This location is Nice and Clean with GREAT staff. Plenty of equipment, which means NO WAIT to get your workout on. I stop here for a quick workout when i am in the area.
My daughter loves the Kids Club here also. Not as large as OUR Pleasanton location, but the hours are longer on weekends for KIDS. 4pm :) -

I started coming to this 24 Hour Super Sport in March 2011 just shortly after they opened. When I originally signed up for my membership I also signed up for a trainer. I started with my trainer, Jeff Gordon on April 7th, 2011. We have been working together for over one year now consistently ranging anywhere from 2 days to 4 days per week. If you are looking for a trainer to motivate you, help you meet your goals, challenge you and help you change your life then I HIGHLY recommend Jeff Gordon. I have tried personal training with other trainers at other 24 hour locations and other gyms over the past 7 years and none have given me the results, motivation or dedication that Jeff has given me. I have stuck with him for this long because I feel he really cares. He not only cares about his health and personal fitness, but he also cares about mine and his other clients. He has set short goals for me each step of this weight loss/fitness journey from our very first day. We have hit each and every goal together and I can't tell you how amazing it feels. It helps to have a trainer who not only inspires you, but cheers you on and wants to also see you succeed. I started at around 38% body and fat am now down to 22% body fat. I have dropped 6 sizes and lost almost 60lbs. Every single workout is different and challenging. With Jeff's help I have become more confident in the gym where I now go and kick my own butt. I am no longer intimidated by the gym or weights like I used to be. He puts me through circuit training, Crossfit type workouts, heavy lifting (and girls you do not bulk up!). He even stuck with me during an injury to my sacrum area and kept me going so we didn't lose progress. We constantly talk about diet. During the last year we have tweaked my diet each step of the way. He has helped me fight through plateaus as well. Also, in the year that we have been working together he has never once cancelled on me. He is as dedicated to my goals and fitness as I am.
One important thing in finding a trainer is finding someone you can trust. I can say that from the moment I walked in the door and Jeff took those original measurements I felt comfortable with him. I knew from our very first session that he was going to be the one to get me to my goal. From the time I started working with Jeff I have gotten better and better each day. I have a new outlook on diet, fitness and my overall health. During the time I started training with Jeff I also moved to San Mateo, but because of the dedication and results I have had with Jeff I decided to continue with him and make the drive to Sunnyvale and continue our sessions even though there is a 24 Hour within 5 minutes of my house in San Mateo. I feel that speaks volumes for what I feel about my training, this gym and its staff.
The entire staff here at this location is amazing and wonderful. My son uses the Kid Care and he absolutely loves it and asks me to go all the time. The girls are fabulous and I love them for watching my son so I can focus on my health. The front desk staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The other trainers also are friendly like Chad, Raheem, Brandon and Justin. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and inspired. It is great to go to a gym where others recognize your accomplishments and cheer you on! The manager Toussaint is also awesome and always friendly!
I highly recommend this gym! I can't say enough positive things about it. If you are looking for a trainer to give you results then I HIGHLY recommend JEFF GORDON! Call today. I swear you won't be disappointed. -

I love this new location! The facilities are wonderful, the machines are brand spanking new and my favorite trainer in the entire world is there- Mariellen.
I have been working out with Mariellen on a weekly basis for the last 4 years and I've never felt better. I lost almost 100 lbs and gained physical and mental strength. She is the most knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated trainer in the entire gym. Never even once in 4 years I did the same routine. She always keeps the workouts fresh, fun and challenging. I also go to her BodyPump classes on Mon, Wed and Saturday. I tried BP classes with other trainers, but none of them are as fun and challenging as Mariellen's. All of my girlfriends are either attending her classes or personal training sessions.
Whatever your fitness goal is, whether it is to lose 200 lbs, 5 lbs or simply take your body to the next level, Mariellen will help you with it. -

So far, so good... a nice clean gym. Be forewarned it gets fairly crowded from 430p and later.
Plenty of treadmills, which is a plus, haven't had to wait for one yet. -

