We were a little hesitant to try this place based on one of the reviews but we are glad we went anyway. It was really good!!! Our server (Amy) was great and was on top of the drink refills. The menu is extensive and all had 'gangster' names. We ordered the prime rib and the baby back ribs. Both were delicious. The prime rib was cooked just right and the ribs were fall off the bone yummy.
The atmosphere was decent but it wasn't as 20's as I was envisioning. Not sure what I was expecting; it was nice but I thought there would be more 20's stuff. However, it did have a certain elegance to it. The piano player showed up and started tickling the ivories and was pretty good. Made the atmosphere even better.
It is close to I-57 between several hotels. We will be back. -

Four stars for atmosphere.
Two and a half stars for the food.
If it weren't so pricey, I would probably have bumped my rating up but I just didn't feel like the food justified the cost. I'm a pretty average cook and I felt like I could do a lot better than most of the items on my and my husband's plate.
Now, as far as the atmosphere goes... A+. We went out for a "date night" and the piano player and dim lighting made for a nice little romantic outing. I would recommend this place for a very light meal or perhaps dessert to enjoy for the atmosphere and a drink or two.
As far as the food goes, I'll make something at home and then go out for a drink here later. ;) -

I came here with my siblings for dinner, and I would definitely come back. The steaks and sides were tasty, the portions large, and the price was very moderate. We all ordered drinks that were also very good. There is a dark, romantic feel inside, and not as much 20's decor as I was expecting. The service was great, and a bonus (I was not expecting) was live entertainment. Overall, a decent place I will revisit on my next trip down.

Here you get what you pay for. The food is decent and the prices aren't bad. I have just experienced way better. Its a chain steak house so it doesn't leave much to be desired. I did try the surf and turf once and it was pretty good. I wouldn't purposely avoid it but it wouldn't be my first choice for a steakhouse.

If you want a great atmosphere, piano playing while you dine, and overall good service and value. This place has it! Have gone there for years, and at one time it was so so...now it is the place I love to go for a good meal...good steaks, and other entree's. Great wine selection, and the manager has really made this place shine! Highly recommend for a great meal, good date place or for family gatherings. They do accept reservations and have a great '20's gangster theme! Check it out!

Recommended but very disappointed. Food is terrible! Nothing fresh - everything canned or frozen, bland and cold. Steak tough and tasteless - really poor cut.
I sent my entire order back for a refund. Service was also very slow.
