My experience with 24/7 was totally outstanding. The guy who did the estimate was prompt, courteous, comprehensive, articulate, and accurate. E-mails and telephone calls were quickly answered. The guys who actually packed and moved were all of the above as well as hygienic. They took time to understand our stuff, our spaces, and the intricacies of our move. Hourly rates as well as supplies pricing were reasonable.

How is it possible for a company to receive 5 stars with nearly every Yelp review and not be 5 star worthy??? Well, I'll tell you my experience and you can make the connections yourself!
I completed the online free estimate request supplying all information requested about the move, etc. I received an email pretty much telling me to call for the estimate...really? well what was the purpose of the online form... I could have just called to receive the estimate initially, LOL, anyway...as many of you know, I am a doctor therefore I simply don't have the time to play games.
I spoke to a timothy and explained my needs (a very small move) and told him I would email him back once I heard from the competitors. I read the "reviews" (hmmmm) and emailed him within the promised time frame...NEVER HEARD FROM HIM (hmmm really?) Ok, so right before I was headed into a meeting, I gave him a call to inquire about receipt of the email...this guy had the nerve to tell me he was the only one in the office and he was working with one other email...WTF does that even mean??? you are understaffed? hire someone else! you aren't computer literate and don't know how to respond to 2 emails within a 4 hour time frame? definitely hire someone else, LOL!
Anywho, I asked him to please respond to the email (isn't that like the professional thing to do if you are running a business?). When he did get around to responding (must be very busy huh?), it read something to the effect, unfortunately we are swamped and wouldn't be able to get to you until June-ish, LMFAO!!! Dude are you freakin serious? He knew exactly when I needed movers because I indicated it on the online bs form! Luckily I speak "bullshit" occasionally and was able to translate this load of crap to "sorry, obviously we aren't going to be able to overcharge you by saying it takes 3-4 hours to move 25 totes, therefore it's just not worth it to me".
At least I would have respected this company more had he not trying playing games with me...I abhor poor customer service...Yelpers, enter at your own risk... -

After hearing horror stories of moving companies/people, I was expecting the worst. I couldn't have been more pleased. I got three guys, and I was moving from a two story with no elevator to a three story with no elevator in the middle of August in Atlanta. They never complained. Not once. They never scratched anything. They were so gentle and kind. They showed up on time and finished the job in less time than estimated. How's that for a success story? Seriously, this company makes moving a lot easier. Since then, I have recommended this company to all of my friends, and those who have used them have had similar results.

We used these guys a second time just a few weeks later (don't ask, we're in a house-buying nightmare) and they were still great! We got 4 guys this time and made 3 stops, and they were still very fast and careful. I remembered to get cash this time and gave them a big tip for all of their hard work!

24/7 Moving gave us great service - from booking until the movers left our house after bringing in our furniture. The crew was professional, quick and careful with our things. I'd recommend them to friends who are moving in the Atlanta area.

it's been almost 2 years since we used 24/7 to move our home from atlanta to durham, nc, and since we're about the make the pilgrimage again, it occured to me that i should yelp about how great they are!
first of all, they were happy to give me a quick estimate of the total cost of the move, plus felipe broke down the individual charges for mileage/hours/etc. and their price was WAY below any of the other estimates i got from any of the larger national chains....
ok, now to the nitty gritty. two dudes showed up with a huge-a** truck and immediately got down to business. they carefully and efficiently packed and loaded our furniture and belongings in record time. then we all hit the road for the 6 hour drive up to nc. once at the new place, those two incredibly strong boys worked tirelessly to bring all of our stuff *upstairs* to our new home. including a grill. A GRILL. UPSTAIRS. truly, it was an amazing sight to see. and they got it all done in just over an hour.
this was the most wonderful moving experience i've ever had, and now that the time has come for me to be in the market again for a moving company, you know where i'm calling! xoxo 24/7!!! -

I used 24/7 for my move on 6/11/11 and they could not have been any better. First, when the apartment complex screwed me over and pushed my move date back with only 3 days to spare, 24/7 Moving was very accommodating and understanding. They were able to reschedule my move with no problems at all. On the day of the move, they called to let me know that the movers were actually available early and asked if they could start an hour before my scheduled time. This, of course, was fine and actually a great plus in my view. The movers showed up to my apartment without any directions or other phone calls to try to find the place (like many other companies have done prior). They worked very quickly and efficiently. They had my 2 bedroom apt down 3 flights of stairs and in the truck in less than 2 hours. The entire move took 4 hours and considering about 45 minutes of that was driving time to the new place, that is pretty darn good. They took HALF the time that "2 men and a truck" took last year when I used them - and at a cheaper per hour rate at that! I highly recommend them and will always use them for my future moves.

We used 24/7 today...and I'm already logging in to sing their praises. They were referred to us by someone involved in the furniture business who uses them for both personal and professional reasons. So we knew they were reliable. Also, we discovered a web special they had for reduced rates on weekday moves. We called and easily booked through Daniel. We even had to later reschedule our move date and were able to do so quite easily without any difficulty. On move day, a three man crew, headed by Bruno, arrived on time, promptly at 8:00 am as scheduled. They were kind and careful. They were quick and thorough. Very hard working. It was hot out and they spent a lot of time in our walk-up attic carting things to the 23 foot truck outside. Upon arrival at our new place across town, again, the guys worked quickly and carefully to unload our belongings. We were really happy with the entire process and appreciated how hard the guys worked. We were very relieved the whole move went so well. The cherry on top is that their prices are competitive/less than some of the other intown movers you often see on the road. We would recommend this company with two enthusiastic thumbs up.
