Word to the wise...
2 Sisters has a nice little Rewards Program. Spend $250 (can be on multiple visits) and you earn a $20 reward. I had racked up this much over the last 7 or so months since my first visit, and thus thought I could go in anytime to redeem my $20 reward.
Unfortunately, they do expire after 30 days. Just so you know. Now I know, but I did not before.
Still a great place to shop, just be informed about the policies!Listed in: Boutique Me, Baby., accessorize!, Madison Street Businesses...

Review from Aurore L.
Celebratory shopping........brace yourself......
On my way to dinner I decided to have a look at that boutique that our beloved CC wrote about a couple of months ago. Boutique experience without the price tag? Sign me in. And in again.
And nothing says selfish pampering like a little dress shopping.
I deserved it.
I got it.
The store is on the smallish and minimalist side, and I have to admit that I would never have dared pushing the door hadn't I known that the goodies inside were wallet friendly. I looked carefully at every item - ahhhhh......the joy of skimming through the racks!!! I missed you, darlings!! - and went inside the dressing room with four fabulous options. Came out with a Chocolate Faux Leather Panel Dress.
Loved it.
Yet I have to say that my experience was a little spoiled by the following:
- LOUD rap music....really?!?! Me no likey.
- I fell in love with the most gorgeous earrings I have ever seen....I was so excited my breathing got shallow and fast...I asked for the price....and crushed down hard on the ground when I was told that they were not for sale. Umm....why have them in store then?
- the employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge me at all the whole time I was there. Well, she answered my question about my jewelry crush but that was it. I had to do the chit-chat while I was paying. She was very pleasant then but I feel like she should have been more welcoming all along. I mean - it's a boutique. You want to get people coming back. Right?
But overall - a great little place. All items are under $100, and everything is very unique. I can see myself becoming a regular without the slightest problem.
Yup...definitely brace yourself...Listed in: Retail Therapy

Love this boutique! I have been to both locations (Park Ridge). This location carries more dresses and tops, while the Park Ridge location carries more jeans.
The worker was very helpful when I visited the shop. Sadly, I went in to look for a dress, but none of 'em really fit correctly. I hate leaving a store empty-handed so I found a great wrap cardigan with a paisely print. It's not a huge boutique, but the prices are reasonable and each clothing items are quite unique. (nothing forever 21-like.. )
I'm a stickler when it comes to jeans due to my muscular thighs, small waist and short legs. Such a pain in my arse. I found 3 pairs of jeans at this store (had to have em hemmed a lil :P), but I wear all 3 of them religiously. The fit is great, and after putting them in the wash, it still wears like a new pair. -

This store is right around the corner from my company and I have been meaning to go in here for a while now. The dresses and other clothing are really cute and quite reasonable. I ended up trying on 6 different dresses. I loved one in particular, so I bought it.
If this review was just based on the items, this would be a 4/5 star review. What drops it down though is the attitude that I got from the owner. I felt that I was treated rather rudely at first (it seemed like she looked me up and down, then proceeded to talk to me) and then almost completely ignored when another customer who was her friend showed up. I really do love her selection of clothes, but I don't like the attitude that comes with it. -

2 Sisters is a great place to find a few unique pieces for your wardrobe. I've found myself in the neighborhood since a close friend moved in down the street (which is very bad for my checking account) and stop here everytime!!!
Unique pieces, affordable prices and you will get compliments everytime. -

