I love 1-800-dry clean. First of all they come pick your clothes up at your house and drop them off again a couple of days later. This is a big plus. I know there are quite a few services that do this now, but here are some of the things that I like about these folks:
-Very importantly, they have never lost any of my clothes (like a cleaner world did TWICE)
-I already mentioned the pickup/dropoff. They come through the neighborhood twice a week, but on occasion when we have needed items before our normal schedule date, they have been happy to oblige
-I sent a pair of pants one time that had a seam out, they called and asked if I would like them to send them to their tailor before they returned them! This was awesome.
-they do a great job!
It's a family run business and when you call it's usually the owner that you talk to and they are super friendly. We have been using their service for years and have never had any complaints.
