"I live in Puako," Mary says, "and work here, so I am 5 minutes away. Often I come over personally to take care of your needs. Or I send someone who is right for the job."
Mary grew up in Iowa, "where we believed in hard work and getting things right, no matter what it takes. When I moved to Hawaii 25 years ago, I caught the 'aloha spirit,' maybe because it fit so well with that Midwestern friendliness." Jumping right into the guest-services industry, Mary learned the "guests are Number One" mantra at the prestigious Mauna Lani Hotel, and honed her "grace under pressure" temperament as a private chef and caterer before turning to vacation-rental management.
"It's my personal goal that you have a wonderful experience during your stay, from booking your home to that final 'aloha' as you head back home."
