If you want your windows cleaned by a true professional, stop shopping right now and schedule 101 Window Cleaning! Benny and Andrew of 101 Window Cleaning just left my house after doing a FANTASTIC job cleaning my; windows, tracks, and screens. They arrived on time, finished on time, and did a flawless job for a very reasonable fee. I could have found more expensive, but why? I could have found cheaper, but who wants to take the risk on a company that may not have the legal credentials, like liability insurance, or workman's compensation insurance. If a company doesn't pay for employee workman's compensation insurance and the employee gets hurt on my property, the I'm held liable for the employee injury. Do your research and you'll find that 101 Window Cleaning is totally legitimate, competent, and professional in every way! They even did the glass insert in the front door that I forgot to ask for! VALUE, VALUE, VALUE! I can't say enough! First hand experience in life tells you that the best doesn't come cheap, and the cheapest isn't the best. Benny and 101 Window Cleaning is easy to refer business to, with TOTAL CONFIDENCE !!! Bravo Zulu !!!

Our house is 2-stories with multiple skylights, and Benny cleans them all beautifully. We will continue to hire him and recommend him to friends. He provides a great service: thorough, reliable, affordable, and he's got a pleasant energy to have in your home. Our budget only allows for annual window cleaning, and we especially appreciate his 30-day warranty service.

Benny at 101 Window Cleaning was prompt, friendly, and professional. Benny and the crew cleaned our windows in our 3 story house and power-washed our patio in the backyard.
After a few hours, our house feels so much cleaner, nicer, and bigger... and feng-shui-friendly. They even cleaned a few mirrors for free. Yay!
The prices were reasonable for the work they did. Plus they were quick to respond to my emails and phone calls which was very helpful. 101 Window Cleaning's Facebook page had a lot of fans & compliments so that was pretty assuring too! :) Here it is: http://www.facebook.co...
Benny even has a 72 hour rain warranty policy which states that they will come clean the windows for free should you have rain spots after their service. I didn't need to use this warranty because the windows still look spotless, but it sure is very nice to have!!
Also they accept all kinds of credit cards...including AMEX. How cool is that?
Ohh, and by the way, they always took off their shoes in our house which was a HUGE plus for me. Usually contractors hate me when I ask them to take off their shoes.... haha. I didn't have to do that with Benny. They're that nice and courteous!!
I highly recommend Benny at 101 Window Cleaning. It's worth it!!! -

I chose 101 Windows because of the reviews I saw on Yelp and I have to say everyone was 100% right. Benny was on time, friendly and affordable. The whole house was done in less than an hour and my windows are so clean you can barely tell they're there. He even did an extra window and my mirrors without me even asking without going over the quote.
Would definitely recommend! -

Benny at 101 Window Cleaning rules. Fantastic job washing my windows on a 3 story townhome. Went beyond the call to even wash a few windows I said I would do my self. Very professional and nice guy. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Benny at 101 to anyone that wants spotless windows and great service. His work is spotless and he and his crew are friendly and fast, You will not believe the difference you see in your space from crystal clean windows, he also does the mirrors inside!
I would recommend them to anyone that wants the best in window cleaning! -

I can't say enough about 101 Window Cleaning. They came to my home to clean all of our windows. They were fast and professional and the job was done so quickly!
The windows looked fabulous and even the window tracks were spotless. They did something to my screens to keep the dirt off and they still look clean (after 3 months!).
The price was very reasonable and worth every penny! -

Benny is the man! Showed up on time, gave me a great price and the windows look amazing! The whole house looks better, i didnt realize how bad they were until he cleaned them up. About half the people on my street are going to be making appointments after seeing how good mine look. Couldnt recommend him more!

Of all of the service comapnies and people we have dealt with over the years in the Encinitas area, Benny and 101 Window cleaning has been the best. They did an exceptional job not only washing all of our 43 windows and screens inside and out but also did a phenomenal job washing the house. This later effort was made more difficult because of the number of plants and flowers we have next to the house BUT Benny made sure he protected everything and still did a great and thorough job. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to have their windows or house washed. His responsiveness and interest in pleasing his customers is refreshing.

Unreliable and dishonest. I had an appointment with Benny for 10am. At 10:30 he calls and says he will be late, closer to 12. I tell him no problem. At 12 he sends a text saying he can not make it because his employ fell off a ladder but he can make it the next morning. After i sent a return text and a couple phone calls Benny never bothered to respond. Obviously he was over booked and made up the injured employ story. He may clean a mean window but i wouldn't know because of his dishonesty and unreliability.

I highly recommend 101 Window Cleaning! After a fantastic first experience, I didn't think twice about calling them again to clean my windows. The owner, Benny, is extremely thorough and personable. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm not sure how he managed this but my screens stayed clean for six months after their first visit. The pressure washing made a world of difference on the exterior of my house too. They are by far the best I've worked with and will be calling them again.

I was in desperate need of a whole house window cleaning. It has always been a pet peeve of mine to have dirty, water splashed windows to look out. I just don't have time to keep up on them all myself. I met Benny at a networking meeting and he impressed me with his "commercial" about creating a relationship with his clients. That struck me and I immediately booked an estimate with him. I have used other services over the years. They have all provided good service but there was no follow up. I always had to reach out to them to get them to come back. As a result of hearing Benny speak briefly, I made an appointment with his washing service and was totally impressed. He and his partner arrived as scheduled and worked effortlessly around my home on the outside before moving to the interior. They worked around my home quickly and thoughtfully as though it were their own home. I so appreciated not having to watch their every move and worry about what water is being dripped on my carpet or other surfaces. After they completed the washing Benny walked the home reviewing each area to insure that they had done a good job and even returned to the skylights to review some areas he thought might need a little more attention. I am so pleased with the service that we have set up future visits on a regular basis. At last, I think I got it right. If I could give more stars I would do so. 101 Window Cleaning and Benny and crew- you rock it.

101 Window Cleaning hung my lights yesterday. So glad to have my holiday lights up and didn't have to have an argument with my husband while hanging lights this year! My house is the best on the block!
