I've been going to 121 for about two years now, so I finally feel like I have enough street cred to write a review...

My hubs and I church-shopped for a while before settling at 121.  We decided on the church for two reasons: 1) They preach the Bible and 2) The wonderful church body.

The people are so nice.  I've never once felt judged or cornered, only welcomed and accepted.  They give you name tags every single service, so as a new-comer I was not super stressed about learning people's names. Small touch, but I really appreciated it.

Pastor Ross is fantastic.  It's important to me that all sermons are Biblically based, and I've never, ever been to one of his sermons that was not.  He preaches from the Bible and is sure to tell you when he is interjecting his opinion.  I appreciate that Ross teaches about the good, the bad, and the ugly in Christian life--he doesn't just sugar-coat messages to give people what they want to hear.

The church focuses on fellowship and community, service, and living for God.  They stress getting plugged into a weekly Life Group, which was one of the best decisions we've ever made.  Most everyone I've met in the church is willing to help each other out in big ways--and to me, that says a lot about a place.

If you are looking for a new place to worship, please consider 121.  It's a relaxed atmosphere where you will hear God's word, straight from the Bible.  Hope to see you there!

Awesome church with authentic people. The worship is really great (even bought a few of their songs for my iPod) and the pastor is very "real." He talks in his messages like you're both in a coffee shop, just talking about God. They're very meaningful and helpful, and not just meant to "make you feel good."

The people are nice, too, and the services are just about the right size. And the staff doesn't pressure you to give your money, either, as you can leave your offering in the baskets by the exits on your way out.

There are also plenty of other awesome ministries the church is involved with, and it looks like the children's ministry is great. My wife and I will be going here for the foreseeable future and would love to eventually serve one day.
