    Where do I begin....
Well, we started with a week-long trial pass to see if we'd like the gym or not.  After three days, we were in love! We decided to join around 8:30pm; worked out, got home and received an email that the next day, they were having a two-day promotion for an all-club access at a lower monthly rate than we signed up for with one-club access.
Needless to say, I was not happy... I mean, if I'd waited a few hours longer, I'd have been getting a way better deal!  I immediately emailed the club manager, Albert, about my dissatisfaction.  I received a response about 5 minutes later (this was near midnight...) from Albert; he wanted to make sure that we were happy, and we decided to meet up the next day to take care of matters.
Long story short, Albert has done EVERYTHING to make us happy!  He is a wonderful manager, and has really taken care of us.  We've had a few more issues along the way, but even today, and now that we've moved 50 miles away, he's making sure that everything is taken care of for us.
    Albert, you're amazing!

Class times/variety are great! (Take yoga w/ Jace! She's awesome, I really miss her!)  I do have to knock one star though... Reasons:
There is one girl in Kid's Club who is always unfriendly and just sitting around... Not interacting or playing with the kids like the other girls do.
Cleanliness.... Sometimes spotless, other times icky...
Volleyball.... I love that the club had a set volleyball, but it was frustrating that they allowed people to play basketball while we're trying to have volleyball games going on.  It seemed that it was enforced NO volleyball on basketball days, but B-Ball could interrupt V-ball... Didn't make sense to me.

All in all, I'm going to miss this club, especially Jace, Albert and Amanda.  Definitely the best 24 hour club I've ever been to.

The facility is phenomenal. However, some of the staff has made for a horrible experience. It seems like all they want to do is try to up-sell your membership and they're acting worse than used car salesmen. This almost made me want to cancel the membership I've had with 24 Hours Fitness for nearly 20 years.

This is a nice facility. I normally go to this location for a workout on weekends. However, the staff is really rude. I have noticed that on my interaction with multiple staff members. My guess is that workers in this facility are poorly trained at minimum.  I am aware that at 24 hour fitness, staff is required to go through on-floor training as well have access to training material on-line. However, does it just require any training to learn some etiquette and not be rude to customers or for that matter to any one else in daily life? (supposed to be a part of upbringing) Probably this location does not screen their candidates well either (for social and interpersonal skills).

Last Friday (Oct 21, 2011) , around 3:00 p.m, I went to this facility. There was this guy around 20 some thing on the counter. I asked him for a towel. He walked towards me aggressively (Like a gangster) and said whether I have a problem. I told him that he should not be talking to a guests like that. He got defensive when he figured out that I would not put up with this behavior. I asked to talk to his manager. He did not want me to talk to any one. After some insistence on my part, he pointed to a young lady who walked close by and told me that I could talk to her as she is manager. It seems like it was business as usual for him since he was very comfortable with that manager that she would probably defend his behavior.

I told manager what happened, and first she tried to defend him by saying that she was listening to conversation and he was not rude (classical) . I told her that this is not acceptable as she was not even around there at the time he made rude comments and that she just walked by. And that she should not be defending staff's poor behavior like that.

So, she finally apologized for the rude behavior of her staff. What kind of message you are trying to send to your staff when you defend them for their rude behavior with guests?

True to the pictures, just add some sweaty people.
And I agree with the more positive reviews.. lol
Recently they've changed the lighting to fluorescents.
If you're of a pasty complexion, please cover yourself up.
The jacuzzi and pool area are lit like a stadium, so same deal.
I may actually leave over the lighting issue, and the fact that every friend I have that goes here has a better rate.
At least you may not see my pasty self reflecting beams of light.

I've been a member to 24 hour fitness for 6 years and I've recently upgraded my "sport" membership to a "super sport" membership which allows me to use this facility.

The facility is definitely an upgrade from any of the other locations I've ever been to.  More machines, more variety of machines, more space, all around more things to improve your work out.

I usually go to the gym after 10PM because anytime before that it is a complete mad-house and I can never get onto the treadmill that I want.  I enjoy using the treadmill that inclines to crazy heights and has bars up top for you to hold onto so you don't fall backwards (as I probably would.) and they are ALWAYS taken.  Granted, there are only about 4 of them (which I personally believe there should be more of these and less stair climbers because the stair climbers are never all taken) but you will be waiting for this machine a good while if you get there anytime between 2PM - 9PM.