I started enrolling to 24 housrs Super since January 2012 after I had become a 10-year 24 hours gym member. At the begging, I was very impressed with the facility located in Sunnyvale. The staffs are all smiling and very friendly, especially those front desk staff. You are always welcome and greeted when you walked in.
I never ask for any trainer because I usually read the sign instruction carefully before using them and I found out the instruction are pretty well written and easy to understand. The basket ball court looks very professional and always occupied up.
Over the time, the traffic is getting crowded here and I feel like management has been hard to catch up. Towel service has become poor and towels are easily running out and there is no enough message to the audience members.
Man's room is getting dirty and having smell. I don't feel it is worthy to pay such high price. I would be happier if a 10-year-old member like me can use it with regular price. -

Every place that I often visit gets a second (or multiple) chance for a better or worse review. I saw a huge improvement with the swimming pool. Few weeks ago, the swimming pool was over chlorinated; my skin dried out fast like a newly coated paint with lightly bleached body hair to compliment my dryness. My goggles also fogged up faster than the mornings in SF. Now, the dryness is less irritating to deal with; just a quick rinse will do the trick.
The gym itself is very popular that it gets overcrowded during certain hours. Finding a parking space during the busy hours is no better than finding hay in a needle stack. It's a painful search. Chances are, you'll have to park near the Safeway parking lot in the same plaza or follow a member going to their car (and hope that they're moving it out of their parking spot.)
The interior of the gym is very clean and spacious. But again, the space gets filled out during the busy hours. I'm not a heavy-lifter or a weight machine user; I only need certain equipment to get my workout done. However you might have to wait a while before a machine is available or be flexible with your workout plan and move onto a different machine. (A little tip; when you exercise, you contract [flex] your muscles, and when you're being 'flexible' with your workout plan, you're stretching your mind.)
They have the group exercise room that you can use when there's no class for pretty much anything (light sparring, circuit training, dance practice, stretching, etc.) Very big space and a very big plus for me. -

This gym started as a five star place and now is turning into a three as time passes.
Its always packed unless you go before 7 am, between 1-4pm, or after 10pm. The front desk people are really nice, except for a female service manager who provides the WORST service...yeah Idk how she became a manager but I think she either got fired or moved because I haven't seen her lately.
The gym's towel service seems inconsistent now that more people have signed up for this gym-they either have no towels, or the towels they do have smell burnt lol.
I do love the variety of machines/weights they provide, I just wish they had more space in order to accommodate all the members that use the facilities.
Also all their group X classes have great instructors-especially the cycle classes! -

Bay Area
It's a gym. All I'm looking for in a gym is modern equipment, cleanliness, and positive energy (ie, not guys trying to grunt each other during their entire workout, smiles at the front desk from the staff, etc.).
I used to dead lift and weight train here but I've switched to doing that in the gym @ work. I appreciate the extra free space I have at my work gym when I'm doing my dead lifts and dumb bell work. The dead lift/squat area here can get pretty crowded which impedes my brave/stupid weight attempts.
The only reason I come to this 24-hour now is because of the pool and basketball court. The pool is clean, and unlike most other pools, it's nice not to have to stare at bandages and pennies at the bottom of the pool while I'm swimming. They run maintenance on pool every Tuesday from 12-2PM and there are some water Zumba/training classes for which you will get asked to get out of the water, politely. They have a schedule on the front desk. The only bad thing is that people don't seem to understand lane sharing etiquette, can't really blame the gym for that though.
Weekdays @ around noon there are pick up games at the basketball court. I think its' mostly businessmen from Sunnyvale that show up but don't be fooled...they'll drop 3's in your face all day. -
Review from Alex L.
I decided to check out this gym tonight for a change of pace, or in this case-- change of place.
First off, I was so happy that i found a great parking space within the first minute of circling the lot. That never happens in Man Jose. I walk in and was so impressed by how beautiful the place was. Like SJ, they are friendly here at the front desk as well.
I walk into the locker room and BAM! Plenty of open lockers and open benches to change. Again, that never happens in SJ. The thing I loved about this place is that there was a stack of fresh towels in there. They don't have that in SJ.
I walk out on the floor and see the shimmering machines. Brand new still. Only 1 machine had "out of order" on it. All the cardio equipment is upstairs. There's even an elevator! Off to the side next to the front is another shelf where people can help themself to clean towels! Do I need to say it? That never happens in SJ!
Man, I'm liking this place even tho it's a bit smaller. I overheard some guy mention that this opened in March so it still has the "new gym" appeal. Even still, i like the fact that it's not as crowded and not changing next to a wet, hairy dude in the locker room is priceless -