This is where I get every pair of jeans I own. I only know one of the sisters, and she's really nice. She calls me when she gets a pair of jeans in my size in. That's some good service right there. It's not far from my house either. Parking isn't bad yet in the up and coming west loop. I can always find a meter. They have other things like shirts and purses...but I stick to the jeans. They're not overpriced either.
Go here...just try it out. -
Review from Mandy A.
I'm kind of surprised at the reviewers talking about the rude owners. I mean it must be true if there are multiple people sharing the same opinion but I've never once been met with anything but a smile.
I live a block away so I am usually walking back home on my way to something that night that I need an outfit for. Yes, I bought a dress here on New Years Eve for that night. Nothing like procrastination, eh?
Anyways, I have bought a number of dresses here and everything has been very reasonably priced and good quality for the prices. I love that nothing in the store is over $100, at least I know I have a chance at not blowing an entire paycheck in one trip.
I returned one dress here that just fit a little wonky and got no questions when they took it back the next day. I do think they have a 5 or 7 day window where you can do returns but that's fine since I live close by.
I haven't had an opportunity to take advantage of their borrowing shoes or purses but I agree with Colleen that it is an amazing business idea.
The only reason for the 4-stars is that I am a fan on Facebook and more than once I've seen an awesome shirt or dress they post pictures of and by the time I make it in, I don't see anything that was advertised. Maybe like the other reviewer says, you snooze you lose but sheesh a little inventory never killed anyone.Listed in: West Loop is Wonderful

The thing I love about this boutique is that they keep if not most pretty much all of their inventory at under $100.
You can tell that each piece in the store is hand picked and well thought over before it makes their racks.
The sale rack was nicely priced and Gina who owns, buys, and runs the place is really cool and easy going! I'm tellin' ya... I love me some GOOOOD customer service! Awesome. -

I love this place!! The prices are really reasonable, and they offer very unique items. They change up their store twice a week when they get new shipments so there are always new items coming in.
The staff is polite and helpful -- but they take some warming up.
I bought three great blouses on my first visit and I love them. Their sale rack is really great too, if you can finds your size.
This place will do very well in our 'hood. Please shop there!! -

Oh how I love this store! This is by far the best addition to the West Loop. Whenever I am out shopping and can't find anything, I know that once I walk into 2 Sisters, I will find the right outfit. I just love how all of the clothes that they buy allow women to look hot without looking trashy. It's also really great that their clothes are constantly changing. The ladies who run this boutique certainly know what they're doing. Great prices and great styles.
I implore you to sign up for their mailing list because they are always sending out updates on sales or promotions that they are running. -

Love, love, love this place. The staff is always so helpful and I always find something here to purchase. Prices are reasonable and the clothes are all very cute. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I would love to see more clothes on display. The service in this store far exceeds service among some other retail stores along Madison such as Smitten and Tribeca. I went into these 2 stores ready to drop some money and had zero service. I picked up some items in my hand and decided I didn't feel like supporting these 2 stores since their service was terrible.
I walked out of 2 Sisters and bought some cute dresses yesterday! -

I agree with Gina T.'s review. Prices are so reasonable however I wish they offered more clothes. They also have a great selection of accessories and I love their borrowing stand. If you purchase a dress from there you can borrow accessories from them for up to a week. I found a dress for my rehearsal dinner for only $40 and borrowed their rhinestone bracelet for my wedding (everyone complimented me on the bracelet).
Service is great and they'll give you an honest opinion when you try on clothes.
This place is so much trendier and more affordable than Tribeca. -

I have a slew of positive things to say about 2 Sisters. It's a quaint little shop that always seems to catch my eye. I live nearby and while walking my dog, I seem to find something that I absolutly have to have. While I have only purchased accessories here, there are always adorable dresses, tops and skirts that I would LOVE to buy. Did I mention the reasonable pricing? They really know what they are doing and are beyond helpful and friendly when you go in. Also, dog friendly...my little pooch was welcomed in on more than one occasion and I didn't even have to hold her the entire time. Some people can be quite snotty about that, but they are very laid back and fabulous! 2 thumbs up from me, I could stop in everyday and always see something new!

I love this place! Very trendy and fun things for not only myself but my 12 year old daughter. The "sister" that runs the Park Ridge shop is very helpful and since this is a small family business you get great customer service. I bought a pair of jeans for my daughter that didn't fit and she called the other store and had another pair delivered and exchanged within a few days, no questions asked. Have recommended this place to many and will continue to do so. Small but quaint and a must see if in the area!

Unbelievable prices, constant product rotation, sweet staff. They are helpful, fun and genuinely interested in making you look your best. Nothing is over $100 - making it even easier to stop in once every couple of weeks. If its a new dress for a wedding, date, or night out with the girls, this is your shop.

