I have been getting my hair done here for at least six years and I am very pleased with their services. I have never really been let down and love my stylist, Elydia! I usually just go in for a simple haircut and am always walking away loving my new 'do! I never have issues making a last minute appt..which I love! I seem to usually have a busy schedule so knowing that I can count on a last minute appt is very comforting! Great atmosphere, clean, new feeling and great stylists! Would definitely recommend to others and will be sad when I move!

I had a groupon for massages, and my girlfriend and I had come in together.
We started off with 30 minutes in the sauna. It was just whatever, wasn't really in the mood to sauna. They took us into the room where we received our massages. The massages were good, and I was going to give a 3 star, but the workers were very nice.
This was the first time I paid for a massage, and now I know what I've been missing. -

I've had great spa pedicures and facials at 22 Changes Salon. Very pleased! Friends have come along & gotten a massage & had a great experience as well. What makes this just "OK" - the haircuts I got there! 1st time, not happy - so tried another stylist the 2nd time, still not happy with the result. I'll not go back for a hair cut but I'll take advantage of their spa services again!

I've gone in about a dozen times now and on average I've waited over 15 minutes past the time my appointment is for. Recently they were 25min late in getting to me. It aims at being a day spa, so perhaps my getting 'just a haircut' is asking too much of the place, I'm not sure. I've also never gotten a haircut much different than what I'd get from Supercuts (which unfortunately is not even close to as convenient as this place).

Hands down the most horrible experience I have ever had at a salon. They didn't schedule enough time for my service. I was left sitting under the dryer with color on my hair while my stylist (and it seemed everybody else) LEFT FOR LUNCH! A different girl came through the room a while (long while) later and looked surprised when she saw me. She washed and tried to style my hair but seemed totally untrianed. I left with it just combed through and wet. When dry I could see my hair was GRAY! I'm guessing due to sitting with the color on it too long. I contacted them three different times respectfully asking for my money back ($144.00) but the manager kept deferring my to "their office" which never returned my calls.