So, for one of the more expensive gym choices in the area, here's my typical experience:
* Fight with traffic and cars to get there, it's only 4 miles from my place, yet it always seems to take 15-20 minutes each way to get there. The location sucks for me.
* When I get there, I spend 10 minutes trying to find a parking space... Finally find one about a 5 minute walk away. The parking always sucks!
So now I've spent about 30 minutes just getting to the gym..
I walk in... (8pm)
* Every single weight machine is taken except for one.
* Every cardio machine is taken except for a broken eliptical.
* I wait for an open cardio machine, (~5 minutes)
* Finish cardio, and usually find open weight machines, sometimes I need to wait.
I'm finding a new gym and cancelling ASAP. -

This 24 Hour Supersport is very new and clean.
Eeka, Amy and Lauren are awesome instructors for the Ujam class.
The schedules are:
Saturdays: 11:30am-12:30pm Amy
Sundays: 10am-11am Eeka
Mondays: 5:30pm-6:30pm Lauren
I suggest to arrive an hour early for Amy's class to get a pass. Sundays you don't need a pass. -

I've been here a few times for zumba and swimming session... It is a newer Super Sport than the one in MV so the place does feel newer, cleaner and larger!
In the summer last year they offered belly dancing but usually during the day (mid day!)..I really wish that they have more classes after work hours and in the weekends.
Locker room is large and fairly clean. The shower is also cleaner and the bathroom is cleaner.. way cleaner than the MV super sport.. so I honestly prefer this Super Sport than the MV one.. it's just a bit out of the way! -

Review is based on my usual gym hours- 7-11 pm.
Pros:
- Open 24 hours
- One of the better gyms in the area
- Facility and equipment are modern and new
- For the most part, weights are stacked
- Doesn't smell... as much
- Spacious
- Training room is separate from the main gym area
- Basketball courts
- TRX Suspension Training (this bumped rating from a 3 rating to 4)
- Personal TV's on some cardio equipment
Cons:
- Parking a peak hours (4-7 pm)
- No real designated area to stretch, except for training room
- Basketball courts can get way too packed
- Not enough squat machines (just my opinion) - longer wait
- Weights are stacked, but not in the proper location
Overall: It really depends on what you do at the gym and how much you pay, etc. If all you do is lift weights and don't find yourself using the entire facility such as pool/sauna, showers, fitness classes, then a super sport may not be for you. Although I'd say Club One and Decathlon Club are generally nicer and provide more amenities, it does cost more so, if you want a nicer gym, but not willing to pay Club One or D Club's fees, this might be a great alternative.
I would say this gym is a 3 rating, but I do use the TRX suspension, which is a bonus. -
Review from Grace K.
My friend and I took yoga/pilates classes here and we really enjoyed it. Our instructor (female) was a really excellent instructor and she made the class very enjoyable and fun. The poses are super hard to do BUT it really builds your balance and helps you learn how to breathe and exercise at the same time. I miss the classes! (It was just too far to drive so I stopped going..shame on me!) We also went to use the cardio machines and some of the ab machines. This place is one of the nicer 24fitness gyms and it gets really packed after work. It's pretty big, but somehow all the machines get taken up pretty fast and then you're just left with the bicycle or the stairmaster. I'd suggest rushing over right after work so you can grab your machine.
They have plenty of tv's in front of the cardio machines too so that definitely helps you to work out for a longer period of time. And when you go to the very back of the cardio machine area they have a TINY place to stretch..kinda nice because it's all the way in the back and you got your little nook. The normall stretching area is where they have the classes, but since they have so many going on it's kind of hard to even have 5minutes to get in there to stretch (classes are usually back to back). Or at least from my experience I've always gone when they have a class going on - so that litlte nook stretching area really helps. (Or I should just remember to stretch beforehand hehe) -

