Two years ago, I attended a party here that still baffles me.
I had an amazing time, and I was so impressed with the compactness, the elegance, and the great food and drink of the 21st Century "Club."
The things that are unforgettable: the view of the city, the raspberry chocolate cake, the crab cakes.
The things that make me cringe as a human being: the bar tab, which somebody else covered.
