I was one of the lucky ones who got to experience the amazing Viv and all the beautiful work that she does. When it comes to the perfect wedding of your dreams or a fun milestone birthday party that you want to create that's just right, she is your girl!! I say this with complete confidence, she will make your ideas and dreams come alive. Like I said in the beginning, I got to be a guest at a couple of her events. She definitely 'WOWED" the audience. Everything from keeping the event on time, to every little fine detail you could think of and more. Being a hairdresser, I have been to a lot of weddings in my life. Either working behind the scenes or just attending and I can say she really knows how to throw a party that looks effortless, creative and beautiful. I highly recommend Viv to anyone who wants to 'WOW" there friends and family and throw the perfect wedding or event that everyone walks away from and can't forget.

Viv deserves more than 5 stars!! She truly made our wedding day THE MOST BEAUTIFUL day of our lives. She listened and understood all the ideas and visions I had and made them come true. Most brides think they can cut corners and save $$$ by eliminating an event designer for their wedding and just hire a day coordinator. I believe that's not true as every little details count. My HUSBAND :) even opened up his eyes to see what is truly involved in making a beautiful wedding and really appreciates the work Viv did.
Viv took pride in what she was working on and was very genuine and unique. She is beyond creative. She is more than organized. She has almost all the connections in the wedding/event network. She made it seem so easy and elegant!! I loved the fact that I literally didn't have to worry about ONE thing on the day of the wedding as she made sure everything was done just right. With her meticulous planning and impeccable taste, she has inspired us to host another big event in the near future! -

Our experience with Viv as a wedding planner was Excellent! I met Viv originally through a book club. About a year and half later I became engaged, and had a medical crisis during that time as well. She was very supportive and helpful to me during that time.
Viv is so creative, knowledgeable about the business, pleasant to be around, and oh did I mention creative? Also she is organized, well prepared and gets joy from what she does. Lastly, Viv wants to know who the couple is as individuals and as a couple so that she can tailor the wedding to the couple's unique style. -

I've known Viv for about 1 year now through business networking and I can tell you that she's very detail oriented. In Event planning, specially if you're going to make someone in charge of your wedding or corporate event, you need very detail person like Viv. She's meticulous in every way she does business. She picks her own paper for invitations, picks the right color for fonts, right fonts for each color. Viv's also surrounded by consummate professionals that helps her; photographer, emcee, printer, florist and so on. She's truly one stop shop for your important events.

I knew most of the vendors I would be using for our wedding from the beginning...that was the easy part. It was Viv Milne of 2-2-1, Wedding & Event Design however, who introduced and guided me through the initial meetings with the equipment rental and flower company. Viv oversaw the vendors, cocktail and reception set up, including the overall design and organization on the day of the event. She creatively took my ideas to the next level using her design skills to set up the venue, designing a very creative and inviting Escort and separate Sign in table, Popcorn and Candy Bar station, cupcake/cake station, as well as all the other areas. The reception was held at The McCharles House, an inspiring venue in which she was able to infuse our family heirlooms, antiques and pictures, creating an ambiance and feel that was unique to us and our wedding. Many of our friends commented then, and over the past several months, that it was by far the best wedding they had ever been to. It was very personal and felt like family in our very own home. Viv's expertise brought two worlds and two families together; fusing the Modern Day Victorian meets rustic farm; All in elegance! Simply to sit back, close their eyes and watch their own fairytale unfold. Planning a wedding isn't just about checking tasks off a list or picking out centerpieces. It's about knowing yourself, sharing with your guests and celebrating your love. Where do I get my inspiration? It comes entirely from the couples who let me into their lives and can originate from the smallest glimmer of a detail. A favorite color, a love of reading, a passing comment about hosting a weekly game night. Just about anything can be used as the building block for a spectacular event that allows you to share a part of yourselves with your guests.