I definitely enjoy coming to this gym. It's still new and it has an open feel. I usually come here for the cardio machines as there are plenty to choose from and I haven't had to wait for one. But, I love that it's open 24 hours, for those insomnia nights.
One thing that has been consistent and annoying is that some members just can't stop talking on their cell phones. Are you here to work out your body or your mouth? Besides, not everyone wants to here what you did last night and your hook up plans for tonight. TMI! It's unfortunate that the management at this gym doesn't enforce their "No talking on cell phone on workout floors" policy. But, I guess it's because the staff does it too.
So, just bring your tunes and headphones. -

This is the main one I go to, like i said in my issues: they need to clean up the place, they do run out of towels from 6 -9 and it can get gross at certain times. And the PARKING SUCKS (6-9)
This is the till about nine, when it is packed, don't even bother thinking you are going to get in and out during these hours. I will say for the most time it is clean, but when it is dirty, it is nasty dirty....
They do seem to have good trainers; though I would say as far as they train, they tend to walk ahead vs. walking with there client, like I have seen at a couple of gyms I have been to. And if you are a trainer you would know what that means.
They are friendly and very helpful; for the most part. Is it worth over $60 a month... ummm nahhh, but, you get what you pay for. That's why I make such a gripe when I see nasty, bodily fluids in the rest rooms and for the record, the picture I took, was in the "unisex" bathroom. -

I have been a member of 24 Hr Fitness for six years now. In June of 2010 the downed economy caught up with me. As a result I had to end my membership with my local 24 hr Supper Sport. I still had my membership for 24 hr sport but it just wasn't the same. One day after stepping on the scale I was shocked to see that I had gained back the 20lbs I had work so hard to lose. That was it! I renewed my membership with 24 hr supper sport and swore I was going to get back in shape. After several attempts to lose those extra pounds I decided I needed a trainer. After talking with a fitness manager about my goals, I was partnered with Mary. Mary not only got me back into shape and helped me lose those extra pounds; she also gave me the courage to sign up for my first 5K. I couldn't have done it without her. Thank you to Justin and Mary for giving me the courage to reach my goals.

I usually get here at 7pm weeknights and it's never packed.
I need to tell you about their Hoist machines; these are fine cable type weight lifting machines. Unlike the lower level clubs, these Hoist machines have light alloy handles, so they are low inertia and you work harder! yeah! and there are plenty of barbells to use and plenty of free weights to use.
They always have two soap dispensers in the showers; each with a diff. kind of soap. There are two vertical storage racks for bath towels: one, when you walk in and the other one is stationed just before you hit the showers. Tip: grab your bath towel soon as you walk in the men's dressing room. For obvious reasons.
It's a really nice gym and worth the extra money for the spaciousness and high quality equipment. And I have not even dipped in the pool or sauna's.1 Previous Review: Show all »

San Jose, CA
Came to this gym because its fairly new and read a lot of reviews. My home gym is San Jose Crane Super sport but I have been coming to this gym for about 2 weeks now. I really like this gym and I am considering this to be my HOME gym.
This gym is very clean and the members and staff are very nice. The hours I go here ain't bad any all. I never have to wait for a machine or shower. The vibe here compared to San Jose Crane feels more comfortable to workout. Most of the machines here are fairly new and still have the LBS indication. Towels are always stocked. The dumbbell weights are always on the racks and most of the time the weights are lined up by size.
Showers are clean (janitors are there every night). It takes several of times for the showers to heat up. The pool area/sauna/steam room is COED. The jacuzzi is bigger than San Jose's super sport but San Jose does have a splash pool.
The ONLY bad thing about this gym is that they shut off the sauna and steam room at 11:00pm everyday and they don't turn it on until 4am-5am. There was times that the jacuzzi was off after 11:00pm. They possibly turn it off due to not enough poeple at night (Energy Saving) I guess. -

