It's me again.  But this time I am writing to RETRACT what I said about 1-800-Got-Junk.  Please read because they deserve a huge apology from me.

After all my whining, stomping, screeching and bad publicity I sent to my friends and family within 2 hours 1-800-Got-Junk "Corporate" answered my emails and apologized profusely and stated that they would fix this. Hmm, I wondered how can you fix this when it was screwed up twice.

The Regional Manager (From Corporate) called us within 4 hours of me sending emails to 1-800-Got-Junk Corporate.  He stated that this was wrong and they were coming to our house on day 3 and picking everything up for free! (Now we felt a bit sheepish receiving service for free because every business and working person should be paid "fair" market value.  We said "Ok" wondering if they would even show up.

Not only did they show up (The local Franchise) but the Corporate Regional Manager came too!  They packed up all of our Junk (it was mostly wood and tree trimmings - to all our "Green" friends) and filled an entire dump truck, sweep the area, asked if we were pleased and left.  AND they gave us $30 dollars in coupons for our next service.  The guys that did all the work were professional and nice!  They probably had to read the "Ferguson" file.

After the entire fiasco on day one and two I do have to say I have NEVER experienced or seen a "recovery" from any Corporation as quick and professional as this.

Sigh - we all make mistakes (me not giving 1-800-Got-Junk a chance to fix this fiasco) so I own them a Big Giant Apology and to reinstate that their Service/Recovery was top notch.  *Yes I will tell them too*

Now I know why 1-800-Got-Junk has all this fabulous press about them, they really do abide by what they say and I am now certain that we were just a bizarre abnormal situation.

A good friend said to me; "You get bad service you tell 100 people, but if you get good service you only tell one" - So I am telling all of you that has put up with my previous whining - that 1-800-Got-Junk has great service.
