When they say two hours, they mean two hours at most. I couldn't believe how fast, professional and courteous these people were after some jerk smashed my Honda passenger window in the middle of the night. I was on my way in about an hour. They handled the insurance claim too.  I really recommend this place without  reservation.

If you break a window (or just need them tinted)- GO HERE!

My back seat drivers side window was broken out on 6/6/06 (figures) and I had to get it repaired ASAP lest the rest of the vehicle be stolen.  Actually, I kind of hoped that someone would steal the rest of it being that it had some minor visually unappealing body damage and it would have saved me an insurance payment every month..  but I digress.

Barry, the owner (?), was great to work with.  He's SUPER friendly and has probably enough personality for three people.  I'd almost just like to hang around in his shop for entertainment!  

But, I must say that what I really appreciated is that the service was really fast (well under 2 hours, more like 20 minutes), I wasn't given any BS being female and car-inept, and the estimate was the actual price that was billed to my insurance company.  Plus, as an added tidbit, he WD-40'd my sticky front drivers side window, which seems to not want to roll up again if its cold or rainy out.  (I'll have to wait until its cold or rainy though to see if that's the correct solution.)

Overall, I'd go back here in a heartbeat, or window smash as it may be.