This is a nice facility with modern equipment that has held up well over the year since they opened. There is a good mix of cardio equipment upstairs, a free weight area, strength training machines, and a stretch area.
I like the spacious locker room and free towel service. There are plenty of showers as well as a vanity area for finishing hair and makeup before you leave. The only downside is the parking which can be difficult on Mondays and during peak hours. -

I just upgraded my monthly membership through a limited-time special this past weekend. (My usual 24hr fitness is the one off of Fremont Ave.)
This gym is definitely A LOT cleaner and spacious than the other in Sunnyvale. I haven't used all of the facilities here, but I really am amazed at what this gym offers. It's clean, and ALL of the equipment is brand new. Haven't run across any broken machines/stations here.
My only gripe is the lack of recycling bins/trash cans. Not a major issue... but I noticed more towel drop-offs than trash bins... **shrug** The locker room is really clean too. -

San Jose, CA
This place is really difficult to find good parking. You could park in a different area of the plaza and then walk a lot but people end up driving around looking for someone else to leave so they can take their spot and it gets dicey at times, like people cutting each other. So cutthroat over parking. If you can avoid the hours right after work, do so because it'll be a nightmare.
The layout of the gym feels kind of crowded and I personally think it's weird that some of the ellipticals and bikes are on the first floor when all the cardio stuff is on the second floor but I think it's because they got more machines and couldn't fit it all on the second floor. I like that there are plenty of cardio machines -- I've never had to wait for someone else to finish. Wonder when they're going to fix that broken Precor AMT (there are plenty more of the same machines though).
The women's locker room is clean, but its shower stalls are not. There was hair all over the floors in the showers and that was gross -- I wish they would clean out the hair more frequently. The used up towels pile up fast in the bins too, but that's not that problematic. I noticed that they got rid of shampoo/conditioner and only had body wash in the showers -- I bring my own stuff but I wish they hadn't done that. But the showers are nice -- the water pressure is pretty good and all the stalls have doors so it makes me feel a little bit more secure about privacy (even though people can just open the doors since there are no locks). Lastly I wish they had more dressing rooms like in Pleasanton Super Sport.
Overall it's a really nice gym but if there were more parking spots and cleaner shower stalls, I'd be an even bigger fan. -

Besides Crane, one of my fav locations! I LOVE Super Sports! This place is large, lots of parking but still tough to find parking some nights, it's so clean and what I like about this one more than Crane is that they put towels out on shelves for you do you don't have to just ask for one. Major plus for that!
Now b/c this location is smaller, you're more cramped in and I always feel guys invading my space here! Some teenager was following me around the pool and an old guy keeps staring at me in the weight room and tries to talk to me in and outside the gym in the lot! So creepy I wish they had security here. Other than that, I like this location for many reasons like its clean, the steam room and sauna are at the right temp, you don't have to wait for cardio equipment. It's great!1 Previous Review:

Yay for a new super sport near my place! This location is not as big as the San Jose location but it is newer and equipped with I guess you can call it ergonomic fitness equipment? Some of the weight machines here are made so that your body is in more of a natural movement position when you're working out.
Anyway I love how they are always fully stocked on towels. San Jose is always out. One inconvienent thing about this location is that the sauna and steam rooms are co-ed so its kinda awkward. -

