This place is FANTASTIC. Meryl Perlson, the owner, was so incredibly knowledgeable about everything in her gallery. Not only does she know everything about the artist and how they made the object, she seems to really, truly care about everything that she has to offer. Everything we picked up and tried on, there was a story behind it. I really wanted to buy something, but I didn't know what.
Most of the artists featured in her gallery are local artists. There were pictures, sculptures, jewelry, postcards, and loads more. She let us browse to our hearts content, and NEVER pushed us to purchase anything, which I love. Next time I am in the area and have a little money, I'm definitely coming here!

Still love this place, but I was pretty upset that it was closed during regular business hours (mid afternoon) earlier this week. I went their to buy a gift, which I had to get elsewhere. It is still a great place when its open ... so be ware ... call ahead, especially if you come from far.

This place used to be virtually across the street from me. Then they moved from Medford to Arlington… Read more »
Walking down Mass. Ave to get some chicken wings, we spotted this little gallery and decided to go in and check it out. I am so glad we did. This gallery has not only original artwork for sale, but jewelry and many other goodies.
There are many pieces on the wall that are for sale. Paintings, and some very innovative and unique art. There are also several smaller photographs and watercolors for sale (not on the wall). There are so many unique things here like bottle stoppers, sock monkeys (that are all part of a tribe in which there are 30 unique monkeys to each tribe. They also all have individual names), cards, jewelry etc...
The owner of the gallery Meryl Perlson, was so nice and generous. She explained that most of the items in the gallery are handmade by local artists. She talked to us in length about her gallery. We were quite impressed with many of the jewelry pieces and she encourage us to pick them up, try them on etc... She knew the backgrounds of the artists in her gallery and was so genuine about talking with us.
We browsed the gallery for quite awhile and really enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in Arlington.