I've been to the location in the west loop a handful of times and am excited to see they're moving to lakeview which is much more convenient! 2 sisters has really unique, fun clothes at affordable prices. While the selection is small, I've almost always found something when I've gone here. I got a dress here over the summer and got tons of compliments every time I wore it. Because they have a small selection it can be a bummer if you love something and they don't have your size. There also once was a nice saleswoman when I was there, but I would agree with some of the other reviewers that the owners can be less than welcoming. It's a small thing though when you walk out with something fun to wear at a good price.

This boutique is great, and I always find exactly what I am looking for. Resaonably priced, and the owners are really helpful. The dressing room is nice and big, and has a mirror in it, which I prefer.

Such a cute store! I live up the street and I pass by every day on my way to the gym, and I always love what they have in the window (great merchandising, ladies!) so I usually end up popping in to see what they have in stock. Their clothes are well-priced, usually under or around $100 per item, and are super cute and trendy, but not in a Forever 21 kind of way. I've bought several things from them, and I always get compliments on my purchases! I can't wait to see what they have next week! Additional bonus, for those of you who don't live in the 'hood, there's usually plenty of street/meter parking as well.

I love this place....the inventory changes from day to day..they only order a dress in 3 sizes so you never have to worry about showing up somewhere and seeing a bunch of girls in your outfit.....the owners are always super helpful and friendly when I shop there...if you sign up for their email you get a $10 coupon and emails about sales, etc.

i happened by this cute shop while window-shopping down madison and was so pleasantly surprised by what a charming, approachable boutique it is! the staff is very friendly, and the selection of unique, on-trend fashions are great. prices were VERY reasonable and there were some great finds in the sale rack.
one star off for no "tall" selections. as a 5'11" girl, all the dresses were more like tunics, and the denium was too short. bummer. -
Review from H H.
Alexandria, VA
The store itself seemed like a winner, but stepping inside, some of the accessories seemed as if they were repeats from either at Francesca's or at Forever 21. The clothes itself were okay, and were either moderately-priced or a bit on the expensive side. There are your usualy XS to the L sizes, which was nice. The sales associates seemed nice enough to take all your articles of clothing you wanted to try on to the dressing room; however, their demeanor seemed a bit off and a bit stand-offish.

This store has fun items at a reasonable price, but the owner is so rude, I would not return. I was there shopping with my friend and we moved into one dressing room so another customer could use the second room. I went to get a new size (since the owner was apparently too overwhelmed with 4 customers in the store) and she yelled at us that we needed to get out of the dressing room so she could get another customer in there. WHAT?!? We are trying on clothes we want to buy and we get kicked out?! Never again.....there are plenty of other boutiques that have cute, fun clothes without the attitude.

I love this store. A good friend of mine took me there to shop for jeans after I had a baby. I had a crappy day at work and was not enthused to shop. As soon as I walked in, I felt better. I only intended to buy one pair of jeans and after trying on multiple pairs, I found 2 that I liked. I took the pair I really like to the counter and went to purchase the pair. One of the owners, asked me which other pair I liked and she wrapped them up in my bag, free of charge. I was shocked. She knew I was having a bad day and needed some kindness. In today's world of chain stores and snobby boutiques, 2 Sisters is different kind of store. I will forever be a customer and I tell everyone I know about their kindness. Great selection, great service, great hearts.

Yes, yes, yes...most items are under $100. I think about 75% of the clothes are borderline cheesy, but the remaining portion is a goldmine. Great place to run in and buy a new dress or whatever if you are having one those "I have nothing to wear days". The staff is helpful, but not pushy or annoying. I will definitely be back soon!

I love 2 Sisters Boutique! Not only is it in my hood (yes, support those West Loop businesses!), but it offers fun clothes at fantastic prices. I especially like that they only purchase so many of each item. It may be affordable, but not everyone will be wearing what I am. You have no idea how many compliments I receive on clothes purchased here cause you can't find them anywhere else. I absolutely love the owners too! So much fun to work with, always accessorizing me! Love them!