I joined this gym soon after it opened because I wanted a gym as close as possible to work. I figured its proximity would help get me there even after a long day. **And for those who don't know, it's possible to get a discounted membership if you are a Blue Shield member! (This was true when I signed up over the summer.) So don't hesitate to ask.
Here are the pros that I noticed in the beginning and still hold today after many, many visits:
- Friendly staff
- Generally enough cardio machines, even during the extremely busy dinner hour
- Large variety of equipment from cardio machines to free weights to nautilus machines to kettle bells to TRX equipment and more
- POOL! One of my favorite parts about this gym is the pool, which has consistently been clean when I've used it, and there is a nice assortment of pool tools (kickboards, noodles, etc.), if desired.
- Decent locker room
- POOL! I like it so much that I just have to list it twice!
- Seems to be a large staff of personal trainers, so my guess is that if you're interested in a trainer, you'll be able to find one that's a good match. (I haven't personally used a trainer here.)
- Decent mix of super athletic and not as athletic, so it doesn't feel like it's as much of a meat market as other locations can be.
And now for the cons:
- During peak hours (i.e. the after work dinner rush), the parking lot is PACKED. Save your time, and don't even bother looking for a spot anywhere near the gym. Park further away near Petco. After all, you're going to the gym -- you can fit in a little warm up walk before your workout.
- Often out of towels, especially the small ones that everyone likes to carry around
- Often out of wipes to clean the equipment. Now, I know that obviously not everyone uses them anyway (ew!), but I prefer cleaning the equipment I use before and after I use them.
- It can get very crowded in the area near the TRX equipment, as that's the area where the trainers meet with clients, so I often feel like I'm in the way. I have to be creative to find a place to put my mat for stretching.
- Over the summer, it got HOT upstairs in the main cardio area. I believe they have since fixed this, though it still gets fairly warm up there.
- The showers are not always as clean as they could be, nor are the used towel bins emptied as frequently as necessary -- I'd recommend that the staff check them more often.
- Awkward set-up in the locker room. The way it was designed, often people end up climbing over each other to reach their lockers. Also, women put their stuff in lockers and then do not lock the door, therefore sometimes it's hard to find an available locker.
- They recently removed the shampoo and body soap dispensers from the shower and replaced them with a body foam that hardly cleans anything. Not sure why, but I wish they'd change back!
SO, all in all, a good place to get your workout on.Listed in: The Sunnyvale 'hood

I love everything about this gym except for the fact that it gets super packed and parking is hard sometimes. Also, I don't like how the sauna and hot tubs areas are co-ed so minus 1 star for that.
This location is also smaller than the super-sport off the 101 but its not that big of a deal for me.
I love the machines/fitness equipment here much better because they are ergonomic which moves with your body and feels much more natural. The locker rooms and showers are pretty clean which is a big deal for me. Seeing hairballs in the shower stalls really grosses me out.
I hope the quality of this gym does not go down as the location off 101 did! :( -

I go to this gym regularly around 3-4 times a week, it's my gym of choice because I see a few familiar faces, there can be quite a wait for the machines during peak hours which is when I go.. and that also means that towels can be hard to get a hold of, sometimes I catch the front desk folding some fresh out the laundry towels so I just ask them for one which they gladly give out. Although the parking can be bad and the wait is long, I love the employees here, they are considerate and very welcoming. Basketball court can get really packed and intense at times.. but I guess that's good to get some games going

I thought I was going to pay a lot to be a super sport member, but it was not really that much at all.
I notice on some reviews that people are complaining about no WIFI, but if your serious about working out why does that really matter unless your there just to check out girls while they are working out creepy bastards.
This gym basically has everything I need. The small towels are very convenient because I always forget mine at home.
I would definitely check out the other places as well, but for now this place is very close to my house and I will keep going here until I notice the quality of this sport goes down. -

