We operate out of the airport, due to airport security we cannot be open to the public. We deliver packages and pick up wherever we need to and put it on the plane to its next destination.

This location is no longer in business.
Building is not FedEx.
FedEx doesn't have a business office in Rhinelander anymore.
Pack and Ship in the city, next to Trigs, has some supplies, and accepts FedEx packages.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Pamela M.San Francisco, CA01Feb 22, 2022First to Review
TERRIBLE!
I had a camera that was to be delivered and signed for, and they PASSED my home up three days in a row and said they left notes. Distribution said they left notes at a 622 Birch Street. It was marked 622 Whiteside Street on package, from merchant, from Amazon and also on FED EX website.
They said it was our fault, and would not send driver back as we watched him drive by two days in a row. They had a local distribution person called and said they left notes, they did not. They said we didn't exist and returned package to merchant. I was willing to drive to meet the driver and hand lead him to me. NOPE. I was hung up on once, and sworn at once by different operators, whom weren't stateside and kept correcting me about my own address.
I called customer service 8 times that day and since, I filed a complaint, no resolve. No way to contact Rhinelander directly. My funds are still tied up 2 weeks later between merchant and amazon thanks to this incompetence.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John S.Lake Tomahawk, WI07Apr 6, 2022
Absolutely horrible. The driver was rude and caustic. He made a statement that said most people would buy this in a store instead of having it delivered . The items were heavy. He started to lean one against the garage door and I ask him if he could bring into the house. He pushed the container over in the snow , broke the container, slid it through the snow to the front door and left it. He did the same thing for the second item, and also broke that container. Not sure why FedEx would hire people like this