The facility is kept very clean except for my major dissatisfaction in the jacuzzi.  The pool is always clean and nice but the jacuzzi is pretty grimy every time I go check it out.  I've seen staff clean the sauna and steam room but I have never seen anyone touch the jacuzzi.  The steps inside of it have some pretty gross build up as does the handlebars to get into the jacuzzi.  I mentioned it to a staff member before but he told me it wasn't his job to clean the jacuzzi.  Ah well, I just stay out of it and stick with the pool.. it's MUCH cleaner!

Don't worry about bringing a towel because they provide a towel service for you here.  Small towels for working out can be found at the front desk when you check in, and larger towels are in both locker rooms for the pool area.  They do a great job at keeping the towels consistently stocked.  I've never seen them empty, or even close to empty for that matter.

There are lockers all over the gym but there are two kinds.  One kind is a locker with a keypad where you can put your items in it and lock it by creating your own personal lock code.  Once you're done with that locker, someone else can use it by creating their own code.  It's genius and it's one less thing I have to bring to the gym (a lock!).  However, there are very few of these lockers so it's rare to be able to get one to put your belongings in, and half of them are broken at the moment.. so I never get one.  The other lockers they have are standard where you bring your own lock, so on and so fourth.  I don't see the point in the standard ones when the keypad lockers are SO much more convenient for all of us.

As for the staff, the females at the front desk never greet me or my boyfriend.  They are usually chit chatting with another staff member and don't even see that I am there.  The males that work the front desk are on top of things.  As soon as I walk through the door I am greeted, I get small talk while I am checking in, and once I have completed my check in, they ALWAYS make sure to wish me a good workout with saying my name.  THANK YOU for that.

If you are thinking about joining, I say do it!  There is no contract here, it is 100% month to month OR pre-paid.  If you go for a month and it's not for you, no worries.  You didn't sign anything.

I can not give less than one star, I would if I could. Place is dirty, the water fountains are always broken, the associates are not friendly at all, and sorry, out of order signs sometimes stay on equipments for a couples of weeks lighting is really bad, men's luck er room???? don't even ask.
They need to hire more experienced and educated managers. The top managers need to visit their locations unannounced as a member and use the facility as a member to see what is going on every day.

I can't say it's the best, but it's definitely above average.  It's usually clean, and the staff is really friendly.  Sometimes people leave towels around, but it's not the club's fault.  Sometimes the showers/equipment are in need of maintenance, but as long as you're not too impatient you should be fine -- just find another shower/machine...

(+): Diverse range of equipment, friendly staff, conveniently open 24hrs, various classes (spin, yoga, hip hop, water aerobics)

(-):  Peek activity Mon-Thurs 5-7PM (don't think about using the pool), sometimes messy

Okay, so there is one limitation to this one particular location. I knew there were different types of gyms available, but I never heard of SUPER SPORT 24 HOUR FITNESS, and that's what this location is. You know how the 24 Hour Fitness gyms have Active or Sport or Magic Johnson on their signs? Uhm, not this one. I still think it's an amazing gym, just be sure you have the appropriate membership. I do...sorta...and I will continue to attend.

The best gym in the surrounding area. Lots of all the latest equipment, weight lifting and cardio, in a spread out vast space. Very friendly and helpful staff at all hours. Keyless/cardless sign-in and free towel service at the desk. The entire place is kept clean and immaculate.
The men's locker room is we kept just as clean as the rest of the gym. Plenty of lockers, showers, folded towels, and bathroom facilities. The pool and hot tub are excellent amenities as well, including a steam room and sauna.
The only really drawback is the crowd during peak hours from 5-7 PM Monday thru Thursday. Its has been a like a total sausagefest in there with guys ogling women and forgetting about working out. I swear one night there was 4 teenagers at one machine, taking their time to work in their sets. I felt like going to them and offering to introduce them to the ladies that they were gawking at across the floor just so I could finish my chest and arm routine and go home.
Since this time, I go to the gym at 0400 when I am not doing the Cybex Arc trainer for cardio at World Gym. I personally LOVE that piece of cardio equipment but i did not adjust the rating for the fact its not at this gym. But I know that if they did purchase 3 or 4 of the Cybex Arc Trainers, I'd be there every morning and every weekend.

friendly staff, cardless sign in, lots of equipment. towels provided and sometimes little dasani water bottles too. \

they need more lockers though, during peak workout times when the gym is busy they are all full.

signed up during their promo so i got a good monthly price.

After my workouts there I usually walk over to Kabob House right across from it because their food has zero trans fat and it's healthy. So my workouts don't go to waste!