The facilities are good, no doubt about it...and I'm sure the trainers are competent and good at what they do. But two bad experiences have taken this from a 4-5 star review down to a 2.
After signing up, I was told I would get a free fitness consultation from a trainer to asses my goals. I was mildy interested in this, as I wanted a more accurate body fat % test than the one on my scale. Other than that, I know what I'm doing in a gym and have a good sense of what my goals are.
So we schedule a day for a trainer and myself to meet. On said day, I receive a call while at work from a number I don't recognize. I can't answer at the moment and wait for a message. No message left. On my way home, it occurred to me that it might have been 24 and it might have been regarding my appointment, so I call back and lo and behold...the trainer didn't come in that day. This is a waste of my time because I was supposed to go up to the city after the appointment and could have just left immediately. No message...no follow up call...nothing but one random call...otherwise I would have showed up and been turned down. The girl on the phone never apologized and on the whole, seemed totally uninterested in rescheduling something. After 10 minutes of back and forth, we get something later that week.
I come in at the new appointed time to meet with a trainer...turns out he isn't working that day either! But he happened to be there playing basketball, where he was called out begrudgingly to figure out what the hell happened. It's not his fault, nor is it mine. But the whole fckup has us both pissed off.
After all the wasted time and effort, I just say forget it, I don't need a pep talk from a trainer. I know what I want from the gym, and it's not to interact AT ALL with the employees. -

Love this place.
The only other local gym of this caliber that I can compare is the mtn view super sport.
This place is clean and has plenty of cardio equipment upstairs, There are two cardio/class rooms.
Love the towel service
I love the water, chilled on a water faucets thingy that tastes like its filtered, very easy to fill up the bottle.
They have had towels as well as bath towels. not sure if its a plus but they smell like waffles with sryup,. not sure why but cant complain atleast they smell fresh sorta and not dingy and old. also I just noticed that they got some new towels in as well, thats a good thing to know they didnt cheap out and still re usging the old ones utill theyfall apart.
They even have some lockers with combo codes incase you forget you lock/ key.
The only things I though was nice about gyms in vegas LOL was like fresh juice for you, snacks, people that greet you and get you anything you need, and you are the boss. but hey gyms like that cost 30-40 bucks a day, where as the super sport is just a little over that for a month so cant complain,
dont think it can get any better value.
The two classes It took here was water zumba and pilaties. both very good classes with nice instructions that are willing to help you with anything even after the class is over. -

The newest and best gym in the South Bay.
All the supersports are great, but this location is the cleanest, has the resistance band training systems, tons of treadmills and cardio machines, the newest weight machines, a raquetball court, and my favorite - a basketball court. the only problem is the basketball court is slightly smaller than regulation and the other supersport areas so you tend to run into people / the walls often.
Their bball courts aren't closed Thurs or Fri after work either for kids to practice like Brokaw's, which is really needed.
Overall, still the best 24 hour supersport in the land. Slightly better (though not for basketball) than the Palo Alto and Brokaw SJ ones. -

My friend and I came to this location to workout. It was my first time here. I don't think I would drive all the way here for this gym, but it was nice since I was in the area.
This place is crowded and not enough cardio machines for everyone. I found myself walking around and waiting in line just to work out. It's also poorly ventilated here. When it's crowded it gets hotter and musky.
I did like that they have a huge room for the X classes. -

So I used to go to the super sport in Mountain View and since I moved to Santa Clara I joined the sv super sport; anyways I keep seeing dirty towels all over the place, empty water bottles throughout, Women's bathroom is always a mess and I see no cleaning crew... When is this place getting cleaned? Just once a day? For a 24 hr that charges $80 a month they should have a cleaning crew on hand for most of the 24 hrs.
On a different note, fellow members please sit on a towel when you go to the sauna it's simple etiquette, no one wants butt sweat on a porous wooden bench.
1 star only because they have new machines and open 24hrs duh
cons: No cleaning crew (I go during lunch and at night)
- free weight area is small and is always full
- no area to do sit ups, stretches push ups except in the training area but that can be really full with trainers and their customers
- Not all of the TV's in their cardio machines don't work like the ones in Mountain view, you are stuck watching whatever they have on the TV's (like depressing news or sports)
Why do I go there? for the new machines! -

This is an awesome club. Lots of machines and choices of workouts/classes. Parking does suck and they frequently run out of towels and sanitizer. It can get messy at times. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful.
