, it's definitely worth upgrading to access this club. They have a huge variety of machines, cardio equipment and multiple racks of free weights. Rarely is any piece of equipment broken for more than a couple days - unlike other health clubs, they have an on-site maintenance tech. The bathrooms are usually clean and they always have towels, which are included with your membership. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and welcomes you by name. I haven't had any negative experience since joining this club shortly after it's opening.

This gym is a Super Sport model, meaning it has plussed facilities in comparison to other 24 Hour Fitnesses. Most 24 Hour Fitnesses offer the same amenities, give or take, such as a pool, steam room and sauna, basketball courts, etc. This gym includes those, plus there are 3 separate exercise studios (Yoga/Pilates, Group X and Spin), as well as 2 (sadly under-used) racquetball courts. They offer more classes than other gyms, often simultaneously, for no additional. (Tip: you can reserve a spot in a class in advance for $1, which comes in handy for the spin classes especially.) They also have keypad lockers in the main workout floor as well as in the locker rooms, so you're not out of luck if you forget/don't own a lock (though they sell them here as well).
This gym does offer towel service, so there's no more having to remember to bring a towel and dealing with transporting wet towels afterward. Another nice feature is the swimsuit dryers in the locker rooms, so no transporting wet trunks anymore either. You don't realize how important those are until you have to go to a different gym and have that sinking "oh crap, i forgot a towel" feeling. Also, the showers are fully enclosed and tastefully styled, so they feel more like something from a nicer hotel than a typical utilitarian gym shower.
Another nice bonus is the Nike+iPod integration on many of the dozens of cardio machines. Newer iPod's and iPhones have an integrated Nike app that tracks your runs and workouts and allows you to sync it through iTunes to Nike's servers, which then track your progress and publish to Facebook. It's a shame more people don't take advantage of this because it can really encourage your fitness progress and even influence your friends to workout more as well. You can also display movies from your iDevice on the monitors connected to the cardio machines.
The only shortcomings I notice in this gym are maintenance related. For example, many of the cardio machines have broken headphone jacks and iPod cables, the swimsuit dryer in the men's locker room is often out of service (Tip: use the dryer in the family locker room), the locker and steam room floors, as well as inside the showers looks more like they get rinsed rather than scrubbed, and the sauna's wooden overlays, flooring and walls really need a thorough cleaning. That said, I'm sure it's a difficult job keeping everything tip top with as much abuse as people put those facilities through (especially that poor swimsuit dryer). They might want to considering hiring the germaphobe lady that's always in the spa area to do maintenance; she'd have that place spotless.
In summary, I have no qualms with the $40 monthly fee considering the benefits I get from this place. -

This place makes me excited about working out. I cannot say enough good things.
First, the staff is excellent. All of them are nice, say hello and are friendly. I always am greeted and told goodbye when I leave.
The equipment all works and is clean. I love the towel service and small TVs on some of the equipment. I just need to get an iPod Nano so I can watch my movies!
There is also a ton of things to do. I can go in the sauna, spa, steam room or cardio, free weights, or a work out class. Everytime I go, I do something different and I can always get on the equipment.
After working on the industry, I know this is the best deal for what you get. 24 hour fitness definitely got it right with this Super Sport! -

I have membership here and i have gone to at LEAST 6 other 24 hour fitness gyms, few sports and a few active, and this is by far the best one ever! guranteed. its bigger and it has raquetball courts, the basketball court is huge, the pool area has seating and places to lay down and rest, the gym also has a designated area to stretch, most gyms do not, they just have a mat lying around in the gym somewhere. they have so many machines, at least 3 or 4 that work out the same muscle, they have trainers all day. It smells great inside!! especially the restrooms, ALL of hte others gyms i have been at, STINK. the mens free weights smells good too, its large open, airy. other gyms the free weights are boxed in and it STINKS. not this one. did i mention they provide towels! the positives are overwhealming with hardly any negatives.

Wow, an actual Super Sport that feels super. None of the other "fake" super sports like millbrae and moraga that just change their name so they can charge you more. Too bad it is so far away from the LA area.

This is the best 24 Hour Fitness EVERRRRRR! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, I wanted to upgrade and i wasn't sitting and waiting forever, the sales counslers were friendly and helpful. They have a cycle room, a group X room, and a pilates room, so there is a huge selection for group X classes which no other club has. The Turbo kick box class is the BEST!!!! The kids club is like chuckie cheese.... lol LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!

Great gym, been going here ever since it opened. Come here every morning almost. I love the towel service cause I used to always forget to bring a towel at other gyms. There's about 8 basketball hoops, racquetball courts, and plenty of pool, steam room and jacuzzi room. Also, it's in the same parking lot as a police station which is good because the other 24 Hour Fitness in Corona on McKinley that I used to go to was known for car break-ins in the parking lot while you worked out.

This is the first super sport that I've been to. I'm impressed. It's brand new and really clean. I like the fact that there's a seperate room for yoga only and spinning only. With that said, there are a ton of classes being offered daily. Tkb twice a day even! Both that and the hip hop were pretty fun. Not over crowded.

Since I have a Sports Membership and in order to use this gym, I had to upgrade to a Super Sport Membership on my 3rd visit . I believe my first two visits were a marketing ploy. Also, for out of town guests they charge $20.00 for a day pass.

OMG!!! I love this gym!I was kind of iffy if i should join this one bc I liked staying in small places. I used to go to the one off on Vineyard off the 60fwy. It is funny bc I tend to look all quiet and timid when I workout but I am not lol. Now that i joined this gym I am sure taking advantage of all, the showers, the towel service, machines and weight. Just recently i heard salsa, merengue music at the gym, which I do love bc i have a passion for dancing. Then curiosity i found out what Zumba was and it has been two weeks since I joined and believe you sure sweat, I feel all sexy which I know I am hehehehe and I feel like I am in at the Mayan nightclub!Woo hoo I love this gym. Today I will try the Jacuzzi after im done w my workout =) I love working out....my motto: Fit For Life=)
I have a corporate membership discount and I cannot complain about the price vs. other friends i have here are regularly paying a lot. Cant complain about the price bc i am sure getting my money's worth here at this Super 24 Hour Fitness....I love it!
Wait also now that i have been taking Zumba for like 4 months, I recommend they start with Samba Batucada, pasito Duranguense, BELLY DANCING, and more punta. Which i think those are super calorie burners plus i think the people in the class will enjoy it. Oh yeah and some bachata! -

Perfect gym. I have been going here for about a year now and the people that work there are friendly, the machines are always working, you never have to bring a towel, and its helped me stay in shape. I have yet to get into one of the classes but they look fun. I highly recommend this gym even if you see the rate as being high, it is totally worth it for the higher service and quality. thumbs up!!

This gym's awesome!! Like Liseth I used to go to the one off vineyard and the 60 and it's like night and day. I love to play basketball here because I've gone to that weak ass sport up on foothill and rochester and it's always filled to the brim with a bunch of primadonnas playing. If you like to ball with good people come to this gym. Not necessarily the best basketball players but friendly players, foothill....ummm, not so nice. I don't have to say much more about foothill. Just know that I won't go there ever again. I go early every day and it's great, never packed, front desk people are super cool, all the machines are brand new, they even have antibacterial wipes and hand lotions just in case somebody was sick or dirty..lol..a lil pricey if you don't have any company discounts but I work for Toyota and get a bad ass deal so I can't personally complain, but if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed. All the things the young ladies prior to me said speaks for itself. Best gym around hands down!!!!
