Apco Repair Service

Came in to replace a small window on my passenger rear view mirror. I went cheap and that's exactly what I got. When all the windows are up you can hear the air going through that small window.
While we were waiting for the repair, staff were smoking weed. I should've known I was going to get crap service and materials.

Called for a failed microwave. Dave showed up right on time and was very thorough in diagnosing the issue. What's more, he was very honest about repair costs vs. replacement.
Both he and Connie were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Glad to know there are honest people still around. Highly recommended!

Our washing machine went on the fritz and needed it repaired ASAP. I called several businesses but some didn't seem interested in my business, appointments were 1.5 weeks out or didn't answer their phones. Mind you this was at 10 AM on a Friday.

Finally I spoke with Connie at APCO and she greeted me cheerfully. She scheduled a technician who aw as on another job next city over. Dave showed up about an hour later and in less than an hour, was able to identify, explain and fix the problem. Dave had a great attitude and answered all the questions I had.

This company has been consistently honest and absolutely fantastic for 20yrs. Dave and Connie are always a joy to speak with, like members of the family.

Service is always fast, affordable and HONEST!

This time, we called because the heater wasn't working. I say this time because over the past 20yrs, we have called for everything from the air conditioning units going out, to the cook top and everything in between.

Furnace problem turned out to be spiders/spider webs? Yes, spider webs! And yes, he told me the truth and only charged me for the service call. Can't believe it's taken me this long to share what a great family owned business this is.

Good honest people are hard to find these days.

I recently calledAPCO repair service because I was having a problem with my Maytag dryer. I spoke to Connie who was personable and professional. I explained my situation that the dryer was making a very loud noise and that perhaps the drum rollers were an issue. She explained that it could be a couple of issues and it would be best to have a repairman check out the dryer. She said she would call me back within 30 minutes to see if a repairman was available. She said that for sure the following day but possibly later this morning, and she would let me know. True to her word 30 minutes later she called and said Dave the repair man was in route. I was at first taken aback but then happy to have the situation looked into so quickly.

Dave arrived as promised and couldn't have been more professional and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the situation and had a part in his vehicle to make the repair. Within 30 minutes he had the dryer running as if it was brand new. I had previously given Connie the model and serial number of my dryer and was fortunate that Dave had the right part. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend their company to anyone. I will continue to do business with them in the future as I was completely satisfied with their service and professionalism.

I appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Dave diagnosed our dryer problem and he found the temperature rises as soon as the dryer is turned on. The vent goes up to the roof and we couldn't see if it is clogged. He recommended to have the dryer vent clean first to see if that works. They recommended a duct cleaning company. They came out the same day and cleaned the vent. Now the dryer is working fine.

They are always very polite, and are knowledgable professionals. I highly recommend APCO and trust their work and years of experience. They're the only appliance service repair service you'll ever need.

APCO was recommended to me by a neighbor on Nextdoor. David was there when they said he would be and got the job done. They stand behind their work and even in the busy season they worked with me to schedule time. I would definitely recommend using them.

My husband took care of this call, and is was happy with the reliability of the repairman and the services rendered. We have dealt with too many businesses that flake on giving us estimates, give us lip service and never deliver, etc. not APCO, they showed up, diagnosed the problem, and came back when they said they would and got the job done. Now we have ice again and there wasn't any drama in the process. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this business in the future, thanks!!
